• Rafal (1/5): - Najgorsze doświadczenie do tej chwili. Żeby się dostać do apartamentu 3 godziny. Nie wyobrażam sobie gdybym był z rodziną. Tak powiecie że wystarczyło przeczytać wiadomość ze trzeba się zarejestrować. Ale nie przeczytałem a przecież w pierwszej wiadomości co dostałem na whats ap można było ująć tą informację. Przyjeżdżam i w Safari i Firefox na 2 komputerach nie da się przesłać zdjęcia od czy paszportu. Dzwonię a pani bezczelnie mi mówi że muszę przyjechać kilka kilometrów do ich recepcji z kompletem 3 id. Mówię że jeden kolega leci. Pani że nic nie da się zrobić… 3 godziny czekania. Dramat. Zdecydowanie nie polecam!

• Birgit (3/5): - Die Küche war gut. Zu viele Mängel,Duschen ging gar nicht weil jedesmal der Rauchmelder an ging. Auf dem Balkon war der eine Stuhl notdürftig zusammengebunden. Das eine Pizzeria im Hinterhof den ganzen Tag Musik gespielt und die anwesenden Gäste der Pizzeria sehr laut waren. Die Gäste der Nebenwohnungen spät in der Nacht lärmend in ihr Appartement gingen. Beide Nachttischlampen waren locker geschraubt und haben gewackelt (eine haben wir festgeschraubt). Trotz Außentemperaturen von ca. 17 Grad war es in dem Appartement sehr warm. Im Treppenhaus wurde gemalert und der Boden war mit Filz ausgelegt. Es gab zwar einen Schrank aber dort waren Decken und Kissen vom Vermieter darin, es war also kein Platz für unsere Sachen, mussten also aus dem Koffer leben. Das WLAN fiel ständig aus. All das rechtfertigt diesen Preis nicht.

• Martina (10/5): - Supr lokalita přímo na Václavském náměstí s možností parkování v podzemních garážích. Výtah v budově. Ubytování čisté, pohodlné. Vřele doporučuji :) Měli jsme apartmán pro 6 os. a 2 ložnice byly průchozí, což nebylo uvedeno (nebo jsem to přehlédla :) ale tak velký problém to nebyl.

• Oscar (7/5): Het was schoon en voldoende, maar kon wat comfortabeler en gezelliger. - De locatie was geweldig. We zaten midden in het Centrum. Voor onze meiden van 16 en 17 jaar was dit ideaal. Zij konden met zijn beiden lopend alle kanten op. Het appartement was netjes en schoon. De bedden waren heel lekker en het was fijn dat je kon wisselen van hoofdkussen. Het keukentje was compleet, daar was niks op aan te merken. Het was ruim genoeg. Het is een appartement waar je met 6 personen zou kunnen verblijven, maar in de woonkamer staat een bedbank waar je met ruim 2 personen op kunt zitten. De bank is verre van comfortabel en alle andere personen moeten op een eetkamerstoel zitten om te relaxen. Op zijn minst moet elke persoon comfortabel in de woonkamer kunnen relaxen. Er was geen droogrek voor kleding/handdoeken, terwijl het wel in de omschrijving stond. De badkamer was schoon maar erg klein. De afzuiging in de badkamer was vervelend, die ging na 2 minuten weer uit. Dus elke keer nat onder de douche vandaan om de afzuiging weer aan te zetten. De gordijnen lieten veel licht door. Met kleedjes die op het bed lagen hebben we wat verduistering in elkaar geflanst. In de woonkamer is alleen grote verlichting, geen lampje om aan te doen voor de gezelligheid. En wat ik ook vervelend vind is dat je vooraf niet precies kunt zien in welk appartement je terechtkomt. Wij hadden gedacht adhv de foto's en beschrijving in een ander appartement te komen.

Tesis çalışanları mesajlarımıza cevap dahi vermedi. Tesise giriş için gerekli kodu göndermediler. İletişime geçmek zor oldu. Bir şekilde WP numaralarına ulaştık da öyle gönderdiler. Varışımıza 1 gün kala gelmesi gereken kodu kapıda beklerken alabildik.

• Martina (10/5): - Najviac na celom ubytovaní je potrebné vyzdvihnúť jeho polohu. Tá je naozaj skvela - v úplnom centre blízko hlavného nádraží a metra. V podstate človek sa môže cely pobyt pohybovať peši ku všetkých pamiatkam.

Everything was new, beautifully furnished, clean, and the apartment had a pleasant smell throughout. The mattresses were very comfortable. I would only suggest providing some disposable slippers.

• Guilherme Luiz (1/5): Frustrating - The apartment itself was great. From the doors to inside, it was really good. Upon arrival at the property, we were informed that the elevator was not working and that renovations were taking place. We were offered the option to cancel the reservation, but no alternative accommodation or relocation was provided. We responded almost immediately to the initial email, requesting an alternative solution (relocation), as finding last-minute accommodation ourselves would have been very expensive. Unfortunately, the property staff never replied. Initially, we understood that only the elevator would be out of service. However, when we arrived, both the hallway and stairwell were filled with construction debris and tools. This situation remained unchanged throughout our stay. Additionally, there was no automatic lighting at night. It was only on our last day that we discovered a switch to turn on the hallway and stair lights, which had been left off the entire time. Before we found this, using the stairs was unsafe due to poor visibility, dirt, and the presence of debris bags and equipment. On top of that, there was a strong dust presence and unpleasant odor related to the ongoing renovations.

• Anja (10/5): Top - würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen! - Sehr zentral gelegen (es ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar), super ausgestattet. Obwohl es so zentral gelegen ist, sehr ruhig. Es gibt im Innenhof des Gebäudes eine Pizzeria und ein total nettes Lokal wo man Frühstücken oder abends etwas trinken gehen kann. An sich gibt es nichts Negatives, könnte mir aber vorstellen dass es im Sommer sehr warm ist (waren ganz oben im 4. Stock). Es gibt keine Klimaanlage.

Newly furbished, clean, comfortable, quiet However, the elevator was under reconstruction, evidently it could have been foreseen, that it will not be operating for a long time. This was not indicated, during reservation it was stated that there is an eelevator. Our apartment was on the 2nd floor and the floors were higher than usual. This was OK for us, but it would have been a problem for any elderly person or for anyone who has a relevant health issue

Nefungující odvětrávání koupelny, v posteli vysoké polštáře, v TV samé zahraniční stanice a k vybavení kuchyně - byla myčka, varná konvice a přístroj na výrobu kávy z kapslí -ovšem bez kapslí (kafe,myčka) takže se nic nedalo využít.K přípravě kávy pomocí rychlovarné konvicea nebo třeba i obyčejného čaje včetně cukru taky nebylo nic.
