• Zsanett (5/5): - Ár érták arányban korrekt volt. Liftes volt a ház. Tömegközlekedés szempontjából nagyon jó helyen volt. Borzalmasan nem volt levegő az apartmanban. Sajnos elviselhetetlenül hangos a környék. Csukott ablaknál is nehéz aludni, nyitottnál teljesen esélytelen. A fürdőszobában a zuhanykabin nagyon apró. 60 kg-s nőként alig fértem el benne.

• Mihaela (10/5): - Pentru un city break in doua fete a fost mai mult decit destul, am avut nevoie doar de loc de somn si cabina de dus. Era foarte aproape de tot, chiar si pe jos nu a fost complicat de ajuns in cele mai aproape locuri turistice. Mincare buna la toate colturile. Emanuela fata care ne-a intilnit nea sfatuit cu tot ce aveam nevoie. Pentru familii mai ales cu copii mici nu prea cred ca este comod din cauza scarilor cam periculoase care duc la pat. Deci daca as merge cu copii ar trebui sa gasesc un pic alta varianta de cazare. Si poate un pic prea tare se aud zgomotele din strada, pentru persoanele mai sensibile ar fi credca o problema. Pentru noi care nu sintem pretentioase asta nu a contat. Nea lipsit pentru comoditate o canapea moale unde poti sta la povesti dupa venirea din oras sau pentru a savura cafeaua de dimineata :)

• Galvis (10/5): - Apartamento cómodo, la cocina bien equipada. Un poco difícil encontrar la ubicación. El día de nuestra llegada nos cambiaron el encargado de entregar el apartamento, eso fue un poco incomodo.

• Carlos (8/5): Lindo estudio y cerca de todo en Milán - Cómodo y en una muy buena ubicación para mis intereses Demasiado ruido alrededor, personas hablando y gritando, trenes, tranvía, autos y buses, transitan toda la noche. Es una lástima, que el edificio, no cuente con ventanas de doble vidrio, para disminuir el ruido externo.

Emanuela was very nice and easily contacted when needed. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe as well and it was very clean and comfortable. Check out was very easy! Nothing particular.

• Ruby-maude (8/5): Cosy, central appartement in the middle of Milan - Great location, small and cosy. Good shower pressure. Missing an oven or grill for toasts, no towels for the dishes
• Luigia (1/5): Not good - Location , but really noisy during night The apartment was dirty and the window is so old that not close properly, so all the noise from the road and bars nearby not allow you to sleep. The blinders were broken so also the lights from the buildings and the road not allow you to sleep. Owner of building not professional not allowed refunding.

IF I'D SEEN IT BEFORE I'D PAID, I'D HAVE WALKED OUT. - Emanuela DID agree to meet us at the apartment to toss us the keys and book out the door so we could drop off our luggage from the nearby Porta Garibaldi train station. That was a nice accommodation for her to make, which we appreciated. Although Emanuela charged us $54 for a CLEANING FEE: THE APARTMENT FLOOR WAS DIRTY. MORE THAN DIRTY -- IT WAS NOT CLEANED OR MAINTAINED INSPITE OF AN ESPECIALLY HIGH $54 CHARGE THAT CLEARLY POCKETED BY THE HOST EXPRESSLY INTENDED TO BE USED TO MAINTAIN A NICE APARTMENT IN A GREAT LOCATION. IT IS A CHEAT AND A LIE YOU SHOULD NOT TOLERATE IN A VACATION RENTAL UNIT. ONE CRUCIAL SUPPORT RAILING FOR THE NARROW TWISTING STEPS TO THE BED LOFT WAS LOOSE --- THIS WAS AN EGREGIOUS SAFETY HAZZARD THAT A NORMAL RENTAL AGENT WOULD FIX IMMEDIATELY BEFORE SOMEONE SUED HER FOR INJURY! ONE WINDOW CURTAIN WAS CLEARLY, VISIBLE TORN HORIZONTALLY. THE BIDET NOZZLE WAS CLOGGED AND UNUSABLE. THE SHOWER WAS SMALLER THAN THE BATHROOM DESERVED. No breakfast. No coffee or coffee machine --- unlike EVERY OTHER APARTMENT WE STAYED IN. No Microwave. THE Laundry machine washes ok, but Emanuela doesn't tell you (my wife speaks Italian) that is does NOT DRY your clothes, and there is NO drying rack. We hung our wet clothes over the bed railing and aimed the air conditioning unit up at them.
• Derek (7/5): Livable Apartment in a Great Location - Great location with easy access to the main stations and to excellent local restaurants far better prices than the poor quality city centre restaurants. The apartment was a pleasant and light open space. The shower was very small and with the windows open there was a lot of noise outside from the trams and street. There were lots of simple maintenance jobs like fixing loose fittings that needed done giving the apartment an "uncared for" feel.
• Ariane (10/5): Perfect Milan spot to stay! - Really cute - and right across the street from Eataly! it's well appointed property, has all you need and surprisingly quiet and very safe. Highly recommend! Not a thing - wish we could stay longer!
• Garcia (10/5): Magnífico! - The appartment is very nice and close to a lot of interesting spots in the city, Emanuela was magnífica!! She welcomed us and gave us some recomendations and indications from the place. Everything was super clean and organized, we were super happy to find a place like this in Milano, taking in count is basically in the center of the city :). Loved it! Everything was perfect!
