• Greta. (10/5): - Ottima posizione, comoda e vicino a stazione, metro e Colosseo. La struttura e l'arredamento sono un po' datati ma i letti sono comodi, il bagno spazioso con doccia enorme. Angolo cottura ristretto ma c'è tutto compreso il microonde, comodissimo se hai dei bimbi piccoli e devi riscaldare le pappe. Staff gentilissimo, ci è venuto incontro per le nostre esigenze!

• Salvador Henares Villar (1/5): Lamentable, roto, sucio. 0 recomendable. - Ubicación. Piso super sucio. 0 cómodo, camas reventadas, sofá cama lamentable. Es una vergüenza que alquilen este tipo de cosas y nos engañen a los que viajemos. Nos merecemos mas que esta casa sucia y reventada. Una vergüenza. Fíjense en la foto de la cama!
• Martina (10/5): A great starting point for getting to know Rome - Perfect location with excellent accessibility to monuments, restaurants, shops, churches. We walked everywhere and felt safe even at night.
• Damian (2/5): - Location It was very uncomfortable from the beds to the whole layout could not find a chopping board to prepare food. Kitchen was inadequately small the whole place smelled like cigarettes and the one bedroom smell like a rhino The furniture in the living room was missing cushions and bath the sofa and the chair.. there was not enough bedding in the dishes that we pulled out were dirty. There was no pillowcases for extra pillows that were there. I reached out and never got a response.

• Brena (10/5): - Espaço, limpeza, localização, cordialidade do anfitrião, estilo típico italiano da decoração, cozinha completa, lava roupas, água aquecida, aquecimento da acomodação, pertinho dos melhores locais (entre a Fontana de Trevi e o Coliseu, por exemplo), próximo da estação de metrô, camas confortáveis, assim como os lençóis. Nada tenho a reclamar
• Violeta (8/5): Siempre hay que mirar hacia arriba - La cercanía a todo lo importante a roma, una zona tranquila y sin ruidos para descansar y con espacio suficiente. La única pega es que la cocina es estrecha y la cafetera italiana era pequeñita, siendo 4 se tenían que hacer varias.

• RIBERA (7/5): - La proximitat amb el centre, els aires condicionats, la dutxa. Molt agradable. Els estris per cuinar, no hi ha culleretes per tots 5 i la cafetera és molt petita, individual. Per entrar a les 2h abans vam haver de pagar un plus.

• Richard (3/5): It was inconvenient at best, lasting psychological damage at worst. - Large windows opened onto street. Comfortable bed. Tiny table, uncomfortable kitchen chairs, dirty grimy floors, confusing access, small shower, dead body in courtyard, lack of useful furniture, such as a sofa or loveseat. The only chair had no cushion. Looked like it was furnished with donations for homeless people. Tiny television. Cleaning crew still cleaning apartment 3 hours past our admission. Despite the late cleaners and dead body, no adjustments or refunds offered to compensate.

• Rolf (6/5): Pleasant - Great location. Spacious. Decently priced. Uncomfortable beds. Bathroom stinks as others have mentioned. There is no dishwasher even though it is stated on the webpage.
• Zuzka (8/5): Comfortable and in good location - Spacious apartment with two bedrooms and comfortable bed. We also enjoyed the living room with table and couch. Its close to Colosseum and Termini station. Early check-in was great. Its not possible to store luggage after check-out.
• Marian (9/5): Superb - Location was excellent. Walking distance to station and main attractions (Colosseum, Fontana de Trevi, Spanish Steps, Shops, Supermarjet across the street etc.) No complaints, but suggest new kettle.
• Leanne (6/5): great location, should have need cleaner - great location the bed was uncomfortable, mattress dipped in the middle, was not as clean as we would have wanted, tiles behind toilet were soiled, there were crumbs and other debris under dining room table, floors were dirty, when we walked with bare feet our feet got very dirty also.
• Ruslan (8/5): Quiet vintage place in the heart of Rome - Great location, close to all Rome sightseeing. Close to the train terminal. Clean apartments. Kitchen is acceptable to make some breakfast. Apartments are not quite new, but looks like you visiting grandma from Rome, pretty old school. One bedroom has window to inner yard, and was very quiet. Apartments and some furniture needs cosmetic renewal.

• Lisa (1/5): Terrible experience! - We arrived and the property to the main building was locked. We could not get in. After traveling over 24 hours we were very frustrated! Luckily, after waiting 20 minutes, a local tenant came and opened the main door for us. Once inside, we did have a code to get into the apartment. As we entered the apartment it smelled like sewer and the floors were so dirty they were black! I notified the property manager and they told me to open the windows and said the floors were just old. I took a white cloth and wiped the floor and the cloth was completely dirty! The sewer smell was so strong in the bathroom we were all gagging !! I would NOT RECOMMEND this apartment!
