• Gary (9/5): Great stay in central Roma. - Perfect central location in Roma. All of the greatest hits of major attractions within walking distance, as well as great restaurants too. We were one couple and 3 singles travelling together and everyone had their own space for sleeping and bathroom. There are a good amount of stairs to reach the bedrooms, so be aware you'll need to carry your luggage up. The management was very communicative. Nicely decorated, but a lack of natural light. We couldn't operate one of the A/C in the bedrooms, but it was comfortable enough with an open window. The beds are comfortable but the sheets and blankets could use a refresh.

Le salon n’a aucune ouverture, au bout de 3 jours c’est un peu oppressant
• Logan (8/5): We had a great stay. We enjoyed the apartment. - The location was great, and the apartment was really cool and fun. There are a ton of stairs.
• Vaiva (9/5): Interesting Italian apartment in the very center of the city - Very good location, the most important places (Pantheon, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, etc.) are reachable in a few minutes, no public transport was needed anywhere in the center. There is a grocery store, many restaurants, a bus stop next to the apartment, so it was easy to get to further places. Since we were with children, they liked the large apartment with many steps and small rooms where they could play hide and seek. I really liked the 4 bathrooms. Special thanks for arranging transportation from/to the airport, as well as for the delicious gifts. The apartment is not very luxurious or particularly clean, the sound of the air conditioner could be heard from outside on the top floor, but overall we had a good rest and took home good impressions.

• Sheryl (7/5): Unique and historic apartment, excellent location! Staff was very helpful. - This location was excellent, and there is a historical feature right in the courtyard. It was VERY unique and spacious in the apartment but I feel we were not prepared for the over abundance of steps. The showers were not great, I had to let the large bathroom run for 3-5 minutes to get the rust out of the pipes and for it to warm up, I had to plan that into my "get ready" time. The 2nd shower just didn't work well at all either, my daughter came running with a towel around her because hers stopped with water pressure right in the middle. She had to finish in ours. I already mentioned the abundance of steps, in the pics they show the stairs, but be prepared for more than they show. We would come back to rest and I would just stop at the sofas and not even go all the way up unless I needed to change.

• De (8/5): Location is FANTASITC! Don't expect too much of the apartment and you'll be fine. - The location is fantastic, you can walk everywhere, it is literally around the block from the Pantheon. Cute area, there is a cafe, wine store and grocery store in the same block! The bathroom shower head in the main bedroom didn't hold, we have to tie it up with something so we could use it. Both bathrooms were not very clean, as well as the kitchen. WIFI was iffy, the AC was not cold in the bedrooms, just in the bottom 2 floors. We didn't know there were almost no windows at all, that took a little to get used to, and we have to climb to the 4th floor technically with luggage, since that's where the bedrooms are.
• Denise (6/5): Overall it was a spacious clean home. Location was fantastic. But I would not stay there again. - The location was fantastic. Right next door to the Pantheon and a grocery store. Spacious. 4 bathrooms was a nice commodity Water pressure was minimal, the A/C on the 2nd and 3rd floor did not work properly. It was very hot in the house except for the 1st floor. The Washing machine was in Italian with NO English instructions and took a day and half to figure it out. Communication w host was a bit of a struggle due to language. This is not a home for an elderly person, it is 40 stairs/steps to get to the 3rd floor where the bedrooms are. The refrigerator on the 2nd floor stopped working the second day we were there and we lost the food we had purchased. The toilet on the 3rd floor in the master bedroom would work sporadically. It did not flush regularly. There were no paper towels or napkins in the home to clean tables or kitchen after using. No extra trash bags for trash bins. There was mold in the 2nd floor bathroom. We received a complaint from the host that we used linens we shouldn’t have. There was no signage or locked cabinets. We had no idea we weren’t able to use linens/towels in the closet.
• Michelle (5/5): Good location but I don’t recommend - Location was close to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Pantheon. Many great restaurants close by. Air conditioning only cooled in one bedroom, living room and primary bedroom were warm our entire stay. The property manager was to have a tech come look at it but no one ever came. Shower in primary bathroom does not have an enclosure so water goes everywhere. There are 40 steps, mainly spiral, from the second floor to the third floor. Kitchen only had a small refrigerator while the full-size refrigerator was on the first floor.
• Banks (10/5): Best location for families looking to walk to your destination. - Centrally located from everything. You can literally walk to most of the sights from here. Clean and comfortable. Lots of space for everyone to relax and spread out after a long hot summer day. Manager was ultra responsive and helpful with rides and dinner recommendations.

• Patrizia (8/5): On the whole we were satisfied - The location was exceptional, very close to all the main attractions but in an internal court, so very quiet. The flat was spacious. The kitchen was very small with a very small refrigerator. There were just a few windows, so it was always dark and without fresh air.
• Tyler (8/5): Loved this stay! Great location, great neighborhood, really local feel. - Location was amazing -- great small street in the heart of Rome. Guido, our host was awesome. He got us in early, and was incredibly responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again. The street it's on has several cafes, a small piazza, and low traffic. Very intimate, very cool area. Close to just about everything you want to see in Rome, save the Colosseum/Forum. The layout is really weird, but it wasn't a huge issue. It's like 50 steps to get from the main living area to the bedrooms. It would not really work to have a smaller kid on the sofa bed, and you upstairs (to me, anyway).

Most importantly, Guido was a very friendly and accommodating host who allowed us to check out late due to our late flight and us travelling with babies. He also provided us the contact of a good taxi company to get to the airport. Thanks so much! Long flight of stairs to the bedrooms can be a bit tough for some
