• Hannli (2/5): Do not waste your money on Diamond Beach Unit 48 - it is not cheap - and a nightmare experience. - Great location, near to Mermaid Beach. Poor instructions regrading lock box and parking, indicated as a "garage", while it is basement parking. Attachment(map) refused to download and open, had to wander around trying to find the unit. Stream of threatening emails regarding the consequences of failing to return the keys to the lock box and the penalties one would incur in that case. Required a $250.00 deposit before the keys could be collected! The apartment was far from pristine, you receive 1 garbage bin liner, 2 tablets of dishwasher soap, 2 sachets of liquid dishwasher soap. No coffee/tea/milk/sugar - even if just for the first night - 4 sachets of each, is that too much to ask? Odd assortment of cutlery and crockery - 3 mugs, 3 cups- no saucers. 20 dinner plates, 2 steak knives 1 utility knife. No beach/pool towels, NO mention that one is required to supply this oneself. Required copies of the passports of the guests!! Why? I was the one doing the booking and the paying. Asked to send a picture of my vehicle, again why? I have booked and stayed all over the world, this was an absolute first for me. Mattress in second bedroom - stained (?urine), hollowed out. I had to wash the mattress protector before the bed could be slept in, as it was also soiled and stained. Likewise, emails arrived warning of the dire consequences if you are late checking out or the apartment is left dirty (it was never clean). Fortunately, they consented to do the laundry themselves.

• anna (8/5): The perfect place for a family stay. - It is a great venue with great facilities. The beds could have been a little more comfortable. The bottom bunk bed was worst all you could feel was the springs.
• nujhat (10/5): We really liked the property and would love to come back when possible. - Bathroom ventilation was not efficient. I can see why though, simply the building design made it difficult to arrange the ventilation suitable for the apartment.

• Tori (10/5): Was a very beautiful stay loved every bit.. - We loved everything about it enjoyed our stay was so comfy met new family’s there and most of all it’s like a family oriented here at diamond beach loved it thank use for having us 😍 Just had 1 tiny issue and it was gates blocking off our path to get to the pool but hay wasn’t to fuss about it just had the kids running in and out of the front door hehe but no big deal.
