• Dii (10/5): Mọi thứ đều thuận lợi với tôi - Mình rất hài lòng khi nghỉ ở đây. Vị trí ngay trung tâm nên thuận tiện đi ăn uống và tham quan. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, tạo cảm giác thoải mái. Đặc biệt, nhân viên rất nhiệt tình, hỗ trợ mình rất nhiều trong suốt thời gian lưu trú. Chắc chắn mình sẽ quay lại lần sau. À còn nữa quán có nhà hàng phía dưới bán đồ ăn và nước uống cũng ngon lắm nha , mọi người có ghé ở thì nên dùng thử nhá.

• Tuan (1/5): Never come back there - Housekeeping’s lady very bad attitude. Her conversation was so bad, I stayed 4 days on 03/12-03/15. She did argued with us why they can provided us two water bottles cause it was not time yet ,sound was so funny She told us, so cheap then stay on this place, and she tryed to play mind game to trap us by miss two small towels then they will charge us extra….oh my god
• Lewis (5/5): If you want location this is one of the better and cheaper places to stay at. If you have more money and couldn’t care f - I liked the location, that was great. Very close to main parts of town. Having a bath was nice and the cleaner was very friendly. The wall in my room has water stains that clearly was leaking and has been patched over with paint but water behind there is just seaping through causing it to stain. The bathtub leaked, I moved in and constantly had to repair the plunger on the toilet to flush which was quite annoying. You’re able to go and come as you please but going down the stairs owner or worker is sleeping on the couch so you feel obliged to tip toe like your 15 years old sneaking out your bedroom past your parents during the night. Didn’t like that at all. Last day I was late checking out as the toilet had stopped flushing after I conducted my business so I fixed that and the bath had leaked so bad I had to mop it up. Then the slider door lock fell out (not screwed or had come loose). Had the owner come up to me at 12pm (checkout was 10am) basically trying to shake me down for the two extra hours I spent in the room. Granted I should have said but I explained to her and she said ok don’t worry about the money but the attitude was unreal to a degree. I did have a sheet become dirty to which I offered to pay for and kindly they said don’t worry but an ok stay regardless of the issues did get hindered by the last encounter. Was a bit of a shame. It wasn’t that much cheaper than staying at say Rivergate residence so really location and a bath tub was the only thing I think did this place any favours.

• hirai (5/5): 宿泊施設が安いから泊まりました - 清掃員さんいるときは毎日ベッドメイキングをしていました。とても親切に感じました。値段が安いので助かりました。よくなかった点ではなく、改善したらもっと良くなると思います。参考までに 食事付きだとおもったが、なかった。　5階の部屋まで階段であるく、辛かった。 宿泊に対しの説明が不足していた。とても若い女の子ではなくて1階のカフェを切り盛りしている管理している女の人は不親切。

• Tablada (4/5): Sadly not a very comfortable stay. - The room was quite big, lots of space. Air conditioning worked well. The bar downstairs was very aesthetic, although there was a language barrier the staff were nice. Although the bed was big, it was extremely hard and springy, back was aching and had the worse sleep ever. The bathroom got very wet when showering as the bathtub didn’t have a curtain. There were ants in the bathroom; glad we had hanging wash bags. You can hear the traffic at night.

Tòa nhà không có thang máy mà không được ghi cụ thể trong thông tin phòng, chỉ được thông báo khi đến nhận phòng, phòng xếp ở tầng cao nhất là tầng 5. Khi mình không ở được đòi hoàn phần tiền 50% ( tiền cọc mình ko đòi lại) thì không được hoàn lại với lý do phải gửi phí hoa hồng chp booking.com. Thực sự dịch vụ rất tệ và mình sẽ không recommend.

• Guest (1/5): - Location. Frauded us with 50% of room charges for a day. We came back to checkout at 2 PM, they had us locked out of our room, refused to give us access to luggage and threatened us with local police. No prior intimation that 50% amount will be charged if we get a slightly late getting back to hotel. Very very bad experience. Please stay away from the property. Also room was given on back side of building, vs shown in front side, very pathetic small balcony.

• Weiping (7/5): Rude and cocky staff - Location and facilities Male staff (with dark brown hair and a bangs) that works on sunday 930am, has bad attitude, acting aloof and condescending in his mannerisms with no good reason when customer is being polite. It is not my first encounter with his rudeness. When I asked for the keys to my room after checking out to take an item I left behind in the room, he rolled his eyes, and acted like a prick, gesturing 'ok, go.' Last time when I requested to hold.on to a room item to return later during room change, he shouted at me and said NO. Unnecessarily hostile. I have no idea why he is acting like a prick towards the guest

• Gabriel (10/5): Clean, Affordable, Amazing Experience - Staying there was very affordable compared to other places. At first, I was skeptical about the quality because of the low price, but to my surprise, the place was relatively clean, I was genuinely impressed. Construction is happening beside the building, so if you are not an early bird or a heavy sleeper, this might cause you some sleeping issues.

