• Xhesi (1/5): - The location was perfect ,with the metro nearby, it was easy to reach the city center quickly. There were plenty of cafés, bars, and restaurants within walking distance, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The manager was also very polite and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience. The apartment was incredibly dirty and nothing like what was shown in the listing. The duvet and pillows had visible yellow stains, and the entire place smelled strongly of smoke. It was obvious that the space hadn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. On top of that, there was a lot of noise throughout the night, making it almost impossible to sleep. Overall, the hygiene, comfort, and environment were completely unacceptable.

• Evy (7/5): It was nice - The location was great. It had air conditioning. The apartment has a spiral Staircase so at night it was hard to get to the second bathroom. The other room had its own bathroom. Also it is on the third floor so you need to drag all your suitcases up a lot of steps

L’héberg - Appartement bien aménagé et idéalement situé à proximité des transports en commun. La résidence est calme et le quartier familial. L’hôte est très réactif et convivial ( partage de bonnes adresses : visites, restaurant, shopping) Il faut prévoir un parking en complément de la location mais les possibilités autour restent à un prix raisonnable.

• Cristian (9/5): Superb - Amazing location, good size of the apartment and the rooms, good wifi, relatively modern. The staff was very responsive although this is not a hotel. Nice aircon. No elevator, since we were traveling with kids and strollers, etc, that was an issue. The main bathroom was clogged and filled just with the shower. They asked for the city tax payment through WhatsApp and that payment should be made via PayPal or another app. That sounded very shady at first and i thought it was a scam. It should be arranged via Booking.com or by direct credit card payment and not in this way.
• Campbell (10/5): Beautiful area and this accomodation is a great place to stay. - Rooms are fantastic, ours had a view of the river which was perfect. The lady who greeted us (Rossella) was very informative about what we could do in the area and organised a tour of the olive factory. She also recommended a few things that saved us alot of money. The pastry breakfast was great and much appreciated. We left something behind accidently and they were more than happy to post it to our next destination. Truly fantastic service.

All the attractions are walkable, there are 3 parkings close by Ii very. Excellent communication with the host. Thank Ginevra for all the information provided right in time.

• Khalid (9/5): Nice family friendly place - Staff were great in particular Valeria happy to help and answer any questions, the size of the place, WiFi was great, beds, AC, and amenities were all good nice spacious and bright apartment. Behind the building loads of cafes supermarket, tram, metro, and bus options to choose from. Also nice to walk around too. It was 30min walk to Dumo nice leisure walk and only 15 to train station and minutes to the other transport options. No lift.

• Khondekar (9/5): It was perfect. THe host was awesome - I like the location and the Metro is just 3 mins walk. And its the M1 metro the awesome connections. The beds were awesome. The Air condition (AC) was super cool and perfect in the hot days. We were there in hot summer and it helped. The kitchen was equipped with utensils for self use.
• Anne (10/5): Great apartment for couples or families. - Exceptionally responsive and amenable host, Ignazio, helped whenever needed. Very safe, clean and spacious apartment with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The convenient location is a 25 minute walk to the palace, Cathedral and La Scala. We would definitely stay here again.
• Monika (9/5): Cosy apartment in an upmarket location - Great location, very close to the metro, the Sforza castle is one stop (and you can even walk, it’s not that far). Spacious apartment, the kitchen was especially liked by our family. The sofa is really comfy, we all gravitated towards it in the evenings after the day’s travelling/sightseeing. The small restaurant next door was also very handy. The host met us personally to hand over the key, he is a really nice person and very helpful with booking taxis etc. The downstairs bathroom is quite vintage and uncomfortable, but the upstairs one is good. However, the upstairs bathroom is en-suite to one of the bedrooms, so everybody else has to enter through this room. This wasn’t a problem for our family at all, but it may be awkward e.g. for two couples sharing, so you should be aware of this before you book. Also, the property is on the second floor and there is no lift, which may be a problem if you have really heavy luggage.
