• Ian (10/5): Great hosts and excellent value for money - I have stayed at this venue several times, most recently for over 3 months. The hosts are very helpful. The location is great for public transport and shops and surprisingly quiet considering the bustle outside. The room is well-equipped and the broadband is fast enough for streaming and live calls. Can't think of anything. I hope to return in a few weeks.
• Ian (10/5): Excellent value, hosts and location with good facilities - I have been staying in room 4 for over three months and now as it's been excellent value, the hosts are very helpful and it's a great location in terms of shops, public transport, parks etc. I've said before that the wifi has improved a lot since I first stayed here so it's easy to work remotely and do Teams calls etc without risk of losing the connection. Sometimes other guests can be a bit noisy but that's not been a big issue.
• Ian (10/5): - I have been staying in Room 4 (not Room 1) for over two months now and have booked to stay here for another 24 nights as it is great value, a good location for shops and public transport, parks etc. and the hosts are excellent. Can't think of anything.
• Ryan (2/5): Avoid, avoid, AVOID. I will be going to citizens advice about the nature of this stay as the owner failed myself as the - The location was the only good thing about this property, as well as the local food takeaways. That was it. Where do I begin? AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Here is a list of the issues that made our stay a horrible experience: - Exposed rat poison in the corners of the room. - 2x broken curtain frames hanging on by a thread. - 2x broken blind frames that were both held on by one layer of duct tape, which also fell onto me. - Out of date milk sachets. - Old crumbs everywhere, especially where the toaster is located. - Cutlery that was covered in old food and mould. - No mugs or plates even though it was supposed to be a ‘kitchenette’ - An owner that didn’t reply to my concerns anytime after, aside from giving me the details to get in on the day. - Owner gave me check in details late at 3:40pm, when check in was 3pm.
• Ian (10/5): Excellent value and location with very helpful hosts - I am in Room 4, not Room 1, and I have been here for two months now. I've signed up for another 2-3 weeks as this is the best value unit in this area and the location is very convenient for shops, trains, buses etc. The wifi is now a lot better than it was when I first came here in 2024 and the hosts have always been very helpful. Can't think of anything.
• Daniel (10/5): Love it - Room more beautiful than pictures on website and really cheap I didn't expect it to be that good and you got everything you needed in your own house you don't feel like you are in a gust house I prefer stay there than 5star hotel I can't complain about anything everything was perfect

• Ian (10/5): Great value for the location - I have reviewed this property - or different rooms in this property - before as I extended my stay several times. I have noted that the hosts are very helpful, the location is excellent for shops and public transport - there's even a hospital about 100 yards away if the worst happens. Compared to other properties in the area, it's great value. I would have stayed longer but the room was blocked out for December. Can't think of anything.
• Ian (10/5): Great value, comfortable with helpful hosts - I have been staying at this property for nearly two months now and have extended my stay several times and I've done a review each time. I've now extended for another week and would have extended for longer but the room I'm in wasn't available. It is a good location, the room is well-equipped and comfortable and the hosts are very helpful. I would recommend the property as great value compared to other properties in the area. Occasionally other guests forget that they're not at home i.e. voices carry, but that is no reflection on the hosts or the property itself.

• Donatella (6/5): Con qualche piccolo accorgimento migliorerebbe, come le forbici, una padella, mensola in bagno - Piccolo ma essenziale, la finestra si può aprire e già questo per Londra è un plus. Manca una mensola o armadietto in bagno, lavandino minuscolo.

• Edward (5/5): OK but there is no "complimentary parking". I was misled - The listing mentions "complimentary parking" which is not true. There is no parking provided by Jerome 1. You have to find a parking spot in the streets outside and it costs money until after 7pm

• Pablo (3/5): Decepcionante - Que tuviese una cocina con todos los utensilios necesarios y para poder cocinar prepararse uno la comida etc... La limpieza, por un lado el sitio estaba exageradamente sucio toda la habitación muy sucia. Toallas dos y una era muy muy pequeña así que no se podía prácticamente usar, luego el wifi no funcionó durante toda la estancia, la ventana no se abría por lo que dentro hacia mucho calor. Y el baño se atoro durante un día y medio.
• Andrew (6/5): Cheap and cheerful - Really good location When I arrived, I couldn't get in as the code didn't work to release the key from the safety box. When I messaged, the owner turned up after about half an hour to let me in. it is advertised as an apartment, but it's just a small bedroom with kettle and a microwave. However, there were no cutlery or crockery. When I asked, i was given a bowl, a paper cup and a plastic fork. The bathroom is nor ensuit, but in a separate room.
• Obisesan (1/5): WORST THAN DEVIL ITSELF. - The apartment is at the good location. All the amenities in the apartment are not working, the door is bad...We were stucked in the room for hours, called the property owner several times to come to help in opening the door but no response till I contact a friend from Redbridge borough to come and assist in opening the door ..Bad experience anyway. Not recommending the apartment for any traveller.. Remember first your safety.

• Sean (8/5): Well worth the extension to my stay. Highly recommended! - See previous review I posted on here. This is for the extension of my stay: glad to be able to stay in the same room again, rather than shifting around. Lots of stairs to climb! Not ideal when you're recovering from a hernia operation. Be aware that you're opposite a hospital that can be busy on a hot day when you want the windows wide open.

• Sean (9/5): Great for those who want everything to hand, unlike at a branded hotel. Highly recommended! - Great to have all the facilities in one room: kitchen, sink, microwave/convection cooker, shower, toilet. Close to amenities and bus stop. Relatively quiet with the window closed, as there are ambulances running to and fro from the hospital opposite, otherwise peaceful. Easy to rebook, as I extended my stay, and got to remain in the same room. NOTE: With the room (3) being in the rafters there's a lot of stairs to climb. Arrived on a hot day and my room is at the very top and, as you know, heat rises. There was a fan provided but it's very small and works on a USB only connection, so needs to be near the relevant socket or have a USB plug. Did finally manage to get a through breeze by opening the skylight in the bathroom. Small niggles: washing plates and dishes can be awkward at first as the sink is located neath a sloping roof. You soon get used to it. Also, BBC iPlayer didn't work on the Smart T.V. and I finally figured it was to do with the firmware, which needs updating.
• Byron (7/5): Accommodation fine for a short stay. - Good bus services and very frequent. The room was fine as I was only stopping over for 1 night. Convenient for where I was going to in the evening. You got the cooking smells from the restaurant below with the window open. You need the window open as it gets very warm in the room. Didn't realise the door is on a side road. Probably need to give the name of the road the door is on. There was a plastic lid in the shower tray and an opened used water bottle left in the bathroom. Sink in the bathroom is very small with a sensor tap, so when used water goes onto the floor. WIFI very slow.

• Rolland (5/5): Passable - Overall was ok Bed way to soft. Smoke alarm positioned right beside bathroom and where you use toaster and kettle. Thing on floor to stop door opening was dangerous could easily cut your foot on it
