• Bridgette (6/5): It was just okay. - The property was not clean. Not enough toilet paper in the bathrooms. Tea bags were left open. The carpets also had a smell. There were cigarette leftovers in the aisles, which made the aisles smell of cigarettes and it is reported to be non-smoking zone but it could be smelled that people were smoking there. There is fixing to do to, to get it perfect.

• Bonisile (5/5): My stay was Good but the service wasn’t what i expected from a 5 star hotel … - For a 5 star hotel I think it deserved a 3 star because when we arrived we didn’t feel welcomed.The security at the reception was busy on her phone, It felt like we were disturbing her, when we asked for directions to our room she just said we must go to the basement we will find securities that will help us, but when we got there, the were no securities it was difficult to find our parking unit number. In our room 😪 there was no soaps,showering caps and paper towels to use. The towels were not the same color , the white one looked dirty. It was a cold n rainy day we couldn’t make any tea or coffee because the was nothing instead we were told that we booked via bookings.com thats why our room didn’t have self service items, We found a broken chair, If people are not going to get the same service because of how they made their bookings Its totally unfair 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
