• jorge alberto (7/5): Bien - Las instalaciones, muy bien. Que esta un poco lejos del centro. Hay autobuses te dejan frente al hostel, el tema son los horarios, hay pocos que salen de noche y cuesta regresar al hostel.

• McGrorey (8/5): - It was probably one of the quietest dorm rooms. I’ve spent in a hostel. And the hostel was quite quaint and clean and nice sitting areas inside and outside It really advertised much nicer bunkbeds in the dorm room- with privacy curtains. There were none and I met another guest in a different room who also thought she was booking the more private dorm room. So be warned, the advertising is a bit misleading on Booking.com. It’s quite a bit away from a lot of the activities in Florence

• Etienne (7/5): Hôtel convenable. - On est venus à pied, quartier qui change du centre-ville. On a été surclassés gratuitement ça c’est génial ! Accueil Check in sur une plage horaire large c’est pratique. Le jardin / espace vert accessible et à disposition est chouette. La salle de bain n’est pas à la hauteur des attentes. Les portes de la douche ne ferment pas bien, il y a un jour qui laisse fuir l’eau en dehors de la douche. Il manque de la lumière pour la douche. Il y a trop de plastique pour les savons.

El desayuno costaba 10 €, pero realmente valía la pena: todo estaba muy rico y había buena variedad. Sin duda, una muy buena experiencia. La ubicación está un poco retirada del centro de la ciudad, pero había una parada de bus muy cerca y era fácil desplazarse y llegar a todos lados sin problema.

• Emily (8/5): - Good sized storage in rooms which can be locked with padlock. Beds were comfy and top bunks had ladder that was super easy to use in dark. Bathroom area was clean and lots of space to relax outside of the rooms. Female at the reception when I checked in was very nice. There is one side of the beds that doesn’t have a curtain/blind so people can slightly see in. Shower on the smaller side (it’s a wet room), and it’s in the bedroom area no separate so difficult if someone wants to shower late at night. The plug sockets in the beds were annoying as they were so crammed together I could only fit one adapter (uk-eu adapter), which made it difficult to try charge my belongings.
• DANIELA (1/5): The worst hostel experience of my entire life - Good beds. I was a victim of VIOLENCE and XENOPHOBIA at this establishment. In a room for 6 people, with smoking prohibited, people entered the room drunk in the middle of the night, talking loudly, toasting, drinking whiskey and smoking (the person who was making the most noise wasn't even staying in the room). Another guest and I woke up and politely asked them to drink outside the room. The person started insulting us, saying that he was Italian and that we were foreigners, that he was in his country and that we should go back to our countries. This person said that we couldn't tell him what to do in his country and SAID HE WOULD BE CAPABLE OF KILLING US. We went down to reception and tried to talk to the staff. The manager or person in charge of the establishment was not there; the employee said he couldn't do anything, refused to call the manager or the police. Meanwhile, the aggressor came after us and spent more than an hour insulting us with swear words, threats and obscenities. The employee simply ignored us when we asked for action. We spent the night awake, afraid of being assaulted. The aggressor wasn't even removed from the premises: he spent the entire night in the establishment's reception area and was sleeping on the sofa there the next morning. The morning employee also took no action or responsibility for what happened, even though the cameras recorded everything that happened and my roommate recorded audio of the insults and threats. We only didn't go to the police because our bus was leaving early the next morning. I tried to resolve the problem through Booking, but the hostel didn't take responsibility, didn't offer any kind of refund or compensation, and even gave a fake version of the facts, saying that they had done everything to help and that we were causing problems because we were claiminig for some action. DO NOT STAY AT AN ESTABLISHMENT THAT TOLERATES VIOLENCE AND XENOPHOBIA!

• Christophe (7/5): Agréable ,le cachet de Florence fait tout oublier - La déco très moderne Chambre très confortable Pas de parking ,on le savait mais on commence à avoir l’habitude en Italie L’accueil ,…des progrès à faire dans le commerce pour ces jeunes ! Le bruit dans la rue malgres les étages …problème de la fenêtre trop vétuste ,pas d’étanchéité ..on pourrait faire mieux comparé à une déco industrielle très moderne

• Salih (6/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend. - Wir haben in einem Doppelzimmer übernachtet. Neben dem Hotel befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, und das Stadtzentrum ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Nähe gibt es kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher rochen unangenehm. Das Badezimmer war sauber, aber es kam nur sehr wenig Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn.

• Vladimir (8/5): - The price for a hostel bed was decent for the peak of the tourist season in Florence. The staff was very nice and informed me well regarding my questions. The shared bathroom was too far from my room. I wake up 2x a night cause of health issues and have to go to the bathroom. Having to walk so far woke me up a bit and messed up my overall sleep quality. Pillows are also too used up and make the sleep even worse. IMO there needs to be another joint bathroom and shower at the end of the hallway. The floor section I was in was too big for just one.

• Isabella (9/5): - I stayed in an all women's room and had a great stay. The beds were super comfortable and the room was a good size with spacious lockers and a clean bathroom. I also really liked the common spaces both in the hallway and In the front yard - I honestly felt that the pictures didn't do it justice. Other than that check-in and -out was easy, the staff was nice and I felt safe during my stay.

Se avete intenzione di fare una passeggiata, in 35 min riuscirete ad arrivare nella centralissima Firenze. Il personale è presente e disponibile. Le camere e gli ambiente sono curati e particolari. • francesca (2/5): Un prezzo eccessivo per il servizio offerto - Non ho fatto colazione. La posizione era abbastanza buona in quanto vicino al Nelson Mandela Forum I letti a castello di metallo sono tremendi, ad ogni movimento di uno dei due occupanti balla tutto. Non c'era una luce di cortesia, un piccolo abajour, che in una stanza comune sarebbe molto utile per non disturbare gli altri. Nei bagni gli spazi per appoggiare i propri effetti personali erano esigui, così anche gli appendini. Gli armadietti in camera non dispongono di chiusura, avrei dovuto comprami un lucchetto.

• Tanja (8/5): - The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciated that they allowed me to leave my luggage after check-out, which made my travel much easier. The accommodation itself was comfortable, but the location was not very central, so it required a bit more time to get to main attractions.

En general bien Quizás pocos baños. Las camas un poco inestables. Son cuarenta minutos caminando al centro aprox. Pero hay transporte cerca.

• Luisa (1/5): Worst hostel I stayed in in a looooong time. - For the entirety of the floor with numerous rooms, there were a total of two showers for ladies. The facilities were in the same room for both sexes with just some swing doors separating them. The beds were rather rickety, with the mattresses way too squishy/worn out and the one from the top sagging noticeably down. There was no air con, which now was okish, but will be pretty gruesome in summer months. There were also lots of school groups with a very high noise level…
