- Ramielle (5/5): It was underwhelming compared to the main hotel. - It was fairly simple, the owners assistant met us. I tried to check in early with no luck. I tried calling the property because I wanted to move from another room in the same building to find out if I would check in early and there as no answer.

- Rose (7/5): Great host, great location and ample space. - Thank you Patience for staying late to wait for our delayed arrival due to delayed flights. The constant communication was assuring. The coffee pods were really appreciated. Spacious with good views and direct access to the mall. We didn’t stay long enough to explore the facilities that are offered such as the pool and gym so would like to come back once both beds are renewed. Netflix was not working, sadly for the kids.

Curtains are torn and not functioning. Aircon not functioning and loud. Bathroom cupboards are in bad shape. Bathroom taps are in bad shape. You need a wrench to open them. Access cards to parking and lifts gave problems.

I was with my teenage boys they going in and to the without me being worried. Love the convince. Nothing. Love everything about the property

- Phakalane (9/5): Convenient centrally location, its wonderful little gem hidden away in in heart of Sandton - We got our own breakfast which was super convenient with a 5 minute walk into the mall to our favourite deli to get freshly backed croissants. Although it was not really necessary we could not operate the air-conditioning, we will request to be shown at our next visit, as we will definitely stay again.
- Sheldon (10/5): Exceptional - The location of unit within the towers is superb. Next to the spa, pool, and the gym. There’s an outdoor pool as well as a heated indoor pool. The location of the hotel itself is close to all amenities. The private outdoor terrace overlooking Sandton city creates the ultimate spot for breakfast with the family. The host is delightful and very accommodating.

- Ian (7/5): My stay at the facility was satisfactory. - The place is spacious and has all the facilities of an apartment hotel room such a fridge, microwave oven, stove, kettle, and kitchen utensils. These implements are modern and efficient. The room is very spacious. The lounge is ultra modern with a nice arc-like black couch. There is an equally spacious patio outside for hosting guests outside the lounge with the bright night sky. The carpets in the bedrooms made sleep difficult. I recommend that the owners of the apartment remove the carpets in both bedrooms and just put a small carpets around the bed which can be easily cleaned. The carpets in both bedrooms need attention to avoid nasal blockage and irritation. If carpets are removed from both bedrooms that apartment will attract more clients including people who are sensitive to dust.

The receptionist was very rude, very unprofessional she even gave us her name (Mandy Sidubi) and was happy we complain to Management. The welcome was poor, she wanted us to contact the host directly. They parked my car when we arrived but refused to bring it out when we were leaving.
