Mathew (9/5): - Perfect location and beautiful home Small hot water system with low water pressure, only advised in fine print regarding someone staying in granny flat below. Title page on ad said Property to yourself, minimal impact but still would of been nice to have this spelt out clearly. Main foot on bed very hard, not comfortable

Felicity (10/5): Lovely, well-located property. We would not hesitate to recommend it. - Great location, light airy property with good outdoor deck and inside dining areas. Very clean with a generous, well equipped kitchen that contained more than the bare necessities. We were able to enjoy cooking for ourselves some days and have easy access to Yamba’s many restaurants on other days. It was easy to walk to the beaches and we also hired bikes so we could cycle to Angourie and around town. The owner responded very rapidly to any questions and I’m sure if we’d had any issues (which we didn’t) they would have been resolved without any delay Nil
Judy (9/5): A truly great place to stay - spacious, clean and a convenient location. - The location - halfway between town and the beach. The main bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well equip. The glassed in dining room was a treat to sit it and enjoy a meal. The Oceanstays' team were responsive when we had a query. Thoughtful gift was left to say thank you - such a clever idea - thank you. Fix the sensor light positioned above the front stairs - every time a vehicle goes up or down Coldstream Street this light comes on - this interrupted the ambiance of the dining room and neighbours are impacted. A 'please watch your step' at the top step to the landing would be advantageous - due to the landing this step is extra high. Specify which lock box (there are two) that the keys are located - the keys were in the top box at our visit.
Georgina (10/5): Exceptional - Great location between the beach and town. A lovely outlook onto town from living room and master bedroom. Loved the Leif products in the bathroom- a beautiful touch.
Claire (10/5): Wonderful, relaxing holiday in a home away from home. - Amazing location, easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and beaches. Very well equipped kitchen. Great water pressure and the best toiletries I have ever used in a holiday house. Wonderful views across town to the national park. Leaving! We are looking forward to a return visit.
Anastasia (8/5): Gorgeous location, would definitely book again. - The location was outstanding. The house was flooded with natural light and a sense of space. There is an expansive view from the lovely north facing deck. The sunset was also beautiful. There were good facilities in the kitchen with everything that you could need. The showers lacked pressure and the hot water took a long time to come through.
