• Marian (10/5): Very comfortable and convenient location. - The host provided me with clear instructional videos prior to arrival which made locating the keys and getting into the property very easy. A bottle of water was also in the fridge which was very welcome after travelling and the heat! The bed was very comfortable, and the property had good air conditioning which allowed for comfortable sleep given the heat wave happening at the time. The master bedroom had a walk in closet and LOTS of clothes storage - best I've ever seen. I stayed for 10 days but the property is one that would suit people looking for even longer stays, as there are laundry facilities and a fully equipped kitchen. N/A

• Vivienne (9/5): Perfect family apartment - The location is excellent! The space is also outstanding - it has 2 separate bedrooms in addition to the living area (not just a bed in the living area), making this unbeatable value for the location. We travelled with our children , 3 & 5, and found this location perfect. There's a playground, supermarket, cafes, fruit and vegetable stores, a pharmacy, public transport, so much gelati, restaurants, and of course the gorgeous Parco Sempione. Communication with the host was excellent. Neighbours in the apartment block were friendly. We didn't notice significant street noise but it was cold so we kept doors and windows closed. This was our first time in Milan and we had a wonderful time! We learnt the heater, washing machine, dishwasher, and oven is too many appliances for the circuit to handle - but the host responded very quickly to help solve why our power went out, and wasn't at all sour that we hadn't read all the introductory information we'd been sent 😅. The shower grout was mouldy, which isn't different from other older buildings we've stayed in Italy and France, which don't have exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Our children were disappointed at there being mould in the spa bath jets, which displaced when the jets were turned on, and they refused to use the bath at all after realising. The apartment is on the first floor, and there is no lift - just FYI.
