• Manotti (7/5): Come scritto non utilizzato personalmente !!! - Non ho utilizzato personalmente la struttura ma un ns. autista del Pullman... quindi alcune valutazioni espresse potrebbero essere non in linea. Cmq il gestore si è reso reperibile al telefono nella notte, speravamo potesse fare di più, ma oggettivamente non gli era permesso disturbare nella notte altri ospiti che non avessero a che fare con il nostro gruppo. Ringraziamo e ci scusiamo per il disturbo notturno. Non ho utilizzato personalmente la struttura, quindi non sono in grado di esprimere un giudizio diretto, ma solo quello riportato da terzi. Ci sarebbe piaciuto potersi mettere in contatto con la persona che era ospite nella notte per comunicazioni urgenti di lavoro, ma purtroppo non è stato possibile per una situazione logistica e di eventuale disturbo ad altri ospiti. Credo, ma è un mio pensiero, che si possa mettere in condizioni di contattare gli ospiti singolarmente senza disturbare altri ospiti ed anche la receptionist durante la notte.
• Dorota (10/5): - Bardzo miły personel, super lokalizacja, szkoda ze nie ma czajnika w pokoju ale to już szczegół, pokuj czysty, ręczniki, łazienka, łóżko, pościel, wszystko ok, pokój ma juz swoje lata, ściany troszkę poobijane, kafelki na podłodze można by lepiej domyć, ale to takie drobne szczegóły. Zdecydowanie polecam, a na dole kafejka z pyszną kawą i ciachem z przemiłą obsługą. Było super. Brak czajnika w pokoju, podłoga powinna być bardziej domyta, szyba w kabinie też. Ale to takie drobiazgi

• Ali (10/5): - It was our first time in Italy, I want to say that the people working here are very nice and do their job qualitatively. We got a wonderful administrator Orlando, who helped us from the moment we arrived, was constantly in touch, told us the way, where to buy what, where to go, the schedule of transport, in general, everything that a tourist needed to know. There are the sweetest ladies who clean the rooms, very responsive and kind. As for the hotel itself, it is located in a wonderful area, not far from the Vatican, nearby you can find everything you need, pharmacies, shops, coffee shops, restaurants, as well as bus stops. The rooms themselves are clean and well equipped, there is a nice balcony with a beautiful view of the city, and in the evenings it is very quiet, so you can sleep peacefully. Thanks to the guys for their professionalism, and for the fact that they contributed to the comfort of our trip When we fly here again, we will definitely check the availability of rooms in this hotel

• Giuseppe (8/5): Strategicamente per il parcheggio - Situato in un contesto condominiale ma silenzioso e pulito
• Giuseppe (1/5): - Non è stato possibile neppure raggiungere la struttura. Presentatasi con "parcheggio gratuito" - che presupponeva se non altro almeno l'esistenza di un parcheggio - non è stato neppure possibile in oltre un'ora di giri interno fermare l'auto per scaricare i bagagli (strada iper affollata e tante strisce gialle e fermata autobus) e poi rimediare con un garage ( posizione impervia e tra l'altro costosissimo). La struttura non ha alcun posto disponibile per chi ha un'auto ed invece si presenta addirittura con "parcheggio gratuito" (che significa: ho il parcheggio e non devi neppure pagarlo..). La stanza non l'ho neppure potuta vedere, ho dovuto fare una prenotazione altrove (dove avevo anche disponibile la consegna/riconsegna dell'auto dal vicino e onesto garage).

• Anvesh (10/5): - My stay was excellent. I received a really warm welcome from the host, and the place was conveniently located near the metro. I had no problems throughout my stay. It’s a great place to stay when visiting Rome, and as a solo traveller, it was one of my best experiences.

Evrything was ok, but a little exceptions with the table on the room and the bathroom mirror, which are a little damaged and need to be replaced, I didn't mind these things, but if it hadn't been like this, everything would probably be a 10, so I could give it a 9.50/10, I recommend it with confidence.

