Everything from the decor to the welcome basket is done with such consideration. The beds are super comfortable with divine bedding. The location is fabulous with views to the harbour. An easy walk to ages, restaurants etc from the apartment. A wonderful experience 👍 Nothing!

• Brad (9/5): The Ryokan was beautiful and the staff was very attentive and thoughtful. - Design was excellent. Location was perfect for our purposes of beach and ferry access. It was quite warm on the nights we stayed. Some climate control or screens for the windows would have been great.

• Alexandra (9/5): Great stay in a great location. We would return! - The location, the cleanliness, the styled interior. No air conditioner. Coming out of the building, there was a flooding happening at a lower level, which continuously sprayed water around the main door. This is nothing to do with the owner, but with the building managers / body corporate, as it affected everyone coming in and out of the building. A cleaner said it was an issue that was going on since before Christmas!

Dan and Chi were both very easy to deal with. Great communicators and prompt. Good size apartment which was perfect for myself, my wife and our baby son to stay for the weekend. Very limited parking. They provided us with a parking permit that allowed us to park in the street for free.
• william (7/5): very good, other than the above comments, which are easily solved - location, cleanliness I found the pillows to be very hard, high and uncomfortable. I am surprised a soft pillow option was not available. It would be handy to have a washing machine, as one would expect in most apartments.

• Tom (9/5): - Perfect location to visit Sydney! 5min walk to the Manly ferry. 15min boat trip to Circular Quay w/o the need to find a parking lot. Apartment in Japanese style, great view on the Sydney bay not much, only issue: no toaster due to smoke-detector

They went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. Highly recommend it and it’s just across from the ocean and restaurants and shops. Loved it.

We sincerely appreciate the attention detail to everything. It was absolutely lovely. Thank you Chi for your quick and kind responses to our requests and we really appreciated Dan assisting with the suitcases on arrival and departure. Would love to stay at this property again.

Close to everything and relatively quiet. Not sure who to contact if something was needed in the unit as there was no folder with any information about contacts, use of appliances, TV etc. No place to store luggage and no cupboards for clothes only a couple of hooks.
