• maria (2/5): our experience at this hotel was disappointing - The only positive was the location — right next to the station and close to many restaurants. Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing. Although it advertised early check-in at 8:30 AM, we arrived at 1:00 PM to find the room still unclean and in a mess. We were told to wait another 3–4 hours to access the room. Several amenities listed on the booking site — such as a one-way airport shuttle, coffee/tea maker, and kettle — were not available. When I asked the staff (who were rarely present at the reception), I was told these options simply didn’t exist. The bathroom was also not as shown in the photos and fell short of expectations. To add to that, the area around the hotel was extremely noisy, making it hard to relax.

Nos dejaron dejar las maletas en el apartamento aunque no estuviera listo ya que llegamos pronto y se nos proporcionó lo que solicitamos durante la estancia. La comunicación con los anfitriones previa a la llegada fue un poco complicada y un poco desagradable ya que la distribución de las camas de la habitación era dudosa y cuando pedimos información nos hablaron de muy malas formas y además nos dieron precios completamente diferentes para añadir a una persona extra. En persona fue todo mucho más agradable todo.
• Jayia (1/5): Yuck - Nothing It was unclean I cancelled my stay immediately after arriving. Don’t waste your time it is unsanitary and smells of urine and heavy insents. Upon arrival they let us in the room earlier to check it out and they didn’t even have a fitted bed sheet on the bed. I can understand paying maybe 20 bucks for this but for this price I went 2 miles up the road to an actually CLEAN hotel…. Definitely don’t recommend… also when I went up to get a refund they were upset, well I’m upset too cause now I have to find somewhere else to stay!!!

• Lisa (5/5): More like a 1-2 star boarding house, but ideal location for train - I needed to be by Roma Termini and I was. The receptionist was truly so nice and the owner (I believe) tried really hard especially after I said some of my grievances. They offered me a free espresso each day, a packaged pastry and a banana. I asked last minute to extend my stay one night because of a change in travel plans and they found a room across the hall that I could just carry my things into at check out time. They held my luggage until 15:00 after check out. The place looks absolutely nothing like the pictures but more like a turn of the 20th century boarding house. It's a sad room, I'm sorry to say. There is a TV fixture where the TV once was. There are no vibrant matching curtains and sheets. I dropped something and it went under the bed where it was pretty dusty. I told the owner to be fair and he seemed like he would address it.

Dejan shampoo, jabón, buen papel, muchas toallas, me encanta. 🚀🚀

Just look at the pictures of black mold on the walls and around the base of the shower, that didn’t even have a door. It was so bad that it triggered an allergy attack in myself. After complaining the manager came and minimally cleaned it with very harsh chemicals and said someone would come in the morning to clean it better, and replace the door. After we left someone came and replaced a broken door and cleaned again. They also stole my travel pillow and personal shaver. When we tried to report it the manager wouldn’t answer his private line. He also refused to give any refund, or replace my pillow and shaver.

• Anastasiia (9/5): - Понравилось расположение, близко к общественному транспорту и к вокзалу. Было чисто, тихо. Внизу расположено отличное кафе, где можно выпить отличное кофе. Вокруг много вкусных ресторанчиков. Да, маленькие комнаты, но в нашем случае, мы только приходили туда поспать, но в тоже время, кровати и подушки достаточно комфортные.

I portici della stazione erano delle bellissime caffetterie di un certo livello dove si facevano delle belle colazioni con dei maritozzi e cornetti appena sfornati tutto di qualità e genuitá e ogni tipo di rosticceria romana oggi kebab ovunque sporchi e puzzolenti ...topi a colonie la sera fuori dai locali che ti attraversano mentre cammini per strada prima del rientro in hotel Che dire di romano sono rimasti solo i monumenti finché reggono in piedi Spero che qualcuno si decida a riqualificare le nostre bellissime città e di preservare soprattutto la nostra storia che è la nostra dignità!!!...

• Portas iglesias (8/5): Buena ubicación y calidad precio - La ubicación está bien, en 15 minutos más o menos estás en el centro, habitación silenciosa y segura . Entrada y chek in fácil y luego con las llaves vas y vienes sin problema.Volvería a ir , lo positivo supera lo poco negativo. El baño habría que mejorarlo , la mampara en mal estado( no abría ni cerraba bien) y la silicona o manchas alrededor del water amarillo que da sensación de sucio, el enchufe de uno de los lados de la cama no hacía contacto y x la mañana estaba sin carga del móvil

• Dániel (10/5): Exceptional experience - We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with my girlfriend (18 and 19 years old) and it was exceptional. The room was clean, tidy and had all the ammenities which we needed. It can look a little old because of the wooden pieces of furniture but for a hotel in the Capital of Rome, 1 street away from the Termini, it was top-notch. The owner was very hospitable and kind, assisted us in everything we needed. Even If we did not want to bother or disturb him, he always insistid on helping us. Overall, it was a really nice place to wind down after a long day of sightseeing and we will possibly visit this place again in the future.

