• Michael (1/5): Very bad experience and highly dissatisfied. - I liked that it was near Universal Studios. I did not like the health and safety of the property. Upon check in, we had strong odors inside the home, we saw pet hair all over the couches, and the tile was peeling up/splitting away in some areas which were hidden by rugs. We have children who are allergic to pet hair and they suffered allergic reactions due to that. In addition, the tiles peeling up and splitting in some areas poses as tripping hazards. When contacting the property about the issue they did not respond to us or help rectify the issue. I overall had a horrible experience at this property and would NOT rebook.
• Brad (4/5): The home is in a good location but is in need of maintenance. - The location was very convenient if you are visiting Universal Studios. There are lots of places to eat and shop in the area. The house was not well maintained. We arrived late on the first night, so it was already dark. The house had a lot of moths and small flies, which we thought were due to us turning the lights on as we brought our things inside. We looked around the property and noticed that the sliding doors to the patio didn't lock. One was secured shut with a board in the track; the other was just open. I contacted the host that evening and received a call back the next day (Monday, 6/16). They asked if their maintenance team could enter the property to fix the issue, but when we returned home in the evening found that the door still would lock. The next morning (Tuesday, 6/17), my daughter said she saw a large cockroach in the hallway in the middle of the night. We spent the day at the amusement park and were willing to chalk up one cockroach sighting as a one off. The following morning (Wednesday, 6/18), my daughter was laying on the couch waiting for the others to get ready and another cockroach crawled on her leg. Everyone was pretty freaked out so we decided that we should inspect the home more thoroughly since we hadn't spent that much time there the previous 2 days. We lifted the sofa cushions to find several bugs crawling on the sofa, including the cockroach that crawled on her leg. Many of the windows didn't seal correctly and there was a noticeable space under the door where they were most likely coming from. The landscaping was also overgrown, making it an ideal place for an insect infestation to develop. The screen on the patio was ripped in multiple places allowing bugs in the patio area making it unusable. Also the closet doors didn't fit in the openings and there were several sections where the floor boards were loose or buckled. The photos of the "BBQ area" and laundry were not the same as what we found at the property.

• Ryan (1/5): Bad - BEWARE! Do you see a pet fee charge? There wasn't one when we booked. However we were charged $150.00 and BOOKING.COM would not resolve this issue of fraud.