• Vernon (8/5): Arista 5 Week one - Location was good and lobby had a decent restaurant. Room was very bright. Kitchen facilities were adequate. Balcony has table and chairs. View was interesting, mainly of building under construction across the street, but you could see river off to the left and street activity to the right NO shower curtain, so bathroom floor always got wet. No dinner knife or spatula. Lot of noise from construction across the street.

• Olivia (5/5): It was okay but not the best service - The cafe downstairs is really cool and the location is perfect in the centre but not too close to the hustle and bustle :) When we arrived the staff didn’t smile at us or wasn’t welcoming throughout the stay. One of them knocked on our room in the day demanding us to check out when we had it booked already for 3 nights and she walked in the room. The toilet was leaking all over the bathroom and it made the floor soaking wet, nobody came once to clean the room and we had to use towels to dry up the floor. Also my boyfriend was working from here and the construction over the road is so loud he was unable to work. There also isn’t any lift to get up to the apartment we had to carry our big suitcases and backpacks up flights of stairs which wasn’t ideal.
• Thomas (5/5): I did not like it - The restaurant has a nice feel. There was too many moskitos, cockroaches and lizards in the room. When I report it to get cleaners, the staff seemed to be bother that I reported it and it took time to get a cleaner.

I loved enjoying myself in the hot bath, watching Netflix with good Wi-Fi, sleeping in the double bed or accessing the restaurants nearby. They also allowed me to store my stuff with them until 6:00 p.m. Unfortunately there is a construction side happening nearby. So, it can be very noisy during the day. But I'm a deep sleeper.

After my 1st night it didnt cool the room so I could hardly sleep due to the heat. There was terrible noise after flushing the toilet or draining the bathtube.

Towels and water replaced every other day. Noisy from construction outside early and a fire drill on the first night. The side door/how to come and go after the café's closing time wasn't explained to me on check in. No shower curtain for the bath so water ran everywhere.

• Klolis7 (5/5): Very noisy and unpleasant stay. - Was clean overall and the staff they were all great! The WiFi was the worse. You couldn't even watch a YouTube video. The TV didn't show anything, was just there to be. The windows were zero sound proof. You could hear everything from 100m away. Sleep was a challenge. I was on 104. Was very very very noisy. Only after midnight you could sleep. That's my view

• Jennifer (7/5): Functional room above a bar in a good location - The best thing about this place was the location and the cleanliness. The room was quite large, with nice big windows and a small balcony looking out over a construction site that was busy 24/7. The fridge was nice though. The bathroom was functional but a bit odd. The room was several flights up a narrow staircase above a bar that had barely any customers. The staff were non-existent. As an alternative to a large impersonal hotel, it was fine. The 'kitchenette' was basically useless, as there were no utensils or plates etc. --it lacked everything but a kettle and a fridge. The AC was marginal and the bed was rock hard. The bathroom was clean but had an odd tub/shower set-up. There were no staff to ask about anything.

The staff was soo rude I encountered multiple issues during my stay, including ants on the bed, the absence of a shower curtain, and constant construction noise near my room, making it impossible to sleep. Despite requesting a refund after just one night, I was denied. The staff was uncooperative, and even when they attempted to switch rooms, the noise persisted. The bed was uncomfortably hard, adding to the overall unpleasant experience.
• Jennifer (1/5): Terrible. Stay away until the construction is over. - Good location in district one. Bad location- balcony overlooking a HUGE construction site. There was construction going on all day. A jackhammer was literally hammering right above my ceiling. It was unbelievable. If you look out from the balconies, you see a huge construction site. Not pretty. Do not stay here if you want to relax anytime near 1/20/2024.

Value for money was strong in this city. Great location for walking. I would absolutely return to stay here again No elevator, didn't affect me because I'm solo with hand luggage, but anyone doing a month long trip with big cases might struggle with steps, although the staff can help. High rise building being built across the street so noisy during the morning. Obviously not their fault but will probably be the case for a while longer.

