• Georgiana (7/5): Cumple su función - La cercanía al metro, el colchón. Debido a la lluvia uno de los días el baño desprendía muy mal olor. Además el piso en general olía un poco a humedad.
• Nello (1/5): Sporco, cadente e bagno non come nelle foto: sono andato via dopo 10 minuti - Considerando che sono andato via appena resomi conto della situazione, ho richiesto il rimborso del pernottamento. Le stanze rispecchiano la realtà, ma non erano assolutamente pulite. Non si mostra il percorso dalla camera alla cucina e al bagno (assolutamente poco pratici). L'elenco delle cose che migliorerei è molto lungo. Avevo prenotato un soggiorno di 4 notti, ma arrivato sul posto mi sono subito accorto di una serie di cose che non andavano. Battiscopa staccato, cornice della porta cadente, polvere e sporcizia ovunque (soprattutto in bagno). Non era sporcizia di un giorno o due, ma qualcosa di ben più lungo. Il bagno inoltre non era per niente come in foto: le pareti erano piene di muffa, la lavatrice era piena di lenzuola usate e ricoperta di polvere (allego foto). Il dubbio che la foto del bagno sia stata ritoccata è molto molto concreto, nonostante la struttura abbia detto che era un problema di pochi giorni faccio fatica a crederci. E comunque un cliente va avvisato di certi disservizi prima del suo arrivo. Mi è stata offerta una cena presso il loro ristorante come soluzione, peccato che avevo pagato per dormire in un posto pulito e confortevole, non per mangiare fuori. Né la struttura né booking mi hanno trovato un'alternativa al mio pernottamento, perciò sono stato costretto ad andare via e a trovare una soluzione da solo.

• ShaniceH95 (1/5): DON'T BOOK! ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE - Nothing This was a really horrible experience. First, we got there and the code didn't let us in, so we (2 women) had to wait outside at 11pm for an hour whilst someone brought the spare keys. Then, because none of their keys worked, they broke a window to get in! I couldn't believe it! I felt very uncomfortable about staying there, but it was after midnight at this point and we just wanted to unwind from the flight. However, this house was also falsely advertised. It's an apartment, not a house, and we had a very angry man staying above us, who stormed down the stairs banging on our door and shouting. We were only talking, trying to make sense of everything that had just happened. Imagine we were playing music. He would've exploded! The absolute breaking point was the next day when the shutters suddenly opened behind the broken window and there was a mystery man standing there. The window was in the bedroom! That was a massive privacy violation! We left 12 hours after checking in, so rightfully so, I complained and asked for the rest of the booking to be cancelled and refunded. Did I get a refund? Nope. We slept in an apartment that didn't feel safe, had a smashed window and was falsely advertised (the bathroom is not the same as the one advertised). There is no justifying that. This was the worst experience I've ever had on Booking.com and we've been advised to take legal action if we don't get a full refund.

• Sara (6/5): Mediocre - La ubicación , estaba cerca del metro aunque algo alejado del centro de Roma. La cama era cómoda, almohada bien. La terraza muy bonita y un paisaje bonito. El alojamiento entero olía a humedad y el apartamento también. Teníamos que ventilar la habitación todos los días dejando la ventana abierta cuando salíamos. Había mucho polvo, no veo que limpien mucho. Las sábanas de la cama olían raro, yo no sé si las cambia. El primer día nos llevamos por error las llaves de la entrada y el casero nos habló porque había huéspedes esperando y nos hizo volver del centro, que estábamos a una hora para dejad las llaves. Lo normal es tener unas llaves de repuesto para estas cosas. Ese día ya nos lo fastidio por la noche.

The suite upstairs is difficult to access: very narrow stairs, not easy to collect keys from the box (located on the wall in the middle of the stairs) and open the room door; almost impossible with luggage. The suite is nice, with a terrace, but small: there is space enough for two people with one luggage, but the ceiling is lower than a standard room and a bit suffocating. Not very clean: a lot of dust everywhere, even on the coffee machine. Cleanliness of the bathroom can definitely be improved! Before arrival, I filled a form online and I received the code to open the main door. However, I did not receive the one to collect the keys of the room and I had to call to get it. Although the hosts were nice and very responsive, this can definitely be improved.

Vicinissimo il supermercato, centro commerciale e diversi ristorante nonché il mercato giornaliero .consigliato Bagno migliorabile . Riscaldamento si accendeva solo la sera. Le pompe di calore compensavano la mancanza del riscaldamento nelle altre ore, però non sono presenti in cucine e bagno che soprattutto la mattina possono risultare fredde

• Claudia (10/5): - Mi sono trovata davvero bene! Tutto pulito, ordinato e accogliente. La posizione è ottima, centrale e vicino alla metro, quindi molto comoda. L’unica cosa da migliorare è la gestione delle chiavi: c’è una security box fuori con la chiave del portone e un’altra all’interno. Non avevo il secondo codice, ma il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e mi ha risposto subito per aiutarmi. Per il resto è stato tutto perfetto, ci tornerei volentieri!

Had to call owner to get password for keys as info provided was incomplete. Nothing bad, the call was answered immediately and got access to keys.
• Jolita (7/5): Good location, nice terrace, not clean enough - The location is really good, next to the metro and bus station, easy to reach all places of interest. There is also a nice local restaurant Grazia and Graziella not far from the apartment. Also, the terrace is nice and spacious. Easy checkin and checkout. A coffee machine. The terrace was not clean, the shower also did not work properly. The owner did not respond to the message. The room seemed smaller than in photos. In short, the apartment needs a bit of care & love - more cleaning, more comfortable furniture in the terrace and some small but needed things (like sugar and more toilet paper) :)

• Mary (10/5): I was really happy with the accomodation. Ease of access, the bedding configuration worked, can’t complain, would stay h - The property was in a great location, close to the train station, restaurants and shopping. Car parking available across the road in the shopping complex. Make sure you read entry and exit times as it’s not a 24hr carpark. $12euro, or free street parking if you find one. The toilet didn’t flush properly, you had to press it a few times before it flushed. The cleaner had left the wet towels from the previous guests in the washing machine. The fridge wasn’t cleaned out, it still had other peoples items left in the fridge.
• Thomson (6/5): The apartment was nice but small and it would have been more enjoyable had it been better outfitted with flatware. - The location was close to the metro and only an hour walk to most of the main attractions. They only provide plastic and paper cups. There are no plates or cutlery. The shower door was broken the whole time we were there which affected our enjoyment of the property.

Located in a very quiet area, only a 20 minutes drive from the historic area of Rome. The check-in/out process was really smooth. Everything was awesome! 😎
