- Yoshi (9/5): 最高の大自然体験 - 森の中にありキャンプ気分を味わえました。 動物と触れ合えたり、公園があったり家族で過ごすには十分な環境でした。 また近くにスーパーもあるため、買い物もしやすく近所の観光もとてもいい体験でした。 また是非泊まりたいです。 お湯の出る量が限られていることは少し残念でした。 バスタブがあると貯めたくなるので。 ドライヤーがないことはこちらの見落としでしたがあると助かります。
- Gyongyi (4/5): - The location. Be careful & aware of hidden cost! We have not had such an unpleasant experience with a private property. After booking we got information in a message about the cleaning cost (65 Euro) that the owner wanted to deduct from our deposit (200 Euro). I had to call booking.com. Customer Service was supportive and agreed that this is a hidden cost that is not communicated transparently before booking the property. Booking.com contacted the owner about the cleaning cost issue. The owner still deducted 9 Euro from the deposit - no information on what legal basis. I have to call booking.com again. For us this hidden cost is not acceptable and ruined all the good experience. Take your own duvet cover and toilet paper because they are not provided. The place is full of cleaning products - if you want to clean during your vacation. Be ready to send photos of the cleaned property to the owner via WhatsApp before your departure. This was another surprise we learnt during our stay.

- Liza (3/5): Not as relaxing as it could have been. - The chalet is very well located ( albeit there could be clearer instructions from the hosts (such as a map of the village) to find it). It has a nice outdoor area and the kitchen is equipped with all needed electrical equipment. WiFi is good as well. It is close to the village with shops. Upon booking, the hosts request a transfer of money of 200 euros to their bank account ( outside of the booking.com platform), which is unusual and doesn't feel safe. Then it feels like a pre-paid Ryanair deal. If the chalet needs to be cleaned, they don't refund the caution fully. If more than 1 bag of pellet is used for heating in total, they don't refund the caution fully. Some of the features that were announced on booking.com were not there. For example, there is no bed linen, and not even a kitchen towel to dry the dishes.
