• Michel (9/5): - Grand studio très bien équipé, bonne literie, salle de bains, machine à laver, kitchenette, terrasse. Parking gratuit juste en bas de la résidence. L'éloignement du centre ville qui ne permet pas de s'y rendre à pied.

• Guest (10/5): Odličan apartman ukoliko ste u prolazu kroz Sarajevo pa vam treba prenociste. - Stan je malo udaljeniji od centra, ali se i kolima i gradskim prevozom jako brzo i jednostavno stiže. Sa vlasnicima smo imali lepu i laku komunikaciju i sve smo se brzo dogovorili. Stan je čist i opremljen, sve pohvale!

• zoran (4/5): The city of Sarajevo does not deserve such a host. - Review based on: a) I am a graduate tourism professional, b) I always make comparisons with 2 excellent, yet cheap apartments in Zagreb and Belgrade. Location: Far from the city center (exit from Sarajevo), but good bus line 105 to the city center (near the station, runs every 10-15 minutes). There is no night transport, taxi required. There are no shops, pharmacies or restaurants nearby. The unit I stayed in was not an apartment but a studio. Although the Booking.com confirmation says that the property only accepts credit cards, the property only accepts cash when paying. Several photos in the attachment talk about the humiliation of the guest and the money he gives. The lighting in the sleeping area of the studio is poor unless you buy the light bulbs yourself. I couldn't tell if the bed linens and towels were dirty or worn out. The kitchen facilities are humiliating. Tip: Wash dishes before using them. Buy a dish sponge, paper towels, and cutlery. Also buy toilet paper for the bathroom. The internet connection was very poor. Be prepared for noise, the insulation between the accommodation units is very poor. In conclusion: I am currently resolving these and other shortcomings with other institutions and I apologize for the incomplete review. However: Instead of a review on Booking.com, check out more objective reviews on Google Reviews.
• Gała (1/5): - Let me start off with a summary: do not come here Now let me tell you why: 1. Owner told us that to have hot water, we need to turn it on and wait 50-55mins 2. We got half of a toilet paper to share between 2 people for 1 day stay, no additional roles were founs jn the apartament 3. Dirty apartament - stains and limescale in the bathroom, shower has foil all over the place many cravaces which makes it look dirty. 4. Spiders - there were total of 3 spiders with their webs and insects caugth in them and 1 just over the doors to the apartament in the hallway 5. Washing machine had some residual and old fabric softener as well as having dirt and stains showing it clearly was not cleaned in a long time 6. Kitchen sink was dirty and stained which also makes you question the cleanlines of the dishes 7. Address which is being provided is showing a different building on google maps from the one you actually stay (to see actual location please search "apartament sleep and drive", the pin on google maps will show the location, its on a 3rd floor. 8. Leaking shower head - the cord or the head itself is broken and is leaking water which makes it harder to bath 9. Leaking shower - the shower itself is leaking and after taking a shower you can expect a puddle of water in the bathroom 10. Bed - it is very very firm, feels like sleeping on a thin matteress on the floor If you want to have a clean, neat place to stay I would recommend you look for some other places, especially as google likes to show you the way to that place through the mountains of Sarajewo which has very very steep climbs and desends which is not for every car and every driver. Do not come here. I do not understand the good reviews and most likely they are bought reviews by the owner or owner's friend and family. • Tong (8/5): The experience is very good. - The kitchen, refrigerator and washing machine are good. The bathroom is nice. The bed is very comfortable. Wi-Fi speed is good. The air conditioner is very warm, and there are radiators, but there is no ventilation. There is no administrator. There is a door at the stairway but it can't be locked. If it is locked, it can't get in and out, because the guests only have the key to the room. There are still frequent people coming and going after 23:00 at night, which disturbs guests' rest and has safety hazards.

• Kimberly (10/5): Comfy and relaxing - There’s multiple apartments in the same building and we were shown to a different one from the pictures but I’m sure they are all of the same caliber. The apartment was spacious and very clean and the balcony was amazing. The kitchen was well-stocked as well for what we needed. Bed was firm but didn’t bother us and the host was absolutely fabulous! She was flexible and helpful and we really appreciate the free parking too. I will say we had to climb up to the top floor for our apartment so might not be the best for those with mobility issues. The distance from town is fine if you have a vehicle or are happy to take a taxi! Nothing!
