- Moana (9/5): Top location, bright, airy, comfy, beautiful sleeps, would 100% return! - Loved the location, playground and beach across the road bonus to burn the energy, ice cream truck parked in eye view much to my dismay bit was super cool to sit at the beach with ice creams. light and airy, lovely view, comfy beds, good shower pressure, had everything you'd need, super easy access instructions, helped that I knew the area as an ex shire girl, good comms with the host via message, super responsive and helpful.
Air con in living room was lovely when the sun was coming in, fans in rooms were handy, don't pee with the window open cause the neighbours will see. Plenty of street parking though often filled, northies down the road did amazing food, everything in walking distance really. Beautiful spot! Nothing that we didn't like!
These would just be more FYI depends on group size, nights staying.
No parking spot for unit, street parking available when you can get a spot. Only felt this one as we ventured out quite a bit.
No WiFi, fine if you can use hotspot during downtime, I had to do a bit of work while I was here.
May need spare toilet paper, 2x were provided
Towels 4x, bath mat 1x and 1x hand towel, you'll need to wash them if necessary. We are a family of 4 and swam almost daily, so all well used.
A washing machine available to use, I think maybe needed a coin for it? We used the laundromat at the far end of Elouera Rd, bit of a treat for myself really.

- Michael (6/5): Great location, old apartment that needs some TLC. - Location was great Old apartment in a great location. The fittings and kitchen were ok but looked like they needed some TLC and maintenance.

Was super easy to access the property and Daniel communiciated very well. Unit is outdated and needs a makeover, however had everything we needed.

- Carol (9/5): - Value for money. To have an entire apartment just for us. Very close to beach, walking paths, within walking distance of shops and cafes. The property host was exceptional, getting back to me with any questions I have asked straight away. I really enjoyed staying at the location. would gladly stay again.
- nicola (7/5): - Good location, owner supplied more toiletries and toilet rolls when requested as we stayed for 5 days. Could do with a more thorough clean. Kitchen and bathroom was good but carpets edges, skirting boards, windows and door tracks hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, a lot of dust, not ideal for anyone with dust or pet allergies, allergies.

- Gaye (5/5): Passable - 2 bedrooms, location, warmth through day. Bathroom very small and withoutpower points, no washing machine/dryer in unit, no dishwasher, low capacity aircon warmed only it's immediate space, no rubbish bin bags, old TV.

Across the road from the beach with a good patrolled swimming spot. Close to bars, restaurants, cafes and not far from train station. Really comfy beds! Not a biggie but it could have been better equipped with kitchen items eg: the dish brush and sponge was worn out and mismatched wine glasses.

It was noisy but can’t blame it just silly ppl driving with noisy cars. Noisy cars on the street.

Everything you need for family We stay for 8 nights and temperature was 30+ each day, bedrooms were hot as they had fans so needed to move mattresses into living room with air conditioning

It was perfectly positioned, close to beach, pubs, restaurants, coffee shops & supermarkets to name a few. Maybe some darker curtains in the bedroom would be good to block out the lights from the next door units.
- Alex (10/5): Exceptional - It is a great location! The ocean is just across the road and it is very close to everything. Clean accommodation and plenty of room. Daniel was very kind and allowed us early check-in and late check-out.

- Anne-sophie (7/5): Good - Location was perfect - nice view and living room. Most of the blinds are broken or some are missing, the building next door has a security light which doesn’t turn off, meaning the light shines into the bedrooms directly.
- Kamila (8/5): Very good - Great little unit, so close to beach, shops, central Cronulla. You didn't need your car for anything local. Clean, plenty of room and all basics provided. Two sets of keys would have been nice but that is only Minor. And a few more pillows.
