• Bianca (8/5): Apartament dragut - Aer Conditionat, smart TV, saltea comoda ( canapea extensibila), mijloace de transport in apropiere, plita electrica, frigider, microunde, aparat cafea cu capsula ( nu stiu daca erau si capsule de cafea, nu l-am folosit); aveai masuta mica, masuta mare + 2 scaunele. Am primit 2 prosoape mari + 2 mici. Apartamentul avea si rulouri la geam, perfect sa blochezi lumina pentru un somn mai lung. Peretii foarte subtiri, auzeai totul de la vecini, inclusiv pasii catelului pe podea ( dar asta tine de cladire, nu de proprietar); la curatenie se mai putea lucra putin ( erau resturi de la alti calatori in apartament), descuiatul usii poate fi putin dificil, mici emotii am avut atunci cand am lasat un mesaj proprietarului intr-o zi de miercuri si mi s-a raspuns abia sambata in ziua sosirii. ( fiind perioada aglomerata, cazarea rezervata cu 9-10 luni inainte, imi faceam griji sa nu se fi incurcat ceva, dar a fost in regula, s-a respectat rezervarea)

• sonia ribeiro (1/5): Fregatura del booking e della struttura - Niente perché non sono riuscita aprire la porta per entrare..stata una fregatura Che sono arrivata nel stesso piano 3 porta scritta la stessa cosa ..e io non sono riuscita aprire la porta ..non avuto assistenza del booking ne anche da struttura.e dicono che non mi restituisce mio soldi.devo pure fare denuncia
• Sára (7/5): Difficult to open the door or to lock it, but once inside it's really cosy - The flat is cozy, clean and really nicely decorated and furnished. We appreciated the welcome kit :) Opening the apartment door was really difficult, we struggled for a long time to even get inside the room, and it could not be locked from the inside at all. After we got our keys from the box we were standing in the hallway trying to open the door for around 30 minutes - in the middle of the night, after a day of travelling. No instructions were given on the door, but the same key opens both locks, you just have to find the correct position for it.... Our host did not pick up the phone or react to the texts, and I understand that it's the night, but he knew we were arriving late and could not bother that if we cannot get in, we have nowhere to sleep. Also the location is a bit further from the centre than expected.

• Nikoleta (7/5): Good - The place was not particularly clean, especially the floor and the glasses. Water from the shower was leaking outside, causing the bathroom to flood. Unfortunately, the owner was not welcoming at all.
• Thi (7/5): Good - Checkin process is not as convenient as other places, you have to fill out the form and attach your ID which is time consuming because we are busy the whole day The building is very old and the room is old as well, but was renovated and equipped with many modern facilities Hot, we could not use the AC Small bathroom, there are ants on the floor The bed sheets seem not clean The sofa bed is not a real bed so not very comfy
• Tharindu (8/5): Nice place. Clean and the location was good - The place was nice and cozy. They even had a wine bottle for us. Clean and safe It was extremely hot in the evening (late April) but we were not provided AC even upon request.

• Kelly (7/5): Great budget but basic stay. - The apartment was superb value for money, especially for Milan. It was clean and sufficient for our needs, but don’t expect luxury. The sofa bed was comfortable but I suspect would be very tired looking when put back as a sofa. The bathroom made an economic use of space which was quirky and fun, and nicely decorated. The welcome bottle of wine was a lovely touch. It had the basics of everything we needed as a base for a 3 night stay. Francesco was wonderful, and responded quickly to any questions. It has good transport links, however, we enjoyed the 40-60 minute stroll into the areas of interest in Milan. The building overall was shabby, and the hallways and stairwells were dark and in need of decoration. A minor thing, but the bathroom would benefit from a towel ring or rail, and the bed linen was a little tired looking.
• Nicolas-renato (7/5): Great apartment for 2 days, but only if you don't have high expectations. - -great communication with the owner -very good location, 2 min walk to the bus station, 20 min walk to the center -fridge, microwave, iron, hobs Its location makes it worth it, it's hard to find an accomodation in a better location for a better price. It's great for a budget friendly 2 day stay, but I wouldn't recommend it for more than 4 days -the apartment is in an old building, the walls are very thin and you can even hear the coughing of the neighbours, it feels like you don't have your private sphere - there is almost no distance between the front of the toilet and the wall, a taller person could only sit on it sideways -the shower drain is blocked, the water goes down slowly and it leaks out of the shower stall

• Mihai (5/5): Would pass if you have other options but its ok for 2-3 nights - Wifi is on working well, the administrator was specific with the access and the neighborhood is nice, a lot of authentic italian places. The room was not very clean. There was shattered glass on the floor all over the apartment so we had to be careful where we step. The space is decent but don`t expect too much.
• Minerva (7/5): Great - There were many house tools and the flat was pretty good equipped and the renter had a detail with us by leaving a bottle of wine for our arrival. It was a little bit dirty, glasses were not at point
• Jose (8/5): Great remodeled apartment with complimentary wine and water - Air conditiing, fridge, kitchen, freshly remodeled apartment. There was a bottle of delicious white wine and a bottle of water in the fridge waiting for us at no extra charge. Which was a very nice touch to our arrival. Thankyou Francesco The local bus on the way to the apartment kicked all passengers out for unknown reason to us, as we do not speak Italian. The bus driver only screamed "cambio", which means change in Spanish so I assume also the same in Italian. We had to walk under the scorching sun after taking the next bus, at the bus station where we were forced to get off, only for that bus to make a sharp left turn away from our route, so we quickly got off and started walking with our luggage 🧳 until we got to the apartment. Not a good feeling with all that luggage and the heat. But not the apartment's fault of course.
• Ana (8/5): Very good - The place was really nice, minutes from the tram or bus stations, well connected to the city attractions. The view on the other flats in the block was not so pleasing.
• Milana (5/5): Stay for one day is okay, but no longer - Relatively new renovation in apartment Clean bed linen and towels Relatively good location Water and wine as a compliment from the owner This apartment is in old apartment house, where live another people. The walls are thin. You will here everything, that happens in other flats. At 23:30 kids started running along the corridor, shouted loudly and disturbed my sleep. Bathroom is really tight. The water in the shower does not drain well. The kitchen is located a meter from the bed. If you cook something, the bed will smell like it. After check-in you will receive a message, that in case of damage to the flat or harassment and damage caused to the flat, the building or the inhabitants of the building or in case of nocturnal noise, we will unfortunately have to apply a penalty of € 1,000.00 in the same way you paid for your stay. Such a large fine must be disclosed in advance. We stayed in the apartment for one day and knowing that there was a possibility of getting such a large fine we would not have stayed there. Other residents disturbed my sleep, but there is no even small compensation for the damage caused by other residents.
• Berglind (9/5): Cozy and clean - Very cozy and clean apartment with everything a couple needs for two nights. Nice surprise was the bottle of wine waiting for us on the table! Comfortable bed. The apartment is located inside an old building with alot of other apartments. We could hear noices from other apartments which was sometimes inconvenient, especially early in the mornings.
