• Thiare Andrea (10/5): Exelente - Me gusto mucho este alojamiento , estaba todo muy limpio, es muy cómodo y esta muy cerca de la estación de trenes. Mucha disponibilidad a atender dudas y también dejan algunas cosillas para comer y beber lo cual se agradece mucho, hay una estación de metro muy cerca .

Diversi prodotti confezionati per la colazione ad uso gratuito, bottiglietta di acqua di cortesia, succo di frutta e capsule per il caffè. La camera è dita all’interno di un palazzo davvero vecchissimo e mal tenuto, direi quasi fatiscente…

• Jordheim (10/5): Wonderful Accomodations! - The room was very clean and was perfect for one. The host Caterina is lovely. There are snacks, water and juice in the room and fruit, coffee and tea in the common area. About a 12 min walk from the main train station. As a single female traveler I didn’t like walking back to the Air B&B in the dark.

• Lauren (8/5): Excellent affordable stay near Rome's Main Station - Great decor. Lift worked well when working which was great. Bath was fantastic and shower was great. V comfortable bed. Array of snacks was incredible. Lighting and decor in the room was nice. Host upgraded us which was great and met us on arrival and showed us around - great hospitality. Good location in terms of getting into the city and close to Termini which was easy from airport. Super food hall/market in train station which is amazing for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bit of a dodgy area, which you would expect near most main stations. Couple of roads felt unsafe and there was some petty crime we saw during our stay. Walking around late at night wouldn't be advised/would need to have street smarts about you. When lift wasn't working it's a lot of stairs so worth noting amount of luggage if staying. Pillows were quite flat. Building work going on while we were staying which was slightly disruptive, starting at 8am.

• Tena (10/5): An amazing host - First of all, Caterina was an amazing host, so kind and welcoming, always ready to answer questions and give any information needed. She also generously upgraded my room to a bigger one since it was unoccupied without an extra charge for which I'm really grateful. The room was really clean with comfortable bed, nice bathroom and great air-conditioning. The location of the apartment was excellent with just a 15 min walk to most of the sightseeing locations and 10 min walk to Termini station. I would definitely stay here again and give a warm recommendation for anyone considering booking a room at Numi B&B. 10/10!

• Amanda Lugas (8/5): Great hospitality from the Host! Great access from Rome Termini station - Only 10 mins from Roma Termini station. Caterina was very kind and provided such great hospitality. She also helpful and responsive to reply for our chat / questions. During our stay here we got lot of surprises First, we got upgrade to the much bigger room with bathtub - as previously we booked only single 10 m2 room. Wow! Second, we got lot of condiments such as bread, crackers, and bottle of juices. It was great gesture from Caterina. Thank you. The stays were great. Rome might be very hot 32' Celcius during summer, so refreshing in bathtub might be a great choice The elevator seems old and traditional. Sometimes it worked yet somehow not. But just makesure the door is closed so elevator could be work again. The bathroom sliding door somehow quite hard to open

• Piłat (10/5): Exceptional - The room was especially clean, well-equipped with simple instructions. We were greeted by a kind hostess who explained everything politely. The location of the hotel is great as well - close to Roma Termini train station - which was important to us, and just a stone's throw to good restaurants and the most famous monuments. -

• Lily (8/5): Really nice room - Lovely little apartment, nice set up. we got upgraded to the room with the bath- and absolutely loved it. Caterina was lovely. left us some croissants, nutella jam and some other little snacks. Very comfy bed. It’s a bit out the way from the ‘centre’ of rome.. but romes very spread out and there is a metro, a tram stop and a bus stop a few minutes walk, so everything’s very reachable. it’s 5 minutes walk from termini station also, so ends up being handy if you need to use that to airport etc. air con amazing even a tiny mini fridge would but good as drinks do get warm fast

Caterina was a helpful host, with restaurant recommendations, prompt answers to our questions and booking our taxi after we had trouble doing so. The neighborhood seemed sketchy. We didn't feel comfortable on the street late at night. No refrigerator, no ice available and no decaf coffee.

• Melissa (9/5): Clean, comfy and convenient if you need to be near Termini - Elevator in the building! Comfy bed, very quiet and clean, modern renovated furnishings with smart TV and strong airco. Caterina was welcoming when we arrived and let us drop our bags before check-in, and when we arrived back in the evening they were in our room. 10min walk from Termini so it's convenient if you need to catch the train early (like us) but otherwise not the nicest neighbourhood. Juice, coffee, tea and some pre-packaged baked goods for breakfast provided for free. Pillows were quite thick so we struggled a bit to fall asleep but that's just personal preference.
• Anonymous (10/5): Caterina is an excellent host, very friendly and helpful. - The host was very thoughtful and provided bakery and juices for our stay. We arrived Rome very early at 6 am and she met us to help us leave our luggages in the apartment. From train station to accommodation, some part of the road uneven which is then very common in Rome

The snack basket came in very handy, and the room, (nr2), although tiny, had everything wr needed. The balcony overlooks a quiet courtyard. The shower is big and the bed comfortable. -

Anything we needed, like towels & a steamer etc, were given to us without hesitation. The walk to the Metro station, train station and Colosseum wasn’t long also. We didn’t have any issues we could think off.
