• Rodolfo (10/5): Excelente experiencia con este departamento. - El departamento es muy cómodo y está equipado con todo lo que necesitas para una vacaciones. Cocina completa con todos los electrodomésticos y vajillas. Baño con toallas limpiezas. Habitación con aire acondicionado y ventilador. Nos brindaron sombrilla, reposera y conservadora. Puntaje 10/10 Todo perfecto

Küche (fast alles Erdenkliche ist vorhanden); Klimaanlage und Deckenventilator im Schlafzimmer; schnelles Warmwasser in der Dusche; komfortables großes Bett; gutes Wifi; Kühlbox & Liegestuhl & Sonnenschirm für den Strand der etwa 5 min zu Fuss entfernt liegt; Restaurants und Foodcorners etwa 5 - 10 min zu Fuss entfernt; viel Privatsphäre (Eingangspforte öffnet sich mit Chip und auch mit Schlüssel); ausreichend Steckdosen vorhanden (nicht überall der Fall in Brasilien) Extrem lautes schrilles Gebell von 2 kleinen Hunden einige Meter entfernt, einer hat mich sogar gebissen, die Vermieterin (eine Krankenschwester) hat sich sofort besorgt um meine Wunde gekümmert. Das Gebell früh morgens ist so intensiv, dass sogar meine hochwertigen Silikonstöpsel (doppelt in jedem Ohr nicht viel halfen), ohne das Gebell, das mich in den 6 Tagen jeden einzelnen Morgen früh aufweckte, hätte ich eine 10 vergeben; viel Mini-Ungeziefer in der Küche (am besten Kaffee, Zucker) in Gefrierbeutel verstauen oder wie ich im großen hochwertigen Kühlschrank; die Lage ist gut aber nicht perfekt (gute Restaurants, großer Supermarkt, animierte Esplanade etwa 10 - 15 min zu Fuss entfernt); die minderwertigen Fenster haben nur Sichtschutzfunktion aber dämmen keine Hitze oder Geräusche von außen (daher das Problem mit dem Gebell auf etwa 3m Distanz); Klimaanlage nur im Schlafzimmer, nicht aber im Wohnbereich und Küche, da gibt es "nur" einen Deckenventilator
• Matheus (10/5): Uma estadia excepcional e tranquila! - A Lúcia é uma pessoa incrível, nos recebeu muito bem e foi extremamente solícita e atenciosa. Sem dúvidas a melhor anfitriã que já tive contato até hoje. O local estava em perfeitas condições, extremamente higienizado, móveis e utensílios novos e uma cama muito confortável. Está bem próximo da Praia do Forte, muito tranquilo de ir a pé. O ar condicionado faz um pouco de barulho, mas nada que tire o sono de ninguém. E pelo calor da cidade, ele é um diferencial muito grande no imóvel.

• passos pontes (9/5): Férias descanso em paz - Amei o local, super aconchegante, quarto espaçoso, ar condicionado top. Tem tudo na casa, utensílios de cozinha. Maravilhoso Só o barulho do motor bomba que fica ao lado da porta de entrada, mas é suportável.
• pantaleto (10/5): Impecable - La amabilidad de Lucia y su familia, sugiriendo playas y atracciones. Está muy bien equipado, muy cómodo. Volveríamos a alojarnos acá.
• Julio (10/5): Excelente relación precio calidad - La ubicación es Excelente. Cerca de la playa, del centro, supermercados, farmacias y otras tiendas. Lucia es una gran anfitriona y siempre estuvo atenta a nuestras dudas. Óptima relación precio calidad.
