• Marlen (10/5): - In unmittelbarer Nähe zu vielen Restaurants und nur zwei Häuser weiter gab es den besten Cappuccino den wir auf unserer gesamten Italienreise genießen durften ( Bar Mastracchio - caldo freddo) die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

• Biljana (8/5): A nice and genuine experience, at a tourist friendly location in Napoli. - I like that the details were sent to me earlier, so I didn't have to ask for wi-fi somewhere to get internet connection first The Spanish Quarter looks very deprived, but the appartment is very close to a main and very busy street, so I felt absolutelly safe

• Tiziana (9/5): Eccellente casa vacanza - La posizione eccellente, si trova al centro a 1 min da via Toledo, abbiamo raggiunto tutto a piedi, la camera pulita e accogliente. Abbiamo trovato la macchinetta del caffè con le cialde e la piastra per i capelli. La camera è spaziosa, luminosa con un balcone e una finestra, doppi cuscini per avere la possibilità di scegliere e tutto curato nei particolari. Giuseppe disponibile in tutto, ci ha anche trovato un taxi economico rispetto agli altri, il quale ci ha accompagnato in aeroporto alle 5 del mattino. Torneremo a Napoli perché in 3 giorni nn abbiamo visto tutto e sicuramente ritorneremo qui perché ci siamo trovati bene. La mancanza del bidet, ma attaccato al wc c'era il doccino. Quindi dico che è stato tutto perfetto.

• luciana (10/5): Consigliatissima - Assolutamente top. Stanza spaziosa, pulitissima, ti affacci al balcone e vedi il mare a sinistra e Sant'Elmo a destra. Cosa volere di più?
• Sabrina (9/5): Tutto positivo - Posizione rispetto ai punti di interesse, mezzi pubblici, supermercati. Via tranquilla. Appartamento pulito e curato con tutte le dotazioni necessarie. Lo sciacquone è leggermente danneggiato ma comunque funzionante
• Giulia (8/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo - Struttura con posizione molto comoda, vicinissima al centro e alla metro e alla funicolare. Appartamento comodo e carino, con tutto il necessario. Qualcosa nell’appartamento va rinfrescato e servirebbe insonorizzare meglio, poichè si sentono molto i rumori della strada.
• Erica (10/5): - Per chi ama sentirsi parte di Napoli la posizione fantastica ai Quartieri spagnoli permette di raggiungere facilmente i punti più salienti della città a piedi. Vicinissima anche alla funicolare che porta al Vomero. Monolocale pulito accogliente e con vari comfort!

• Rosa (10/5): Tre giorni a Napoli indimenticabili - L'appartamento è curato nei minimi dettagli, pulitissimo e ristrutturato. Il punto è perfetto per visitare la città a piedi, la metropolitana è a 200mt e si vive a pieno la bellezza dei quartieri spagnoli. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo. Le scale per accedere all'appartamento sono strette e non adatte a persone anziane o con difficoltà motorie.

• Angelo (10/5): Siamo stati molto bene - Appartamento molto bello e curato, spazioso ed accogliente, dotato di tutto. Posizionato in zona strategica nei quartieri spagnoli, comodissimo uscire la sera a cena nei bellissimi ristoranti tipici napoletani, per ripartire il giorno dopo in visita alla città. Raggiunto facilmente e nonostante la zona centrale, di notte molto tranquillo. Da tornare e consigliare.

• njw17 (10/5): Loved my stay - cosy, clean, and ideally located for exploring the city. - The apartment was spotlessly clean with lovely finishes, tasteful décor, and plenty of lighting. The bathroom was great, the bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like bottled water in the fridge and a coffee machine with local pods. The little balcony was perfect for a quiet morning coffee or evening glass of wine, and the air conditioning was very welcome after a hot day exploring. With the windows closed it was surprisingly peaceful despite being in the heart of the Spanish Quarter. The location was ideal for exploring, with endless bars and restaurants nearby, and it was easy to get around on foot. The metro is nearby, as is the port. Nothing major! There were a couple of small DIY things inside the apartment that could do with a little attention - one of the bedside tables fixed to the wall was loose and one of the bedside lamps didn’t seem to work properly. Also, it wasn't a problem for me but the apartment is up a narrow staircase and once you're inside there is a small step into the bathroom, so it may not suit everyone.