• Ádám (6/5): Arra tökéletes, ha kora reggel elmész, és késő este jössz vissza a városnézésből. - Viszonylag közel volt a belvároshoz, és sűrűn járnak a buszok is. A reggelinél rossz, hogy csak croissant lehet választani, de maga az opció rendben van, illetve lent van az épület tövében van a bár/büfé, ezért ez csak azoknak számít, akik lusták oda lemenni megvenni a reggelit. A szoba kissé ütött-kopott volt, és jó lett volna, ha van egy kisméretű szekrény vagy gardrób. Mivel nincs mikro vagy vízforraló, ezért inkább rövidebb tartózkodásra alkalmas. Az jó, hogy volt egy külön kanapé, és felhajtható kisasztal. Egybe írtam az egészet az első boxba.
• Claudia (4/5): Roma este un oras cu multe de vazut. - Amplasata intr.o zona buna a orasulului. Foarte mult zgomot de la centalele amplasate pe balcon, camera cu pereti subtiri (de carton). Pozele sunt facute sa pacaleasca, scump pentru asa o camera. Nu au nici macar un aparat de cafea, noroc ca am gasit un bar in apropiere unde faceau o cafea excelenta.
• Thierry (1/5): TRÉS BRUYANT ET SALE !!! - Rien Appartement bruyant, très bruyant, pas fermé l’œil durant quatre nuits ! La via Gregorio VII est une avenue qui compte cinq voies de circulations, ça roule de jour et de nuit et comme cette avenue est en pente sur trois kilomètres et commence au niveau du Tibre, les voitures et surtout les motos lancent leurs moteurs, la nuit c'est carrément le bol d'or sous votre fenêtre. Ajouter à cela que c'est très sale (par exemple, en arrivant j'ai secoué la couette du lit par la fenêtre, quelle horreur, un nuage de poussière, de poils et de cheveux !) et que rien n'est entretenu : l'abattant des wc qui n'est pas fixé, le support de la douche cassé, ce qui fait que quand vous vous lavez, vous prenez le pommeau de la douche sur les pieds, ça réveille. Les notes attribuées sont très largement usurpées et rien - pas même les tarifs proposés - ne justifient des commentaires aussi élogieux, c'est à se demander si ce sont bien des locataires qui les ont rédigés... À fuir sans hésitation

They say there's a free street car parking but you won't find an empty slot! I had to pay 35 euros to park it safely in neighboring parking lot.

• Carlo (7/5): Camera modesta in zona tranquilla, il necessario per dormire! - La camera é collocata in una zona tranquilla, non molto vicina al centro città,ma vicina alla metropolitana Cornelia, con la quale si raggiunge il centro in poche fermate. Nella stanza c'è tutto ciò che occorre per dormire, la TV con Netflix e canali streaming e un tavolino pieghevole per eventualmente mangiare qualcosa. Le pareti della stanza sono decorate con grande creatività. All'esterno delle stanze é presente un'area ristoro libera, collocata sul terrazzino. Molto disponibile il proprietario, risponde sempre ed é molto alla mano! L'edificio é un po' datato, ma nel complesso vivibile. Un neo negativo che mi sento di segnalare è la mancanza del bidet, sostituito con un doccino posizionato vicino al wc. Necessiterebbe sicuramente qualche lavoro di sistemazione dettagli, quali imbiancatura e altro. La doccia é moderna, leggermente troppo piccola per una persona adulta, ma comunque efficiente.

• Tallitha (8/5): Prima verblijf om Rome te ontdekken - Foto's voldeden naar de verwachtingen. Wij sliepen hier met 2 tieners op 1 kamer, de bedbank vonden ze prima slapen. Het enige wat we ook deden op de kamer was slapen, verder gingen we de stad in. De koffiebar daaronder was uitstekend, de eigenaar was zeer behulpzaam en de koffie was heerlijk.

• Pastor (6/5): Primer día y sablazo a la cartera - Era limpio y cómodo. Tiene buen acceso y servicios cerca. Que me clavaron 48 euros por que el avión se retraso y llegue tarde. Entiendo que se penalice pero si la culpa es de factores externos y se avisa con antelación y con pruebas pienso que no debería sancionarse o al menos no con tanto dinero. 48 euros es demasiado.

Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast at a nearby café, which was just a short, convenient walk from the hotel. What stood out most was the hotel’s staff: warm, attentive, and always available to help. Whether we needed restaurant recommendations, assistance with reservations, or tips for exploring the city’s historic landmarks, they were eager to support us. The hotel’s location is perfect for both business travelers and tourists, as it offers easy access to key attractions while remaining a reliable base for planning day trips. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome—whether for work, leisure, or a bit of both. The only drawback was that the hotel is a bit far from the metro station. However, we could always ask the nearby café staff to call a taxi for us; the fares were reasonable and the ride was very convenient.

It's close enough to walk to all of the good sites if you're fit enough. I managed to plan my routes to walk everywhere. Its about 5km route which was lovely.

• Dejan (9/5): Greay value for the money - The owner is very kind and at disposal all the time. They cleaned room every day, changed towels every second day. The location is good, near bus and metro station. It was a good value for the money and comfortable for me as a solo-traveller. Sound insulation was poor and you can hear other guests every single word. It would be good to provide a glass/mug in the room.

It's 20-30min from the airport with a special bus (cheaper and faster than taking the train). It's located at a residential area, so it was an interesting and nice experience.

Shower was good too and the water pressure was very good. The bed needs a headboard as the pillow kept slipping behind the bed. Other than that, no other major issues.

• Medea (7/5): Good - The host was always ready to assist via whatsapp. The reception girl borrowed us the adapter of the charger and thank you for that :) We liked the fact that it took us only 10 mins to get to the subway. Initially, it was a bit hard to locate the hotel. We have checked the pictures attached on booking but still could not succeed. Then one of the locals helped us to locate the correct building. The mirror in the bathroom did not have a shelf and everything (our products) was throwing off the ground. I think the soap was mixed with water to fill the bottle. If not, then it was a really cheap quality soap.