También me encantó tener a una cuadra la estación de trenes Termini y tener del otro lado a pocas cuadras las atracciones turísticas. No me gustó mucho la limpieza del lugar o una falla en la puerta de la bañadera. Pero bien equipada para ser solo habitación con baño privado.

Nous avons aimé l’emplacement, une vingtaine de minutes de marche pour Panthéon, Colisée, fontaine de Trévi. Le personnel était incroyable, très avenant, et nous a beaucoup aidé pour nous orienter quand ma fille a eu un problème de santé. Comme tous les hôtels dans les vieux quartiers en Europe, la rue est très bruyante. Par contre, l’insonorisation des fenêtres et des murs était très bonne.

Pas du tout à celle signalé sur l'annonce, salle de bain dégueulasse ( j'ai pris photos et vidéo) Le bruit pendant toute la nuit, même avec LA SEULE FENETRE ferme, avec vue sur le bâtiment en face. Aucun signal Internet. Le lendemain suite à ma réclamation on a changé de chambre, celle signalée sur l'annonce. 'La grosse remise indiquée sur l'annonce est un attrape nigaud, donc, je suis bien tombé. pas du tout le confort espéré. La chambre était trop, mais trop Petite. Pas du tout à celle signalé sur l'annonce, salle de bain dégueulasse ( j'ai pris photos et vidéo) Le bruit pendant toute la nuit, même avec LA SEULE FENETRE ferme, avec vue sur le bâtiment en face. Aucun signal Internet. Le lendemain suite à ma réclamation on a changé de chambre, celle signalée sur l'annonce. 'La grosse remise indiquée sur l'annonce est un attrape nigaud, donc, je suis bien tombé. Donc, je demande le remboursement de 1 nuit.
• Guest (4/5): Sadece kafanızı sokmalık güzel konumlu bir otel. - Konum çok iyiydi, tren istasyonuna ve şehre olan yakınlığı çok iyi. Bizi karşılayan personel çok güler yüzlüydü. Yataklar rahattı. İnternetin çektiği yerde hızında bir sorun yoktu. Giriş çıkış saatinin olmaması da büyük bir artıydı. Yatakta internet çekmiyordu bizim odada. Bir gece otele geldik otobüs geç geldiği için 2 gibi otelin kapısına geldik. Kapı normalde şifreliydi şifreyi girdik açılmadı sonra booking de yazan numarayı aradım ve sorunumuzu anlattım. Sorun dairenin kapısının açılmamasıydı. O gün bir personel yanlışlıkla kapıyı içeriden kilitlemişti o yüzden kapı açılmadı. Bunları söyledikten sonra bizi çok terslediler ve terbiyesizce konuştular üstelik bu oteli tutmamızda en önemli faktörlerden biri ise giriş çıkış saatinin olmamasıydı. Kapıda yazan başka bir numarayı aradım ve bizi karşılayan adam telefonu açıp bize yardımcı oldu. Onun haricinde duşlarda hijyenik gözükmese de sadece eski oldukları için öyle gözüktüklerini düşünüyorum fakat sıcaklık sorunu olmasa da duşlarda su taziği sorunu vardı su çok az geliyordu.

Se eu tivesse algum comentário deta modalidade eu jamais ficaria la . A bicama rasgada. Tinha q da uma arrumada pra receber melhor os hóspedes.

Это худшее размещение, с которым я когда-либо сталкивался. На сайте указано, что это отель, но на деле — обычная старая квартира в жилом доме, абсолютно не приспособленная для проживания. Кровать в ужасном состоянии — пружины торчат, спать невозможно. Воняет затхлостью, не работают розетки, в квартире мошки. Душ вообще не работает — вода из него просто капает. Освещение частично не работает, интернет практически отсутствует. Позже бронирование вообще пометили как “Отменено”, хотя я ничего не отменял. Видимо, чтобы скрыть возможность оставить честный отзыв. Это обман. Категорически не рекомендую. Полный обман и антисанитария.
