• Junyu (10/5): - 房间很干净，器械齐全，麻雀虽小五脏俱全。闹中取静，离池袋不远，挺方便的，没有噪音，离便利地很近。相当推荐。 楼梯稍有狭小，携带大件行李的话可能要注意一下。
• Linda (8/5): - Modern, Waschmaschine war da, schön warm im Winter, gute Lage, Bad ist klein aber alles machbar Sehr klein wir konnten nur einen Koffer auf einmal aufmachen und immer wieder verstauen müssen. Allerdings war zum verstauen im Kleiderschrank genug Platz
• Nok (7/5): Compact, clean and a room that does the job. Caution no lift. - Everything shown in the picture is exactly what you get. We visited during winter and there was no warm toilet seat that was a little disappointing. Washing machine was a good bonus, however we didn’t need it at the time. The owner offered baggage drop off at 12pm, and check in was at 4pm. There is nowhere to be found in the description that this apartment has no lift. Narrow stairs case and 3 levels of carrying luggages up and down were enough for me to not pick this ever again.

• Marzani (10/5): - Appartamento confortevole, in un'ottima posizione, vicino al centro della vita di Ikebukuro e a molte stazioni della metro. Oltretutto staff disponibile e cortese a rispondere alle domande e richieste.
• NicoN (9/5): Très bon rapport qualité/ prix - L'emplacement non loin de la gare d'Ikebukuro. L'appartement était pratique et confortable. Attention. Si vous êtes fumeurs , il faut faire une petite marche de 5 minutes jusqu'au combini.
• Jace (9/5): Good if you're not tall. - Tiny apartment in a nice quiet but easy to find street. Good location for trains/ikebukuro centre. If you're over like 5'8, you're going to have a bad time. I'm 6'3 and the light fittings came to my chin. Also my head almost touches the roof I'm the shower. Hit my head 20+ times. Lol
• Sally (9/5): Clean, convenient, comfortable apartment - I really liked the convenience of the location, it’s close to 2 of the stations and easy to get too. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. Self check in. The stairs were a bit tricky to take a suitcase up and down. Sometimes people in the other apartments were loud after quiet hours

• Amelia (7/5): Unexpected stairs are a killer, apartment is nice and cosy. Good for 2 people max - Washing machine is always a plus but there was no laundry detergent provided. Good location just on the outskirts of Ikebukuro, ~10 min walk to the station- nice and straight walk down the main road Good home wifi and ample power points near the bed Description is incorrect - no front desk, no baggage storage outside of check in/out. No lift- have to walk up 3 flights of stairs which are not indoor, we struggled with our large bags up the narrow stairs in the rain. No bidet.

• Patrick (8/5): Nice stay in a functional and quiet apartment, though small. I enjoyed - Nice functional apartment in a quiet environment, close to shops, restaurants and train station in Ikebukuro Bathroom a bit small
• Xuan-vi (10/5): Great flat near Mejiro and Ikebukuro train stations - The apartment is really well located and contains all the necessary furnitures! We booked it a second time to end our trip. It is then easy to reach Haneda Airport from Ikebukuro.
• Xuan-vi (9/5): Perfect location with lot of facilities - Great flat with all what we need for our stay. The decoration is really modern and beautiful. And the location is top! The check-in is a bit late for us but it’s still okay
