• Megan (10/5): - A lovely place to stay, Francesca was absolutely amazing with us despite us having some bother at the airport she still made sure we were in and settled asap. The room was comfortable and in a nice location.

• Raphael Bauer (9/5): - Schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf das Wasser. Eine vielbefahrene Straße direkt vor der Unterkunft die aber durch die sehr guten Fenster nicht gestört hat. Absolut zu empfehlen. Direkt nebenan gibt es 3 lokale bei denen man Mittag und Abendessen kann. Ein paar Meter weiter kann man sehr lecker und problemlos Frühstücken.

• MARCO (8/5): Ottima posizione. - La disponibilità del personale, la posizione Lo spazio interno della camera potrebbe essere sfruttato meglio. Si potrebbe usare un pannello sopra l'idromassaggio da usare come appoggio quando non si utilizza.

• Nicola (9/5): - Camera ampia con bagno molto grande . Camera e struttura molto pulite. Estremamente gentile la sig.ra Francesca in accoglienza. Ottima la posizione Un pochino rumorosa la camera durante la notte.
• MARCO (8/5): Carina ma migliorabile. - Sicuramente la disponibilità dello staff, anche se non è stato possibile fare un check out dopo le 10 (anche pagando). Questo ha comportato una serie di disagi e stress. Le foto fanno sembrare la camera più ampia di quello che è in realtà. Comunque comoda. Metterei una copertura sull'idromassaggio così da sfruttarlo come appoggio quando non si usa.

• Paola (10/5): - Bellissima camera elegante moderna con vista sul parco della villa comunale di Napoli in zona tranquilla e a due passi dal lungomare. Letto comodissimo e vasca idromassaggio. Francesca è un host gentile e premurosa. Veramente una bella esperienza.

Zici ca e din alta poveste. Nu ai frigider deloc asa ca nu poti sa bei o apa rece in zilele calduroase. Nu este fier de calcat desi venind in vacanta e esential ca sa nu iesim cu hainele botite iar doamna desi am cerut nu a dorit sa ne faca rost. Nu ai la dispozitie nici aparar de cafea ( ness ca la cantina) sau niste pahare de vin sa bei un vin in jacuzzi in vacanta cu iubitul ( doar niste cani de ceai) . Foarte zgarciti cu aerul conditionat ce se inchide automat cand iesi din camera, wifi a functionat doar cand am ajuns ….cand faci check out trebuie sa fie si doamna prezenta de parca ai lua ceva cu tine si plus de asta ce ai putea sa furi din camera aia mica unde nu ai nimic decat pat. Un dus foarte mic nici n ai loc sa te misti: nu se merita pentru banii ceruti, totul facut pentru profit dar nu ai comfort!

• Piero (7/5): Buono ma attenti al check out - La posizione Il fatto che al momento del check out sia stata letteralmente tolta la corrente elettrica. In 78 anni di vita non mi è mai successa una cosa del genere, neanche nei paesi sottosviluppati

The room is medium-sized and comfortable, with enough space for luggage and clothing. There are plenty of hangers, and everything is very clean. The suite includes all necessary facilities, such as a shower, toilet, and bidet. We enjoyed the sea view, and the space was warm and cozy. The spa tub was a great bonus and added to our enjoyment.

• Daniele (10/5): - Questa struttura è stata una grande scoperta! Ho soggiornato nella Suite Procida: camera molto confortevole, con spazi ampi e vasca idromassaggio. La finestra non offre vista mare, ma il comfort interno rende questo un dettaglio trascurabile. Ho potuto ammirare la Suite Capri, assolutamente stupefacente: oltre 20 mq, con vista mare e una vasca idromassaggio spettacolare. Essendo frequentatore assiduo di quelle zone, credo sia una delle migliori strutture in assoluto per posizione, modernità, comfort ed estrema gentilezza della proprietaria. Tornerò sicuramente!!
• Delio Romano (3/5): Da evitare - Posizione Tralasciando la mancanza di ascensore e scale ripide e scomode in un palazzo fatiscente.ma tralasciando anche la funzionalità nella doccia,senza commutatore del doccino e trascurando anche il vuoto del frigo,l'apice è stato raggiunto dal gestore nel non volerci consegnare gli asciugamani per il bidet.host arrogante e frettolosa.

