- Yazeed (5/5): - Location A privately owned apartment, not a hotel apartment, which was not clear to us on Booking.com. Upon arrival, we discovered it is a normal apartment building with no hotel reception and self check-in only. The owner also confused our check-in date with the next day, causing a delayed check-in. There is no property in Bahrain named “Seef Serenity Hotel,” which made it difficult to find and created confusion, making the listing appear misleading. No cleaning services or any hotel-type services were provided. No extra pillows were available, and the existing pillows were unclean. We found a live cockroach inside the apartment. The owner asked us to leave one hour earlier than the check-out time specified on Booking.com. The TV cable was missing, so no channels were available.
