Marta (8/5): Tal cual el anuncio - Me gustó mucho la ubicación y la forma autonoma de entrar en el apartamento. La cocina està muy bien equipada y las habitaciones también. Me faltaria más objetos para niños (alzador, bañera...). Si que disponen de trona y cuna. Para decir algo, la ducha es un poco incomoda pq sale agua y faltaria algo para colgar las toallas. También hace frio en el baño.
Leonid (9/5): - Квартира с новым ремонтом .Хорошая кухня с кофе ,чаем ,перцем ,маслом ,солью .Причем капсул и чая достаточно для недельного проживания.Удобный диван в гостиной .Настроил Иви и КИОН без проблем .Хорошая система кондиционирования на холод и тепло .Помогли забронировать парковку в соседнем доме за 11 евро в сутки (правда сначала послали в самостоятельный полет,но быстро исправились ) .До центра 35-40 минут пешком .На транспорте или такси быстрее ,но в выходные ждать такси или общественный транспорт долго Маленькая спальня выходит в двор колодец 2.5 метра на 2.5 метра (фото приложу)Но это не фатально ,но неприятно и нигде не указано.В ванной надо установить крючки для полотенец.Они похоже были ,но в настоящий момент один крючок лежит в шкафу оторванный .Соседей слышно,особенно сверху ,но нам повезло ,они в 24.00 спали обычно .Если будет шумная публика ,будет не просто

Olga (9/5): - Полностью соответствует фотографиям. Нам одобрили более ранний заезд, система входа по электронному ключу комфортна, не доставила проблем. Есть моющие средства, масло, соль и прочее. Приятный балкон. Удобно добираться пешком до центра и метро близко. Рядом чудесная булочная. В явном виде ничего не отметили. Нам понравилось и снова остановились бы😊
Daria (10/5): - Everything was great, the apartment has all the accessories - washing powder, plates, salt, gel, etc. There is also a TV with YouTube and a balcony where you can dry things. The owner gives full instructions on how to get into the house. Everything is very comfortable.
Panagiotis (8/5): Very good - The apartment was very clean and had the necessary amenities. It's located on a very nice and quiet area of Barcelona. There's was a nice mini market (named Condis) around the corner open 9.00-22.00 also on weekends. Hosts responded to my questions very quick and their input was very useful. Apartment is in an old building, that means that it wasn't so bright and the isolation wasn't the best. You could practically hear the people walking outside their apartment and taking the lift. People from the apartment next door were just talking, and i could hear them loud and clear while i was on the sofa. So for anyone that can get disturbed by outside noise, might not be the best option. Speaking about this, most of the buildings in Barcelona are in the same status, ie old, so you could experience the same in other places too.