• Michail (8/5): Stayed in room 304 for 3 days. - There is cousy bar downstairs. The location is vibrant. Staff at bar was very helpfull. One girl doesnt speak 1 word English..but i started to like that...and she was cute. No curtain in the bath. Floor gets wet! The internet was very weird. Speed was good but some apps it doesnt open or to slow.
• Alex (4/5): Disappointing - Spacious room and good value for money. Warning messages that the wifi connection was "insecure" and "not private" whenever I tried to use it. Room wasn't cleaned during my stay. Constant street noises 24 hours a day. There is no sound proofing at all. Loud air conditioning. Shower wasn't easy to use. Update in response: I didn't say the wifi was poor, I said it was an insecure/not private connection. Also, my room was never cleaned in my 6 night stay, so it is strange that you claim to have cleaned it every 2 days. Also, some hotels have sound proof windows so it doesn't feel like your sleeping on the street.

• Paul.benedict.zachariah (1/5): Construction Noise at 3am, Dirty Walls, Faulty Door Knob, No Shower Curtains - The host, Mimi was responsive via text to an extent. Infact, I thank her for offering us to change into another room but we rejected. Despite having a weak command of English, the Staff working at the Cafe below were kind enough to assist with the checking in process. Washing Machines and Dryer were provided. Lastly, during my shifting out on the 3rd day, there were alot to carry down + a bag of packages. I assumed one of them dropped on the stairs and I took one of them by accident as I do not know how to read Vietnamese, despite the ongoing tensions, the host was understanding / reasonable enough about this * And I returned the package immediately. Sadly, there was a high amount of dust around as well, so we did some personal cleaning on our own. Upon checking, the door knob was faulty. I have to emphasize that we foolishly overlooked on the importance of shower curtains (as it was not shown in the listing pictures) but we had no idea that after showering, there would be an overwhelming amount of water on the floor. The TV wasn't working for us as well. Bed was really hard, no extra pillows for back support. Closet only had 2 hangers, which completely makes no sense. At 3am, we had to deal with the loud construction noises which made it really impossible to sleep. Despite the obvious list of issues, the host wasn't keen on providing a refund. We did our best being patient with the basic issues but as the list adds on, we had to pack up and escape from the nightmare on Day 3* I regret to say that the host was not empathic enough to provide us the refund despite the range of issues. And yes, our travel plans were badly affected. As it was a cash payment, we knew it was impossible to ever get the money back. Sadly, Booking.com wasn't able to assist us any further as well. Never in my life have I faced such a nightmare that has drastically destroyed my mood to even resume my holiday in Saigon. It was so helpless knowing that a platform like booking.com can only do this much to assist and even allow situations like such to be taken advantage of. Situations where a low quality apartment filled with complications is presented to the customer and there is no other options left. • Patnaik (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful ambience, the downstairs bar / coffee lounge is great, perfect for the tenants staying at the apartment for morning coffee and evening booze. Amazing drinks and a local / international food menu to choose from. Rooms are spacious and clean, with all amenities needed, the location is at a prime spot close to all major attractions in HCM. Moreover, the staff is the best and most hospitable at this spot which makes it worth visiting and staying, super accommodating!! look out for Vincent he will take care of you!! Nothing to say here

Lots of nice cafes and restaurants right around the corner in walkable distance. Fantastic Indian restaurant right next to the hotel that’s a must try. The lobby still had construction going on so really wasn’t much of a reception but the manager was accessible through WhatsApp. Was a bit hard finding things during the stay as the hotel boy didn’t speak any English and there was no one else at the property so waited around a bit for things like drinking water. However this might have changed since my stay there.

• Tam (10/5): Overall, I enjoyed staying at Nexdor due to its prime location, new rooms and friendly staffs. - I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nexdor. The location is unbeatable - it is situated in the heart of 1st district, walking distance to Thu Thiem bridge, Duc Ba Church, and Independence Palace. The hotel room is new, nice, and clean with comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. There is also a cute little cafe on the first floor for my daily dose of strong Viet coffee. I was looking for a place to stay around the area and although many other hotels are much more well known and luxurious, they are also way more expensive. That's why I decided to give this place a try. Considering the prime location, the newly upgraded building and the top-notch amenities, this is definitely a best bang for your buck! There is no elevator so if you have problems with walking up the stairs, it could be an issue. I am in my 30s and was stayed at 2nd floor, so it wasn't a huge problem for me. I did mention that with the receptionist, and they were more than happy to help with luggage as well as assign rooms in lower floors for parties with senior and children.

• Soova (2/5): Very poor - Next to construction site plus there was ongoing construction behind my door grinder was used for hours .At night music from outside was extremely load and is ended at 1 am . Thats no place if you need a rest!
