• ayu (5/5): 次の利用はないかなと思います。 - ホテル街です。 夜中叫ぶ声がよく聞こえます(笑) 治安的には心配な部分あります。 代々木体育館に用事があったので、歩いて行ける距離だったのはよかったです。 とにかく、埃だらけ、トイレは尿臭しました。 トイレ掃除用に、拭き掃除したかったです。 奥や、壁に尿が飛び散ってそう。 風呂も掃除道具がなくって、カビだらけでした。こちらも掃除したかったです。
• Bar (5/5): 若者の渋谷旅行にはおすすめ - 渋谷にはすぐ行けるので若い方には最高でしょう チェックイン　チェックアウトも電話確認でスムーズに簡単に行えたのでスタッフさんの対応も良かったです！ ラブホテル街のど真ん中にあるとは知らずファミリー旅行だったので少し驚きました 部屋全体は壊れたままの設備もありましたが気楽にできてまたスタッフはチェックインチェックアウトも親切でスムーズでしたのでよしと思いました
• Alicja (4/5): Słabe miejsce w dobrej lokalizacji - Lokalizacja jest wygodna z uwagi na liczbę sklepów, barów i połączeń metra i autobusów. Są też wszystkie podstawowe udogodnienia. Obsługa klienta dramat. Po dotarciu na miejsce dostaliśmy kod do skrzynki pocztowej, który nie działał. Rozwiązaniem, które nam zaproponowała obsługa klienta było włożenie ręki do środka żeby wyjąć klucze... Nie było to możliwe bez złamania żadnej kości albo zdarcia skóry z dłoni. Na szczęście przechodziła pani, która nam pomogła i dała radę wyjąć klucze. Apartament nie jest zbyt czysty, szczególnie pod łóżkiem, czy na moskitierach widać masę kurzu. W sypialni roleta zasłaniająca okno nie jest zaciemniająca, a obok jest budowa, więc całą noc jest jasno. Łóżka dość niewygodne, wyposażenie podstawowe w kuchni jest, ale nie za wiele. Nawet pałeczek wielorazowych nie ma. Generalnie tyle żeby się przespać wystarczy, ale na zdjęciach wygląda to wszystko znacznie lepiej niż w rzeczywistości.
• Moto G Jefe (3/5): Access was an issue and the photo did not match the property we stayed at. Grotty vibes - on arrival we could not unlock the the key box and had to call the host told us the same c ode as the email so were unable to get into the lock box , we managed to get finger in to get the keys out, so that was really stressful.
• Azeem (1/5): Very bad services - Very bad services place looks so dirty sourinded by so many bars not easy to find no services self check in and incase u need help their mobile number doesn't work I dont recommend this place as they are not even answering their was electrical problam and I have to chase them so many time.i recommend this apartment 0 as bad services

• Neridah (4/5): Disappointing - Close to get to It was freezing, no remotes for air-conditioners. Not the place in the pictures that was advertised. We found it really uncomfortable.

• Amado (9/5): comfy, in a good location and good value - location the checkout and check in directions weren't clear, the key code wasn't sent to me ahead of time. I was able to easily call and get it though.
• Jeremy (1/5): Scam - Nothing. The property is completely different than shown in the posted photos. Different unit altogether.
• Indra (7/5): Good - The room was spacious, it can accommodate 4-6 people. Easy entry, the instructions on the lock box to retrieve key was very simple. No digital touchpad, just a key for the apartment building entry and a key for the unit. Very close to the hustle and bustle of Shibuya. Convenience store is a 3 minute walk. Options of Shibuya station and Shinsen station is very convenient. There are vending machines in front of the apartment and in the parking lot across from the apartment. The room layout was different from the photos on booking.com. I understand the owner probably has multiple units in the building but the unit we stayed in was pretty different from the pictures (bed layout, living room layout), I think they should show the various room layouts in the pictures. The room showed age (scratched floor boards, old walls etc), Kitchen appliances also showed heavy wear. The exhaust grills in the bath room and the toilet room were very dusty. The provided haridryer also had clogged vents so it was hot but practically didn't have any air coming out of it.

• Guerrero (10/5): Exceptional - Awesome location Too small for 6 people, but knowing how small everything is there, I guess it's normal. Photos don't match with the actual place but it's a nice place.
• Robbie (8/5): Very good - Very clean, spacious for Japan and great location. Very hard to find, had to go to the police in the end. A big pile of rubbish on the ground floor with rats openly scurrying about - very unjapanese style. Photos were misleading, the accommodation was pretty dated and did not match the photos. Cheap and cheerful but wasn't so cheap.

• Hanna (8/5): Very good - The location was great! The flat was comfortable and spacious, even for the five of us. The bathtub and washing area was fantastic!

The room is not as bad as the low score given by other, I think it - Superb location, 6 min to Shibuya Jr and 1 min to Shinsen station. Room is spacious and consider cheap compare to other same space in this area. Host is very responsive

• Marie (1/5): Terrible experience, would never book that again - Location Beds were mattresses on floor and 5 th person on a foldable couch Room was trashed with rubbish and dirty towels and linen from previous guest , wasn’t clean on arrival and staff didn’t answer We could only check k in 4 hours late and didn’t have a room half the second day because it was meant to get cleaned only to come back to dirty room again
