At first, they failed to give us the correct address to collect the key from with no instructions. The check in is not in the actual resort and we had to sift through 15 spam emails to find an address at the bottom of signature of the spam emails. The address we put into maps that we got off booking.com for the apartment took us to the wrong address and took us to a house 15 minutes up the road.
Once we finally figured out where we were supposed to go, we go to unlock the door and reception staff have gave us the wrong keys. When we finally got into our apartment 1 HOUR LATER which delayed us significantly with our booked plans, we find that they only set up for 2 guests even though we booked for 3. So the sofa bed was not set up and it was still a couch.
I feel bad for the young girl who had to drop keys to us and make the bed because of others poor organisation.
At 9:58am as we were getting ready to leave, an unpleasant cleaner storms in the room without knocking and says “checkout is at 10”, we said “we know that, we are gathering our things to leave”. She then rolls her eyes and leaves. A cleaner entering prior to check our time is a big problem in itself. Then, moments later as we are leaving the apartment, this rude woman starts complaining to us and saying some very rude things. Extremely unprofessional.
I do believe we do deserve compensation for the several inconveniences as we paid a lot of money for our accommodation to receive very poor service.
