• sukanta (8/5): - It was in very convenient secure area and very comfortable. There was not much utensils,toilet paper was only one which was 1/3rd left in the roll. Even though house was clean but it causes inconvenient for any guest.

• Amanda (8/5): Comfortable and well located apartment - Great location to attend a concert at Qudos Arena, quite an easy walk. Also close to supermarketa and dining out options. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the owner responsive when I contacted them about missing linens. We enjoyed our stay and would book again if attending an event nearby. It would be great if the TV was digital so that guests could log into their streaming services.

• Nikita (10/5): - Getting the keys from the safe box was easy but the ezy mart shop where the safe box is held, the shop was closed for 1.5hrs with no staff. So delayed our checking in.

• David (10/5): - It was exactly what we needed for our stay for a concert at Qudos Stadium… easy walk to the concert and cafes around the area. Close access to the train station meant we could fill our day with a tourist day trip to Circular Quay. The checking in process was well detailed and clearly communicated prior to arrival and went very smoothly. Bright and comfy is a good description… we loved it and will come back again.

• Michael (7/5): Great location to all venues. - Location to venue. Close to cafes and bars. Good size apartment The bed linen and towels were average. The railway line behind the apartment was noisy.

Would be very difficult if you were a single traveller and therefore couldn’t send someone else in with the key.

Love that it was located just outside the lift so no long distances to travel with luggage Despite selecting we had 4 guests, we still had to make up the sofa bed ourselves. This would be very inconvenient for those who are tired after a commute.

The communication and instructions were very appreciated too. I did a lot of cooking during our stay and it was very basic with items you would normally find. A deep clean is needed as the shower was a bit grimey.

• Sarah (7/5): Great once we were in - Lovely convenient apartment close to the Showgrounds. Nice, clean and well equipped. A selection of tea and coffee. Access was difficult with multiple components. The apartment is undergoing maintenance both inside and outside. Having workmen in front of our windows was not ideal. The property has undergone flooding inside and some of the jib board has been removed. Not an issue, but prior warning would have been a good idea

Also the location was perfect for its proximity to the Supanova event we went down for. Beds were a little hard, and we could hear the trains going, but they weren't so loud as to disrupt our sleep.

• Vanessa (6/5): Mostly Enjoyable - Location was perfect for out needs. The car park was amazing. Shower was great. Check in process works well and the instructions were in depth and easy to follow. The view was beautiful. The apartment was secure. Cooktop was great. There were enough shops close by to be able to buy what we needed, when we needed it. The air con didn't work well and the vents appeared moldy.The beds were hard and made sleep challenging. There were visible children's hand prints on the glass doors. We have no young children. We found some dark hair in the bed, and we are all medium to fair haired. For the price, it was good. Just a few things could be improved.

• Adrienne (8/5): Great only downfall is the Ezymart - The staff at Ezymart are very rude and not helpful at all that’s the only downfall to the property The rude staff at Ezymart, had experience with two different woman and they were both exceptionally rude, unfriendly and unhelpful
• Christina (6/5): Pleasant - Close to accore stadium and restaurants. Lovely location. There was no pull out sofa bed. It was basically a lounge only small children could sleep on. Luckily, my 2 children were small enough to sleep on it. Also, there was only 1 doona. The directions to the car park were extremely confusing and slightly misleading. We almost missed our show stuffing around with parking. There were a couple of dirty tissues in the bedrooms bedside table and no top sheet for the main bed. The doona didn't smell clean.

• Lay (7/5): Despite the above inconveniences, we have to be fair to say that the host was being very responsive. - Location. Rate reasonable, would stay there again for the rate. Host very responsive. He is honest to share in ad that the railway track is outside the building. The sound was alright as we were pre-empted. Apt was not very clean. Kitchen was all greasy. And very strong cooking grease smell in the apt including the bedroom, which was quite disturbing to our sleep. Hosts sent cleaners the next day but they still did not clean properly and cabinets and stove still greasy. Smell was still heavy and we actually bought a good Odour removal spray which helped a bit to rid of the smell. Also, the washing machine internal parts came off (actually we noticed later that another part already came off before) and almost got our clothes torn if we have not put them in laundry bags. Host was quick to check it out the next day and left many laundry bags to use, but we were not sure if it would help to prevent. So it was abit inconvenient when we couldnt do our laundry for the few days left.
