• Melissa (9/5): - Clean,tidy apartment. Leave the car and walk to restaurants,shops, beach and park. Everything you need at your fingertips tips.
• Tina (5/5): It was ok wouldn’t stay in that apartment again unless things were changed - Location an space Not enough coaches for 6 people dining chairs very old and uncomfortable, not enough kitchen utensils etc( knife block with no knifes 5 cloth pegs to hand out washing etc

• Lidia (1/5): over priced extremely disappointing embarrassing and uneasy - nothing really the property was poorly maintained the cost was outrageous for the standard of facilities, the fact that we had to pay for any extra bath towel was unbelievable. the floors where unclean to a point that we needed to weather foot wear to move around the apartment. There was a cup and spoon of the balcony left over from who knows when. the planter pots one had a dead plant in it and the other dried old dusty dirt.

Hoping the check in will be better - Location is excellent with fantastic views The key collection process and being told the key was in Surfers Paradise- which it wasn’t. Also not notified of the code to access the key and had to keep calling until well after the check in time of 3 pm
• Gennaro (5/5): Super location, underwhelming apartment and very slow to non existent internet connection - It was a Sunday and no one was available on site and the keys were to be retrieved from a different location. One solution to this is to let the people know when booking that you are not located on site and that this would be the procedure on arrival. Apartment was well worn and needed a complete facelift.

• Tanya (5/5): Dissapointing for the price - the staff at Stays were fine, I wouldn't select a booking with that option off site again though. Very good that the keys can be left at the unit on exit. We paid for a 3 bedroom unit which was expensive and we couldn't/didn't want to sit on the lounge. It was very hard & uncomfortable & covered with a protector that was dirty. One hard metal arm chair had a broken wooden arm rest and the cane was unravelling. The Wifi rounter was just sat on the tiles and there was a rusty toilet roll holder that had rusted onto the floor. Bedrooms were good. A loose tile in the kitchen. I have photos.
• Suzanne (8/5): Very good - Great view, huge apartment, very clean and comfy beds. The lounge was not very comfortable.
• Carly (10/5): Wonderful experience all round - Great location and views. central to everything. Management people were fantastic to deal with and extremely helpful. Big open and lovely apartment. More toilet paper and towels to be provided. Get rid of rusty toilet roll holders. Minimal complaints though.
• Christine (8/5): Very good - Having to pick up of keys, 1 suburb away. Only 1 roll of toilet paper for a 5 night stay. No spare bin liners.
• Rebecca (4/5): photos can be deceiving - Location is central The apartment needs lots of TLC! One of the most unclean/unkept properties I have experienced. Stained couch was very unappealing, blood on a towel, filthy air fryer, and very little provided in terms of making your stay comfortable. Beware there is construction directly next door which we were not informed about. 7am wake ups each weekday.

We have stayed in cheaper places that were way better. - The view and location The lounge had stains all over it, there were marks on the benches, had to take our own rubbish away, there was only 1 parking space that was so difficult to get to, had to check in about 10 mins away from location, trying to get in contact with a stay after hours was impossible.
• Alden (7/5): We loved the location. A great base to get to theme parks, beach and surrounding areas. - Couldn’t have been more central to Broadbeach with shops and restaurants all within a block and short walk to the beach. Handy basement parking. Great views from 17th floor and nice amount of space and balconies. It is a bit rough in places and could do with some maintenance too. The waste disposal unit was not working.
