• Boris Hamilton (8/5): - Very practical to get the early morning bus to Koh Kood. Friendly staff. Hard for taxis to access the soi. Couldn't find the hotel on Google maps which didn't help.
• Daniel (8/5): 1 night stay. Absolutely worth the money! - The staff were great and the security of the hotel was good. Location is a bit out of the way but we chose to stay there for onward journey. Not great for central Bangkok, 20/30 minutes ride. Room was great. Shower was positioned so you had to hold it to shower yourself. Only negative. Everything else was spot on.

Not a good selection of place to eat in the area so you better have a - The rooms are spacious, and the only hotel since I’ve been in Thailand that offers wash clothes, hand towels and bath towels. Usually it just a bath towel to use. There are washers and dryers outside near the parking area. The decor was nice and it was the first time I used a kettle for coffee and I loved it. The location was not great, no restaurant but one that was just ok and not a wide variety of options. The hotel is really set up for monthly renters that take up the first few floors. Hotel guest stay on the higher floors and housekeeping is not consistent. While they don’t leave water daily, they have carafes with water in them. You don’t know how long the water has been there, so I didn’t drink it. I had to find someone to get toilet paper or run to 7/11. There is no one usually in the office, it is really deserted during the day. It would have been better if there were places to eat. On the day I left, there was a young girl at the desk and I asked would she mind calling me a taxi, she pointed at the street….I asked can you call for me. She walked away and didn’t see her again. Pretty rude and this was the first time that I met her. I was there for 6 nights.

• Legener (1/5): - Nichts Nachdem ich bereits das 1 Zimmer bewertet hatte und den Uneinsichtigen Kommentar vom Hotel gelesen habe, muss ich mich wiederholen: DIE BILDER DIE BEI BOOKING BEI DIESER KATEGORIE ANGEZEIGT WERDEN, ENTSPRECHEN NICHT DER WAHRHEIT!! Sollte auch von booking darauf reagiert werden!

• Martin (9/5): - Nice clean apartment with balcony. Friendly staff. Shop downstairs. An area with a local feel and great street food. Nothing about my stay but if you want more of a buzz probably not the area to be in.
• Ellie (8/5): Perfect for what we needed it for - Was great for what we needed it for, was just a one night stay before getting the bus down to Koh Chang (pick up is right around the corner). Cute little balcony. Air con was perfect. 7/11 on the ground floor was handy.

• Legener (2/5): Nie wieder - Nichts Das von mir gebuchte Zimmer was als Appartment beschrieben war, war ein normales kleines Doppelzimmer ohne Kühlschrank. Bei Booking wird ein Zimmer angeboten was nicht der Wahrheit entspricht!!

• YI-FANG (10/5): 像家一樣的體驗，很高興找到了這裡 - 1. 旅館員工親切，對到訪的旅客自然友善 2. 雖然並沒有每天自動清理房間，但我反而覺得這是一個優點，因為就像住在自己的房間一樣 3. 冷氣很強，地板很乾淨，房間很寬闊，而且附有陽台，採光很好：白天的時候房間可以不用開燈 4. 從櫃檯走出去1樓就是7-Eleven，方便到不行，可以直接在7-Eleven裡面泡泡麵拿回房間 5. 在這裡住的七個晚上，將會回味無窮 沒有不喜歡的～～～～～

• Alain (8/5): Ok for the money - Spray the room with insect repealent product on arrival - Value for money Had to have the cleaning lady change my bedsheet and cushion on my arrival, as it was not clean - Advice to you: buy an insect repealent product downstairs at 7eleven as you will have ant (in the computer and if you leave empty bottle of soda or food in the garbagge - even on the balcon) So, spary the room first to avoid the red ants to squat the rooms!

The room is conveniently located – there is a 7‑Eleven and a water vending machine right downstairs, and a shopping mall about 5-10 minutes away. The place is pet‑friendly, which was very important for me. Thank you 🙏🏻
• Chris (10/5): Nice quiet place away from downtown - It's a nice and calm place to stay that's out of the way from major traffic. There is a 7/11 downstairs, which is nice. It's a quiet building, and the people are helpful. I would stay here again I knew it was far out of the way from downtown when I booked, so no fault to the property. I would just like people to know that most tours will not pick you up. Grab cars usually take around 10 minutes to get there. The washer and dryer are downstairs in the parking garage

• Jani (7/5): Ok, if you need just spend a night before flight - Clean. Everything that you need in the room. My door second lock jammed when I went outside. At the evening I had to wait one hour for the lock smith to come to open the door. Owner(?) said that you should not to use the second lock(They gave me keys for both of the locks). Elevator was quite slow. No possibility for a breakfast anywhere neare.

• Evgenii (10/5): Excellent hotel for a nice price! - Great hotel! They met me and helped me with my luggage. The room was simple, clean and spacious. The bed was super comfortable! I already miss these pillows and blanket :) The room has a balcony, a kettle, there was also water, coffee and cocoa. There is a 7/11 store in the same building. You can bring animals and it is also very cheap. 25 minutes to the airport

Definitely will stay here again if I go to a concert at the stadium. - I chose this place because it's close to the stadium, very convenient for those going to concerts, you can walk to the stadium. There is 7-Eleven right in the building, laundry shop nearby It is a mini apartment type, with modern, new facilities, a TV with Netflix, a modern hair dryer, a big fridge, small room with the necessary facilities. The owner decorated the room beautifully. It seems that not many guests rent the room so the air in the room is not fresh. The bed is quite small for 2 adults. Need to improve the smell in the room.

• Alexandra (4/5): Would have been great, if it wasn't for the noise. - The room itself was very comfortable and spacious for me, my partner and our medium sized dog. the bed was super comfy overall the quality of the room was good. they didn't advise there would be work being done on the property, it was so loud in my room as they were doing work on the room directly above with power tools. I was woken up by this early after a long drive from Phuket to the accomodation. Second to this, It was advertised that the property would have a hot water service however it didn't work... not that this is a big deal but if I'm paying a high price for the area, I hope their facilities meet the standards.

• Nicola (10/5): Excellent JK Mansion - I cannot rate this hotel high enough. Beautiful room with all modern fittings and lovely decorations. A balcony that looked over the quiet area and big fridge made the room perfect for my needs. The hotel is spotlessly clean all the way through and the lady there helped me with my mountain of luggage. A 7-11 on the ground floor and a few street food stalls on the soi. I will definitely stay here again as although I didn't use it this time the links into Bangkok are also close by. Wonderful place. Nothing to dislike.
