In need of noise insulation, difficult to sleep without using earplugs or other noise canceling item on/over your ears. Bathroom need renovation, Shelves, wardrobe kitchenette area needs renovation Widows and door needs renovation and replacement

• John (10/5): Large very clean room with kitchenette and good location. - Large room with kitchenette. Very clean and close to centre of Forster. Very happy with stay.
• Andrea (9/5): The room was great value for money it was neat and clean and very modern. We had a wonderful staty - The room was very clean and modern. The bathroom was nice and it was clean as well. We didn’t use the pool because it was winter but it could have used an upgrade

• Beatriz (7/5): Good - Central to everything. Walk to a few eateries and attractions and a short drive to others. Although the faux plants added a nice touch, they need to be cleaned.

• Silvano (6/5): Pleasant - the room was big enough plenty of room, the bed was very comfy, clean bathroom and a short walk to everythink. the only think i found a problem with was living out of a our bags on the floor was quite difficult for an old person with back problems, foldaway suitecase stands would be a great help. The room is big enough to accommodate the stands.

• Nicola (6/5): Pleasant - Clean, comfortable and easy access to work. I could hear every footstep from the guests moving around on the floor above me. This made for a very restless sleep where I was woken through the night. I went to work the next day quite tired.

• Katherine (8/5): Easy walk to pub, restaurants, shops and beach. Large and comfortable room. - Check in with a locked box so you aren't greeted by staff after 5pm. Easy. Clean and spacious. We don't like stairs = our fault. Will check more closely when booking next time.

• Edoardo (8/5): Pleasant stay with most amenities in walking distance. - The property was centrally located walking distance to restaurants and beaches Door to the apartment could do with a security update as it was an old fashioned lock.

• Elisa (7/5): central clean well decorated room - well renovated splendid decor super clean great value lovely pool easy check in process amazing central location walk to jetty and main beach 🤩 immaculate room . floor boards room 7 next to apartment with young gentleman loud on his phone for 2 hours on balcony sorting out some post night out drama ??? at 1 am 😩 solo female traveller so did not feel safe to go out and complain as obviously drunk 🙄 - Id checks via email ?? - loud shouting in streets and noise at bar exit I presume as central location
• Kim (5/5): Passable - Decor nice Being asked for photo ID to be emailed is ridiculous and dangerous to the visitor given recent hacking throughout the country. Photo ID at Check in is more acceptable, but sending this information over unsecured internet is just plain risky to guests. Repeated barage of email and SMS to guests to email their photo ID is harrassment. This is the only establishment I've had request emailed photo ID and I travel extensively with work. This is a Ridiculous and dangerous request of patrons staying with Pacific Motel. Kim

• Youngman (10/5): Best staff around - How great the staff were especially as we had to contact them after hours and they could not have been more helpful We were able to book in after hours using booking.com when we arrived at the time we had selected on the app no one was there and we had to contact the staff on the after hours number, it was a stressful half an hour but in no way was it the accommodations fault. All was sorted quickly and efficiently.

• Catherine (7/5): Very comfortable, great location. - The room in this motel had been refurbished. It was a very comfortable good sized room. The location was fantastic within walking distance to shops and eateries. When doing the pre check in they wanted us to scan and email copies of of my credit card, drivers license and names and contact numbers of each person in the room. No way was I going to email photos of those items. I rang to ask about it and they said if we arrived before the office closed I didn't need to do that.

• Rachelle (9/5): Overall, a beautiful little place to stay. Would stay again 100% - close to everything, clean One of my only small complaints is about parking. There was no covered parking, and not many parking spots anyway. We did get a spot as there were only 2 or 3 other rooms full, but if the place were totally booked, I imagine it’d be a bit more difficult I’m not sure if I can really blame the hotel for that, but it is still something to be mindful of if you’re staying there