• Andrea (5/5): NON PRENOTATE LA STANZA SENZA VISTA, meglio ancora non avere a che fare con questa gente - La posizione è sicuramente ottima ed è anche il motivo per cui ho scelto questa struttura. Non le ho viste ma immagino dalle recensioni che le stanze vista mare siano carine. Lati negativi: la signora comunica in modo veloce ma tende ad usare inglesismi fuorvianti, mi spiego: comunico che arriverò verso le 16:00, mi risponde ‘ok allora è un early check in’. Chiedo gentilmente perché lo chiama così ed invio lo screenshot di Booking dove il check in è indicato dalle 16. Risponde che è un errore di Booking ma va bene (per early richiedono 30 euro aggiuntivi). Arrivo in struttura,l’appartamento é recentemente ristrutturato in un palazzo molto malandato. La camera indicata come senza VISTA per distinguerla da quelle vista MARE è IMPROPONIBILE. Pur essendo nuova viene descritta con FINESTRA SENZA VISTA, ma in realtà l’unica piccola finestra non ha vista perché da sul fatiscente GIROSCALE INTERNO. Il risultato non è SENZA VISTA ma é SENZA ARIA e CON ODORE DI CHIUSO. Appreso dalle nostre facce il non gradimento della situazione comunica in serata a Booking che non ci siamo presentati e cancella la prenotazione per evitarci di recensire l’alloggio. Purtroppo il fare intimidatorio percepito dai messaggi con cui ci scrive rovina anche la reputazione di una città meravigliosa abitata da gente perbene.

• Witold (9/5): Great location in Naples, close to the municipal beach! - It’s in the nice area of Naples (Chiaia), very close to the sea and beach where one can swim, and also to metro station. Our host Francesca was lovely and very helpful; she helped me by calling all taxi companies when I left my rucksack with passport in the taxi when arriving, and she found the driver who brought the passport day after! She saved my visit!

• Gallozzi (10/5): - Siamo stati benissimo, il B&B è davanti al mare e la spiaggia a circa 200/300 m. Tutti i servizi di Metro, autobus vicini nel lungomare Caracciolo e vicino a via Chiaia. Francesca, responsabile del B&b una persona squisita e disponibilissima. Quando torneremo a Napoli sicuramente alloggeremo qui. Niente, tutto ok

Una camera senza un frigo in piena estate un bollitore d'acqua calda senza caffè ( lo abbiamo comprato noi il caffe) , non un piccola bottiglia d'acqua. Dopo 3 giorni abbiamo ricevuto un messaggio dall'assistenza, non per sapere se tutto andava bene, ma solo per ricordarci di lasciare la camera alle 10 oppure ci sarebbe stato un extra di 20 euro per 20 min.di ritardo! Siamo andati via alle 9!!!!!

• Noelle (4/5): Disappointing - It is up several flights of stairs, no elevator. There is construction going on in the building and the building inside looks like a demolition site. The room itself was fine, but they only give you one towel, one pillow and one sheet. There is a smell that permeates the room that is very strong. It is right on one of the busiest main roads in Naples running through town and is at the foot of a major tunnel, so if you open the window you get tons of exhaust smell coming into the room. If you need anything, the woman has to drive to meet you and you feel bad for asking for anything like toilet paper or an extra pillow or towel. They charge extra if you need another towel or pillow.

• Kareem (10/5): Safe, comfy and spacious. - We stayed there for three nights, the location is perfect and the area around it is very safe. The house is located nearby the sea, just a 5 minutes walking distance. There lots of nice restaurants and bars in the area. Also its located near public transport. You can take both bus and Metro directly to the central station. The stop of bus 151 is just few minutes walking distance and it takes you directly to the train station in about 25 minutes. Also the Metro line L2 is just 14 minutes walking distance and it takes you there in a very short time. Francesca was so helpful, she texted us beforehand and skipped her lunch break to come and give us the keys once we arrived. The room are clean, spacious and comfy and the bathroom was as big as the room itself with a shower and bathtub. Strongly recommended to book this place. We would definitely book it again we we come back to visit the lovely NAPOLI ❤️❤️❤️ Nothing there i didn't like, we enjoyed everything. Nothing negative to mention here.

We definitely recommend it. - Very bright, good sized and clean room, with an astonishing spacious bathroom that adds to your stay a touch of unexpected luxury. It has also and open view towards the sea. Mattress very comfortable. The location is also perfect. Away from the crowded center but still central. There are many excellent restaurants in the vicinity and a bus stop just down the building. Specially Francesca was exceptionally nice and helpful, she went out of her way to meet us to deposit our luggage much earlier than check in time, and gave us lots of helpful tips and addresses.
