- Leigh (6/5): Location is amazing! Beware of short ceilings and there is only one toilet. Host is very responsive. - The location was fabulous and why we booked the apartment. There are tons of restaurants nearby. The apartment is in an old historical building so very interesting. The main bathroom was large as were the 2 bedrooms. Lorenzo was super responsive to my emails ahead of time as well as my texts while we were there. The AC quit working and he did his best to try to fix it and then brought fans for our use which helped but we did book the property expecting working AC, especially as it was hot in Rome. We found the property very quiet and the beds were comfortable. Tea and coffee were provided. The photos did not show that the loft area had very short ceilings with wooden beams. My husband bumped his head numerous times and had to bend over to walk around. The loft area was also very poorly lit. The upstairs bathroom was very small. The description said 2 bathrooms with shower. We assumed this meant toilets in both bathrooms which was not the case. There was only a toilet in one bathroom, which would have been a deal breaker for us with 4 people. The shower in that bathroom was also very small with the low ceilings so we didn’t use it. Therefore, there is really only one useful bathroom. It was difficult to get into the property. You need to have wifi to enter 2 of the doors and the wifi and data is pretty much non-existent at the second door due to the thick walls. It would be helpful to have an instruction booklet provided in the apartment. Lorenzo did show us an easier way when he came with the fans, but if we had not seen him, we would not have known this. The kitchen is very small, which was fine for us but you definitely couldn’t cook there. There were no plates provided. The kitchen sink needs replacing.

- Jonathan (10/5): Loved it! - The apartment was surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, and bars. The room itself (named Rosetta) felt safe, cozy, and welcoming. I had a really good experience without any problems and I definitely would recommend it.

- Andria (8/5): Great location, clean, and flexible hosts. - Great location, clean and AC works well. It was difficult to tell from the photos how low the bedroom loft is. My partner is 6’1” and he had to duck the whole time - not a huge issue but sometime to note if you’re very tall.
