• Tanvir (2/5): Linnen and bedding was really good. Shower and general cleanliness of the home was horrendous. - Customer service was highly responsive. Property was not good. I will not book this again. Property felt very mouldy and unclean.
• Jeffrey (3/5): - The beds were very comfortable and linen was excellent Oven doesn't work . TV didn't work . Could not get any stations . Smoke detector in one bedroom not working (has come away from roof). Bird excrement on dinning room glass door. Dirty entry to the hall way downstairs. Floor rugs were dirty in bathroom and smelt . Floors were unstable..when walking on the kitchen floor and bathroom floor it seemed to give way under foot. The property looked better in the photos.

• lp8a (3/5): - Bien ubicado. A primera vista, el apartamento parecía estar en buen estado, pero a medida que avanzaba la estancia fueron apareciendo varios inconvenientes. Las camas tenían algunas tablas rotas, el sofá presentaba una mancha bastante grande y se percibía un notable olor a humedad. Además, durante la noche había bastante ruido de ambulancias, lo que dificultaba el descanso. Al intentar ventilar abriendo las ventanas, entraban muchas moscas, probablemente debido a la presencia de una pescadería justo debajo del apartamento.
• Teresa (7/5): - Good location with amenities close by. Everything needed for a short break and value for money. The host gave great instructions in good time. This apartment is fine for anyone without mobility issues as it is up a few flights of stairs. Any concerns raised with the host were listened to
• Stephen (3/5): It wouldn’t take much to make this flat amazing but but right now I wouldn’t recommend it or use it again. - The location was good, shops, places to get food close by. Easy access to the tube and transport. Good size rooms Bed with balcony was broken. Each time we turned over the slats dropped. 2 dining chairs broken, my husband fell to the floor. Shower screen broken, bathroom felt dirty, no bath mat but a rug that had never been washed and was manky. Sofa bed stained and covered with a throw, very hard to sit and sleep on. We wanted to heat pizzas but no handle for oven door, or oven gloves so couldn’t use it. Smell of damp. Also blinds in bedroom had to be individually moved to close and open! We also found things in the sofa from previous guests.

• Sian (1/5): Unfortunately would not recommend - Nothing, this was not a good property It was very cold in the property, it wasn’t clean and I couldn’t actually stay here as it was very unpleasant.

Visto che non vi è alcun contatto diretto con persone al check-in, è essenziale che nell'appartamento vi siano le indicazioni utili per le varie funzioni. Peccato dover indovinare sperando che tutto funzioni...

• Gennaro (1/5): Pessima - Nulla , solo la posizione Appena arrivati c’era un odore di muffa assurdo. Letto nella camera posto dove era il balcone completamente rotto, abbiamo dovuto aggiustare noi le staffe sotto al letto, bagno completamente da rifare , doccia rotta e odore di muffa.
• patrick (5/5): Beaucoup de points négatifs, le quartier était très cosmopolite mais correct - La taille des chambres, le côté cosmopolite du quartier L’état général, avec beaucoup de tâches à l’entretien poussiéreux du matériel dégradé, un système de douche incompréhensible, un système d’accès tout aussi incompréhensible. Le fait de se voir réclamer alors que nous venions de partir à l’aéroport à nouveau la carte d’identité pour obtenir le code, il a fallu se bagarrer pour obtenir ce fameux code avant d’arriver à l’hôtel et enfin les odeurs incroyables du fait de la boucherie qui se trouve en dessous et la poissonnerie juste à côté. La wi-fi ne fonctionnait pas car le code communiqué était faux. La téle avait des problèmes de réception, le bruit de la rue et l’indigence du matériel pour la cuisine. tout manquait, il y avait deux fourchettes pas de tire-bouchon, pas de passoire une éponge éculé. L’halogène pour la cuisson est très fatigué. En résumé, ce n’est pas le logement idéal, et nous ne comprenons pas la note dernier détail, il y avait des communs très encombré et des travaux au rez-de-chaussée.

• Christopher (5/5): It's a fair place to stay if it's just to sleep, close to a metro station. - Good location and communication on how to get into the property. Beds and location in general was clean General state of the location could be better. Could use some (more qualitative) renovation. The floor was broken in the hall of the apartment, the blindings were partly broken and the shower had difficulties in keeping a consistent temperature.

• kyle (7/5): it was a pleasent stay and a very strategic location - I really like how spacious the property is and also the location. As a muslim it's very convenient for us to stay here as there were many halal spots nearby. the property also is clean overall. Although it is clean, we still found 3 cockroaches roaming aroud the kitchen countertops and it made us doubt about the cleanliness of this place especially when we cooked here most of the time.

• Mark (7/5): Good value unit in good location. - Nice spacious unit in a great location. The front door looks a bit iffy but, inside, all rooms were large and comfortable. The beds were especially good and the bathroom had a good shower. Towels and linen were excellent. Kitchen was well equipped, although the oven didn’t work. TV in all the rooms. A few small things could be better: Easier communication to get in (messaging through booking.com didn’t work well). Some T-Towels would be good. Oven didn’t work and a shelf or similar would be good in the bathroom, and towel hooks)
• Stuart (4/5): Convenient location, large reasonably equipped flat but musty/ mouldy smell and on busy / noisy road - Good size flat, 2 large bedrooms, large, powerful shower, Well equipped kitchen. Convenient location for tube There was a mouldy / musty smell in bathroom and in bedrooms. Possibly been a leek from shower at some time (but thats just a guess). Did open balcony doors to air flat but only helped a bit. Bedroom 2 the windows don't open so couldn't air that room. Other issue was noise and I feel a bit bad about that as it is central london and on a major road but lots of traffic / sirens / voice noise from road throughout night so difficult to sleep. Possibly if you are used to sleeping in London you might be more acclimatised to it or use ear plugs
• Alexandra (8/5): Absolute gem! - Everything, the apartment is a gem! Plenty of tea/coffee, settee really comfy, and my bed was amazing, with lots of pillows. The bus stops were outside the flat door, to take you anywhere but we walked to dominion theatre which was approximately 2.6miles. The stairwell and hall way give a very wrong impression of the flat above, it was very scruffy. It was very noisy in the balcony bedroom with all the traffic noise, and I forgot my ear plugs, so didn't get to sleep til approximately 3am.
