• elke (10/5): - Fantastische Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar, die U-Bahnstation Cavour nur wenige Meter entfernt. Gute Klimaanlage, gemütliches Bett, modernes Bad. Der großzügige Balkon ist wunderbar. Ein paar zusätzliche Küchenutelsilien(Schneidebrett, Brotmesser, Geschirrtücher) wären gut. Ich habe einen Mülleimer vermisst und Mülltüten besorgt.
• Fiona (10/5): In Rome you eat well, drink well and there’s culture thrown in as well, perfect - Mamma Mia, che bella zona! E l’appartamento é proprio vicino tutto, la Metro, negozi etc It’s actually an area we know very well - and of course the Colosseum is the big attraction but there’s so much more. If you book the apartment with the terrace, you can sit and watch busy Rome streets sipping your coffee, fantastic! There’s a lift, and sitting room, bedroom and bathroom are very comfortable. It’s a 20 min walk alongside the Forum to get to the main shopping area, or get the bus to the Vatican All good
• susan (8/5): Little gem - Excellent location, comfortable bed and sofa bed ,great shower tv in both living and bedroom. Very quiet, all mod cons dishwasher, coffee machine etc, quality linen on beds Nothing! Could do with a little extra crockery and glasses etc
• maria isabel (8/5): Ubicación ideal para conocer Roma - La ubicación es perfecta para ir caminando a todos los sitios importantes que hay que visitar. Lo que queda más retirado es la Ciudad del Vaticano pero si te gusta andar no queda tan lejos. En cuanto al transporte, la estación de metro Cavour está a 1 minuto y en la vía Cavour autobuses que te acercan a puntos turísticos como el Trastevere. En cuanto al anfitrión, Marco, es una persona muy accesible y está pendiente de solucionar cualquier cosa que necesites. También gestiona la conexión con el aeropuerto muy eficientemente. El apartamento es muy cómodo para 2 o 3 personas, muy silencioso y se descansa muy bien. A mejorar, el menaje de la cocina, es muy justo para una estancia que dure más de dos o tres dias. También tendrían que revisar si hay gel y jabón de manos para los nuevos huéspedes. Las fotos de la terraza no aplica a todos los apartamentos, al menos en el blue no la hay.

• María Larisa (9/5): Buen lugar para visitar Roma, situado al lado de la estación de metro - Viajaba con mis tres hijas, Booking nos ofreció este alojamiento, el que habíamos reservado no existía, era un fraude. Nos vimos apuradas, estábamos cansadas. LLamamos a Marco, estabamos al lado, no contaba con nosotras y en 10 mínutos nos facilitó los códigos para acceder al apartamento. La primera noche con el viento se apagó el calentador (está en la terraza), mientras no lo solucionó, nos permitió ducharnos en el apartamento de al lado. El último día pudimos dejar las maletas en el pasillo para aprovechar nuestras últimas horas en Roma. Por decir algo, el ascensor es pequeño. Estuve una semana, me hubiese gustado tener algunos productos de limpieza para el baño, escoba, fregona, aspirador...
• Maria Ana (10/5): Lo recomiendo - Estuvimos muy cómodas, el lugar limpio y acogedor. Muy bien ubicado, el metro en la esquina y a 700 metros del Coliseo. Lo recomiendo!
• Jean (8/5): Goed appartement voor twee op loopafstand van station Terminus, Colosseum, Forum en Trevi fonteinen. - Goed bereikbare locatie met veel ontbijttentjes, restaurants en supermarkten in de omgeving. Ook dicht bij het Colosseum en Forum. Zonnig balkon op zuid, in april kun je er al heerlijk op ontbijten. Een comfortabel, schoon en goed onderhouden appartement. Niets op aan te merken. Op een avond was er geen warm water. In het appartement ernaast ook niet bleek. Volgende dag al gefixed door verhuurder.
• Gulafshan (10/5): A great hidden treasure in a prime location. - The property was at an exceptional location close to the colosseum. It was close to very many food places. Local shops and supermarkets. It was fantastic overall. The manager for the accommodation was available at all times for all types of enquiries and help. He was very responsive. The accommodation was very clean and the coffee machine (supplied) was a fantastic touch and great help. There was a lift and the penthouse with balcony was also fantastic. The property was at a great location and I can’t name anything that I didn’t like. The rooms were a decent size there was food warming and washing facilities.
• owen (6/5): The main fault was with (Booking.com), I had assumed I had paid all charges incl city tax (as usual) and it also showed - Location, price Communication with the owner was poor, accessing the property
• Albert-Heinrich (8/5): - Die Lage war ausgezeichnet (superzentral, Metrostation 1 min entfernt). Die Dachterasse war sehr schön. Es war sehr praktisch eine Waschmaschine nutzen zu können. Der große Fernseher hat gute Dienste geleistet als unser Kind etwas krank war und wir einen Tag in der Wohnung verbracht haben. In der Straße gibt es gute Restaurants und Takeaways falls alle am Abend zu müde sind um nochmal loszugehen (sehr praktisch auch mit Kindern). Für 2 Personen nur Schlafsofa, diese war uns aber zuvor bekannt, also auch okay.
• Underwood (8/5): Overall the apartment was comfortable. It served as a great place to rest after hitting the sites in and around Rome. We - Very close to everything. Rock n Rome consists of several apartments. The photo you see shows a balcony, but the apartment you book may not have one.

