Guest Reviews
- CHIH JEN (10/5): - 整體評價非常好👍
- Camilla Vanessa (10/5): - Host was so accommodating and we were comfortable during our stay.
- WAN ABDUL RAHIM (10/5): Marvelous enjoyable comfortable stay - Overall wonderful comfortable stay for the whole week. It would be nice if the bath towels provided is bigger size..
- Rebekah (9/5): Great property to stay in, highly recommend!! - We loved the property it was equipped with all necessities you need when on holiday. It was clean, tidy, spacious and the layout of the property we loved, it was perfect for our family of 7. The dining table was big enough for all of us to sit at and enjoy meals together and wind down after long days. The beds were so comfortable and just what we needed after sleeping on firm beds at our previous accomodation. We loved the extra touches such as the coffee machine with pods, snacks and bottles of water in the fridge on our arrival. We were also happy with the location as it is in a residential area so lovely to see a different side of Tokyo and away from all the hustle in the main tourist areas.
The owner has put a lot of thought into making your stay an enjoyable one with loads of information provided of restaurants, attractions etc and instructions of how to get there from the property. There was nothing that we didn’t like about the property but just a suggestion would be nice to have tea towels or paper towels for the kitchen.
- Maria (9/5): Perfect - The property is near the train station , restaurants and the cultural and historical side of shibamata.
The house is well equipped and so comfortable.we all felt so at home away from home.well supplied with basic necessities and the washer and dryer worked really well. Enough space for 5 adults.
There were goodies as a welcome gift and it was easy to communicate through what’s app . It is located in a very quiet neighborhood but very accessible to everything. Direct train to Haneda and Narita airport. Nothing
- Masato (10/5): -
- Latok Kart (8/5): -
- Mark (10/5): Great place for groups or families - Separate bedrooms available. Downstairs living areas. Large western style layout but with traditional Japanese touches. Nothing
- Yeo (9/5): nice clean apartment - clean and neat apartment. near train station. it's a neighbourhood area, hence not busy and quiet and abit far to attractions area etc. has heater, washer, dryer, coffee machine. but toilet abit small, may be problem for big size people but guess this is same for every household in Japan. nil
- Zaki (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brian (10/5): A clean and quiet house that's close to the train station in the heart of Shibamata. - A perfect house for a small family. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. A clean, nicely equipped home with a nice balance of modern amenities with traditional Japanese decor. Toilets have bidets and warmed seats. There is a deep Ofuro (bath tub) in the shower room which we soaked in after a long day of walking. We had good communication with host and they even left complimentary snacks and drinks for us. Fairly close to Shibamata train station (6 min walk) that connects to all the rest of the JR/metro train lines. There are decent restaurants, shopping, a few convenience stores, and pharmacy all close to the train station. Be sure to stop by Shibamata Taishakuten (Temple) too. Not much to complain about if you want to stay right outside the city center. Shibamata is a quiet, safe, charming neighborhood with friendly people. That said, it's far from attractions on the south/west side of Tokyo such as Shibuya, Harajuku or Yokohama (over an hour train ride). It's only 30 away from Ueno and Nippori. Like mosts houses in the area, the house layout is more vertical than wide, so be prepared to walk up and down the stairs a lot.
- Chih-yue (8/5): Very good - Space Electrical breakers are so sensitive
- Dylan (8/5): Value - It was nice and spacious and good value for money with good amenities The power tripped multiple times but it was easily reset
- Lissa (10/5): Home in katsushika - I liked that it was so close to the train station, it wasn't heavily populated, there was a drug store as well as at least two grocery stores. There was also quite a few options for dining out. I love the hospitality and the fact that it was more like a home than a hotel. It could definitely accommodate at least twice as many people if not more. The garbage separation was a little confusing for us. Also I didn't realize the rental was back from the road. The gate is visible, but the home is not.
- Andru (10/5): Exceptional - Host was extremely helpful and patient with us. The entire house access was available to us with full amenities provided. It is better than a hotel with services beyond expectations.
The location of the place was in Shibamata, and less than a short 4min walk to the train station. The area location was filled with many little shops that we wished we could explore more. If you are looking for an excellent host with great communication and customer service, Hidaka san ticks all the boxes.
Will definitely return back to Hidaka Stay Villa for my subsequent trips to Japan. Nothing.
- Kerina (10/5): Exceptional - An excellent accommodation experience that both the elderly and children love.
- Dheeraj (9/5): Loved it - Loved the Japanese style Location is bit off, nearby stations aren’t covered under Tokyo pass
- Peta (10/5): Exceptional -
