Matheus (2/5): - Fomos acusados de causar um dano que não causamos (uma rachadura na borda da jacuzzi que fica na área externa). Em razão disso, arbitrariamente, o anfitrião reteve mais da metade do caução depositado, sem qualquer comprovante ou nota fiscal relativa ao serviço (R$ 1.400,00). Chuveiros que não esquentam e vários pontos que, visivelmente, necessitavam de manutenção. Regras sobre visitas que não estavam descritas no anúncio. Enfim, sobretudo pela forma que fomos tratados após a saída, não recomendo.