• Giorgia.bii (10/5): - la posizione è perfetta, nel cuore dei quartieri spagnoli. l'host è stato gentile e disponibile e la casa era accogliente, pulita e ben curata, con tutto il necessario per sentirsi a casa (l'aria condizionata una salvezza). anche la signora delle pulizie molto simpatica e alla mano! unica pecca c'era poca carta igienica, in più ci siamo stupite che ci fosse la piastra per i capelli ma in realtà era rotta.

Perfect location of the property. - I absolutely love the fact that the property is in the heart of the Spanish Quarter - just a couple of minutes away from the shrine of Maradona. There is also a small balcony with a table and 2 chairs that allows you to drink your morning coffee outside while taking in the spirit of the city. Also, there is an amazing seafood restaurant right across the street.

• Alexandra (9/5): Comfortable room in a bustling part of town - Excellent location in the heart of Quartieri Spagnoli. Check in and check out was a breeze and the hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. My partner left her passport in the room and they were amazing in helping us retrieve it! The room was comfortable and very pleasant for our 3-day stay. Quartieri Spagnoli is quite noisy so it wouldve been nice for the windows and room to be a bit more insulated from sound.

• Anastasia (9/5): Wonderful residence in the city center - It is a spacious apartment in the city center, in Quartier Spagnoli. The owner was very kind and helpful in any inquiry or issue we had personally. He cares about the tenants. The photo on the site are the same with the reality. All perfect, maybe a toaster would be useful for the breakfast.
• Daniele (10/5): Great location, 100% worth it! - We loved everything about this little studio. We were a couple with a 20 month old baby. They provided a cot for our baby, and also booked a taxi to pick us up at the airport (cost 25 euros), with all the comfort possible. Giuseppe was a very communicative host, sent perfect instructions to access the building and check in. If you are travelling with a toddler, like us, it has a little balcony where you can chill and enjoy the busy view to Quartieri Spagnoli while your baby sleeps. Location is amazing, right in the middle of the fuzz of Quartieri Spagnoli and a walk distance to the main tourist attractions and to the Port (in case you need to take the ferry for the islands). Also, it is located 200m from a Bagoff that costs just 5 euros to leave the bag for the whole day. It was very clean, and definitely worth the money. The studio is on the 1st floor of a building, the stairs are quite tight and it has no lift. So if you have any mobility limitation or too many big bags, have that in consideration. To us it was not a problem at all, we only had one bag and the baby trolley (the small travel ones, like yoyo). Also, in the night it can get a bit noisy, as I said above, the place is right in the middle of the fuzz of Quartieri Spagnoli, so you have restaurants, bars, and scooters up and down all the time, buzzing around. However, it doesn't last to late hours and you can have a good sleep anyway. It was not a problem to us or to our baby.

• Kai (8/5): Great place if one wishes to have a modern apartment with kitchenette in very central Naples. - Great location in the very heart of Spanish quarters in Napoli, just 2 blocks from the Toledo shopping street and 10 minute walk to the harbour. Everything inside was new and in good shape. Kitchen was well equipped and everything clean on arrival. Air conditioning was working well, gave nice relief after walking in the very hot streets. Spacious room by Italian standards. Arrival was a bit of a hassle, as we didn't get any instructions in advance how to enter. On the phone they didn't speak English. The response via booking.com messages was rapid though and eventually the door was remotely opened. The gas oven spark plugs were not working, and no matches were provided either (fortunately we had our own). The shower was designed for short people only, I had to bend down to get myself showered. Stairs up were very narrow in the best central European style.
