- Brent (10/5): We enjoyed our time here. Host was extremely kind and welcoming. Location was great - Tranquil location a short drive away from all of the main attractions in Cerro Castillo
- Marcelo (7/5): - Nice place The landlady was very rude, she wanted to charge us 25% higher than the rate published. We got the feeling we are very unwelcome. The place, by the way, was far from being full.
- Erica (10/5): Would stay again! - The peace and quiet was amazing. The view from the breakfast room was awesome. Check in was easy and the host was friendly and helpful.
- Andrea (9/5): Superb -
- Joao (6/5): Pleasant - The Location. The beautiful view of Cerro Castillo and the quietness, which is a reality in all of Patagonia, so almost anywhere you can find it. The cabin had a strong and unpleasant smell in the common area. We believe it was due to lack of maintenance in the water and pipes drainage system. We found garbage from the previous guests still in the bin. The overall cleanliness was quite appalling. The cabin had a few stored goods in boxes that had no connection to any usage we could give them, seemed to be there for the convenience of the owner. The surroundings are amazing, but the fact that it seems to be run by an old lady alone, makes it hard to believe there is any maintenance or proper cleaning at all. Lots of potential, bad running.
- Quentin (3/5): we booked something that ended up not being available. scam. - location what we booked was not available. we showed up and got different rooms without heaters for the same price which is a massive downgrade. owner did not let us use the kitchen when we were meant to have one in the original booking.
- Christopher (9/5): A good value, safe and fun place for the traveller. - The host was exceptionally nice. We had comfortable and warm rooms, wonderful family breakfast and a family cooked dinner. The scenery is stunning and this is definitely a good value option for the traveller.
