• Sarah (1/5): Disappointed - This property did not exist . We arrived to the address provided and the property was not there . The host did not respond to our texts . A lovely local assisted and called the host for us who then stated that the property “ was undergoing maintenance and could not be used “ . They could provided a property elsewhere for us to stay in . They charged the same amount for a smaller property in a less convenient location . Very very dissapointed with this property and host . They waited for us to contact the first to find out we could not stay at the advertised property . They the tried to kick us out a day early coming to the door telling us we need to check out when we had booked to the next day . Very disappointed never even received and apology The property did not exist . We had to stay at a smaller property in a less convenient location . What if the local person didn’t help us we would have had no where to stay
• Marvel (1/5): It was a SCAM. This apartment does not exist be ware not to book it We had a very unpleasant experience with the owner - It was SCAM! We did not get to stay at this apartment we had booked for in Booking.com Please do not book this apartment, it’s a big SCAM!!! It does not exist. First of all we did not get to stay at this property at all. When we arrived at the property, after waiting a long time, following translation and discussion between our taxi driver and the owner/manager, she finally gave us the check in details. After opening the key lock, it was empty (no keys in the box). When we called her to inform her about the empty box, she told us that the reason why the box was empty is because there is a problem with the apartment, therefore we could not stay there. Check in time is 14:00pm and we arrived just before 20:00pm. She had the whole day to inform us about this problem and she didn’t. Also, why did she give us the check in details to open an empty box???? She then offered us to stay in another apartment which was 3/4 km away from the city area where we wanted to stay. At this point, it was getting late and we were all very hungry and thirsty., and we had no other options as to where to stay. So we agreed. She eventually sent us a taxi to go to this other place (the replacement apartment’s is Xuan Dieu Apartment 3F) without a proper address. Beware because the only thing that was good about bout this apartment was living room and the view. The washing machine and dryer do not work, she only provides tiny very old hand towels, the fridge had old food in it, There was lots of hair found in the bathrooms and the general cleanliness of the apartment was bad. She told us she was sending someone to come and fix or look at the washing machine and she never did. We wasted most of the only full day we had waiting for her and she did not turn up. She was only interested in getting her money. When I informed her that we were checking out very early the next day (6:30 am) , as our plans had changed, she said she will send the manager at 6am to come and get her money. No one came to see us and I did not get any update from her.

• Hannath (10/5): Wonderful - This homestay is a hidden gem. The room was clean, beautifully designed, and fully equipped. The host was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect - just a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and top spots. Highly recommend for a relaxing and authentic stay. Nothing
• Gagandeep (5/5): Passable - Rooms were spacious and the interiors were done well. Toilet/bathroom drain was stinking due to which the whole house was stinking. One toilet next to the kitchen was extremely tiny and uncomfortable. AC in the first bedroom was not working and the whole experience in the house turned uglier. There are no balconies, no garden view, no terrace as mentioned in their description. No hot water in one of the bathrooms.
• Farik (9/5): Loved every aspect. - The location was perfect. The place is a bit old and needs an update but all the amenities is as described. Worth every cent. Very easy to get transport and not too far away from city centre. Clean and spacious, great for big families / groups. Will definitely recommend and return again to this place. Security is also very good especially in the nighttime.
• Bryan (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, just a 6-minute walk to the Opera House. The villa is spacious and well-equipped with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen. The balcony offers a nice garden view, and there’s a private parking space and free Wi-Fi. The area is quiet, yet close to attractions like Tràng Tiền Plaza and St. Joseph’s Cathedral. The villa also offers bike and car rentals, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with all the amenities needed for a relaxing trip.
• Nguyen (10/5): Exceptional - The location is great and The street of this homestay has everything. the neighborhood is a hub of many famous restaurants This is one the very crowded district so it's a little bit noise in the morning. However it's ok for me since I have search about this area and expect that thing already.
• Gaye (1/5): Terrible never again. - We did not get to stay at this property we were told night before it was not available after the booking being confirmed. We were taken to another house for two nights promised original booking for last night and then that morning put in different accommodation. It was terrible experience we were looking forward to our original booking and never got to stay there at all. As I said we stayed in other accommodation not original booked accommodation two nights in another house which had high stairs no balcony then two rooms with no balcony we did not stay in the accommodation that was booked.

Overall a pleasant experience. - The rooms are big but the kitchen and common area was a bit small It’s quite rundown. There’s no card payment for this property and it’s not specified on Booking.com and we had to give up almost all the cash we had to pay up (not allowed to do the balance the next day though we were staying for 4 nights)
• Mawson (1/5): Fix your booking system. - We didn’t get to stay here because they had double booked it. We booked this place and were so excited about it, but when we called from the airport to check about amenities they informed us that the apt wasn’t available. If we hadn’t called, we would have only found out as we tried to check in. I’m not sure if this is the hotel’s or Booking.com’s fault, but it was aggravating as we had to then try last minute to find another place and ended up spending much more money for a hotel that was available (through a different website of course!) Not a great way to spend our short holiday time.
• Yting (9/5): I will comeback again - Rooms are clean and well decorated. Our family had great time enjoying and relaxing. It was convenient and clean, however it's in an old villa so you cannot expect a hotel like standard. But for us it wasn't a problem, because that's what a homestay means. To be living like a local

Had mosquitoes Room 1 look shabby Room 2 looked tacky Room 3 decent ibut n the attic; bathroom here to small Not all heaters work Host said to switch off everything before leaving as old electrical wiring can catch fire Daughter was crying n refused to stay. Host would not refund 1-day stay. Forced to stay 2 night. Very unhappy vacation.
• Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional - We loved this place!! Group of 2 couples and we had plenty of room in the gorgeous villa. 3 showers, 2 toilets. It was very different stay to the usual hotel room or resort and we all loved it. Khanh was so helpful and provided us with everything we needed on arrival and during our stay. He even organised tours for us. Beds were rock hard.

The location and coffee shop downstairs. Easy communication with the host. Light in the toilet is very dim. Hope they can add more light. Add full length mirror please.