• Bernardo (8/5): - Dominguez was great. Not only did he jog for 2.5 km to let us check in on time with short notice after a cancelation at another location. He was a pleasure to deal with. I would stay again if in Rome. I was not able to use the sofa to sit and relax because the cushions kept sliding off.

Odporucam - Po celodennych pohybovaych aktivitach je vytah vyborny pomocnik ;) Skvela poloha v tesnej blizkosti stanice metra, v okoli niekolko restauracii a barov, potraviny. Koloseum, bazilika Maria Maggiore v dosahu par min chodze. Nie je nic, co by sa nedalo prezit alebo by k prijemnemu prezitiu chybalo v tomto ubytovani

• William (9/5): Great spot and host.super convenient to sites an metro station - Host did a great job making sure I was accommodated after intended location canceled my reservation. He was not able to meet me personally because of a prior commitment and my last minute (literally on the metro route to him) but he had his sweet neighbor meet me and show me around. Place was in the heart of the area I’ve stayed before and close to what I wanted to see. 1/2 a block from metro station was key for me.

Marco, the host, is very communicative. - The appartement is great, with a perfect location with short distance to pretty much everything except the Vatican. Lot of good places to eat. To few hooks for clothes. Kitchen could be better equipped.
• Jude (6/5): Lovely apartment but too noisy. - The apartment is great, very modern and clean with a lovely terrace. The location is fantastic right in the heart of Monti, and Mario the host was good at communicating and gave us great places for food. We would have given the apartment a much higher review score but the street noise and noise between the apartments was really bad. My husband is a really deep sleeper and even he couldn’t sleep. The apartment is in a residential block and is an old apartment converted into 3 small apartments. We could hear people coming and going from the other rock and roll apartments as the corridor is shared as well as talking, coughing through the walls. The street is very busy so we could hear people outside leaving pubs which was ok as it wasn’t all night. But the worst thing was from 4am, bin lorries were emptying glass bins regularly (maybe from the hotel across the way?) but it went on for hours and we just couldn’t sleep at all. Such a shame as it’s a great apartment but unless the sound proofing is fixed we wouldn’t recommend.
• Dawn (8/5): Basic apartment but sufficient for our needs. Close to attractions and restaurants. - Owner met us at the door after us ringing to say we had arrived and let us in. She explained the codes and showed us to the apartment. Very secure apartment with code entry for access and roller blinds for added security from the shared balcony. Comfortable enough for what we needed and lift made access to the 6th floor very easy, especially as I have arthritis of my spine. Complimentary coffee pods were left for the machine, toiletries in the bathroom, safe in the bedroom. If you are holidaying on a budget we would recommend as a place to stay. The property is walkable distance to main local attractions, and metro 50 yards away gave us easy access to the Vatican. Owner also very kindly booked a private transfer taxi back to the airport at our request. Owners were easily available if we needed anything via What's App group. It was a bit noisy in the evenings from town life below but the bedroom was towards the back so we weren't disturbed unless we were out on the balcony. We were woken at 8-8.30 every morning by builders in a neighbouring property banging and drilling. Slight noise from neighbouring apartment very late at night. Only one mug available, but I don't think Italians drink large coffees!

• Erinne (8/5): The apartment was clean and centrally located. - Great location, close to Colosseum, fun area of town, nice to have a washer/dryer, clean Had to turn power completely off when we left property so couldn’t use washer/dryer unless we were there and the apartment was rather small so it was loud. Not enough supplies (toilet paper, laundry soap). Had to lock ourself into the apartment with a key but had to take same set of keys from power in order to do so (which turned off power in the entire apartment when we did)…it was confusing.

• Andrey (8/5): Very good - The location was superb, the host, Marco, had been most welcoming and attentive to our needs. Both the main bed and the sofa bed were very comfortable. The apartment could benefit from some shelves, hooks etc - there were very few so sorting out where to put our belongings, towels etc. took some creativity. Also it's not designed for the shorter people - the microwave, the clothing rack were fixed high so my mother was not able to use them without my help.

• Pedro (10/5): Exceptional - location 5mins walk from Forum and Colosseum apartment is for 1 person or 2 in same bed! KITCHEN and BATHROOM are built in a former balcony so it is SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE! there is NO TABLES! All is NEW but made out of cardboard and basic quality as to rent to tourists! if you open sofa there is no place for anything! Owners are good people and we had LOTS of problems and they tried to solve them but THIS IS NOT A HIGH or even MID QUALITY APARTMENT! this is a budget one with high rates (sometimes ROME is higher than Paris!) and we paid over 200 euros a night which is NOT worth it!
