• Eliza (7/5): Great spot close to tube. Good bathrooms and facilities. - Good position, quiet, easy walk to bus and trains and easy access to groceries and shops of wanted to cook Hot during hot weather no fans available, but all of Europe seems to be like this...!? Basic cooking facilities and utensils as expected in rental.

• Bethany (1/5): AVOID at all costs - The property is described as luxury. We arrived to a hole in the wall, the toilet seat not fitted to the toilet, a shower that’s unable to be used due to the rust in the shower head, unclean property, wet washing in the washing machine & a used plaster on the side. Definitely isn’t luxury as described in your advertisement. Was advised we’d be given check in details from 2pm with a check in at 3pm. Didn’t get any details until 3.30pm after multiple phone calls chasing it up. By the time we got to the apartment it was 4.30pm so an hour and half later than check in time due to delays sending over the details. Left within an hour of checking in and had to book elsewhere. Haven’t had any replies from the staff, no deposit returned, no refund nothing. Just being ignored.
• Iona (2/5): Terrible stay, avoid if you want to feel comfortable. - Not much to like about the property apart from the parking. Were told we would receive the check in details between 14:00-15:00, after two messages, we called and were told they were fixing some issues at the property - this was at 15:30. Then made our way to the property where they were still working on it, had a car full of items and were hauling out a mattress. Once in the property, it was clear the description is not accurate AT ALL. Property stank of cigarette smoke, paintwork was scuffed and marked. Mould in most rooms and broken furniture. Toilet seat was broken too. Whole place felt dingy and run down, definitely NOT luxury as per their description. Real shame considering the apartment complex was so nice but we were told they had 34 properties so clearly attention to detail isn’t important. When it was time to check out, we were told to drop the keys off at the local shop. Shopkeeper told us we couldn’t due to the keys not having the right fob, when calling the owner, he was rude and not helpful. Explained we needed to be somewhere and that we would leave them there, he said he would keep our £150 deposit if we did this. I have never done a bad review on a hotel/apartment but felt it was necessary. Overpriced, scruffy apartment with terrible owners.
• Sarah (1/5): Horrible would never stay again - Landed at airport and was told due to plumbing issues we could not stay at this property they gave us another property in trentham court, acton which was in extremely poor condition holes in wall, bad mould smell in main bathroom also vanity leaks water, front load washing machine door was broken not able to use, furniture was stained and uncomfortable and the elevator in building stopped working 2 days into our stay we were on 6th floor.
• Alexis (1/5): Not what we paid for - First of all the process to get the key seemed odd. It wasn't until the day when we were checking in that we would get the address of the place. To be honest it started to feel like a scam. A couple of hours before we were supposed to check in, we got a message saying that there was a plumbing issue at the property, and that we wouldn't be able to use it ... but that they had another property that was a available. Obviously this property was further away from central London, and it was nothing like the one we had paid for. This would a good short term solution, and I was ok with it until the plumbing problem was solved, and then we would use the property we booked, but we were told that we wouldn't be able to use that property at all, this is for a stay of 10 nights. One can just assume that the place was completely destroyed ... or that it was never available in the first place (pick the one that you prefer). Not it totally felt like a scam. I asked for a rebate in the price as we would have to pay more on the tube, and waste more time on tube trips. I did get a rebate, but just half of what I asked for. The situation is that you either get what you are offered at that point in time, or you say no, lose the money you have already paid, and find another accommodation at a much more expensive rate. Uploading pictures of the other place where we ended up staying so that you can see that it is far from being a luxury apartment. On the bright side, the person we talked to was very friendly, and the wifi was great.

• Geraldine (8/5): Fabulous location in a spacious, quiet flat; perfect for family stay. - Loads of space, great light with big windows. Safe location for family. Quiet! Didn’t hear any of the neighbours. Loved the towel warmers. No hair dryer.
• Batistelli (9/5): clean and cozy apartment well located at a good price - The house was very clean and had everything we needed, including bed linen, towels and a balcony where we could enjoy the end of the day after work. The host was very kind and so was his entire staff. There was nothing, we liked everything.

• Haide (10/5): Gorgeous apartment - We really enjoyed staying in this property. Well decorated, spacious and clean. The host was friendly and responded to all my enquiries very quickly. The apartment is easy access and close to shops and restaurants. We will definitely come back. It was great.
