Excellent location, a half-hour walk or easy tram journey from the centre and surrounded by an excellent selection of bars and restaurants. Rooms are quite small. It's worth paying extra for one of the slightly larger ones, with windows rather than a velux.

The cold plunge and sauna are absolutely phenomenal, a unique one off experience in a hotel. We chose the smallest room due to availability and whilst the room size was adequate, the bed may not be suitable for 2 taller/larger adults sharing.

Prosecco and warm towel upon checking, and my room was small, but well designed. I stayed in Grace’s, and found myself wishing that there was another, softer or dimmable, light. The bedside lights were super strong. Also, my bathroom trash hadn’t been taken out before I arrived.

- KC80 (9/5): A gem in a sea of chain hotels. - This is an absolutely gorgeous small hotel where all of the tiny, fine details have been thought about, from the lamps to the radiators to the mirrors. It was absolutely beautiful. The staff were really great, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was lovely. The location is fab, surrounded by top restaurants and a short walk to multiple other main roads and sights. Our room was both next to reception and facing onto the main road outside, and the traffic noise (buses, taxis, the odd siren, people chatting at the bus stop) carried on through the night. Even with silicone earplugs it was impossible to block it out. However, I'm a light sleeper who's always on high alert so this is simply a note for other people like me; most people would easily deal with it as it wasn't ridiculous, just constant.

Nach einem langen Tag hat Ana uns bereits an der Treppe empfangen und uns die Koffer abgenommen. Dann durften wir uns setzten und einen leckeren Sekt trinken, der uns angeboten wurde. Danach sind wir in die Lobby gebracht wurden zum kurzen verweilen. In dieser Zeit hat Ana sogar die Koffer ins Zimmer gebracht. So einen Empfang habe ich bisher noch nicht erlebt 🧡 Ana hat uns via WhatsApp sogar direkt einen Guide zugeschickt und wo wir essen gehen können. Zauberhaft und erstklassig. - Nick (10/5): Sfeervol hotel met veel aandacht voor detail - centrale locatie. - Sfeervol hotel met veel aandacht voor detail. De locatie is centraal met leuke pubs en eetgelegenheden in de buurt. De host Ana was super. Ana zorgde ervoor dat we ons thuis voelde en gaf ons ook leuke restaurant tips die we dan ook bezocht hadden.

Leider war das Zimmer (The Garden Suite) sehr beengt, hatte kaum Ablageflächen (kein Kleiderschrank, nur einen Hocker und eine Kleiderstange). Auch im Bad gab es keine Ablagefläche für Kosmetik und die Dusche war sehr eng.

- melinda (9/5): It was the perfect small hotel, clean, charming and very tastefully decorated.. - Everything was perfect for out short stay and the neighborhood was great if you don't mind walking 15-20 minutes to the river..I heard it referred to as the Brooklyn of Dublin! Lots of great restaurants.. There is no elevator and the rooms while charming are not all that big..The parlor was very cozy and the honor bar was great..Breakfast was simple but the coffee was good!

- Chiara (10/5): Tipica struttura dublinese arredata con gusto impeccabile su Camden Street Lower! - La struttura si trova in una posizione perfetta per visitare Dublino, in un quartiere molto bello e tranquillo, pieno di negozi, café e ristoranti. É proprio a due passi da St Stephen’s Green, uno dei parchi più famosi e meravigliosi di Dublino. Il nostro soggiorno é stato perfetto: lo staff é stato impeccabile e molto gentile. La zona comune per poter fare una piccola colazione (servita gratuitamente) o per poter sorseggiare qualsiasi bevanda alcolica e no era perfetta: accogliente e rilassante. Ci torneremo! La camera era veramente piccola: forse avremmo preferito un guardaroba per poter riporre i nostri indumenti o anche solo qualche attaccapanni, non solo le grucce. La finestra che era presente in camera non poteva essere aperta purtroppo: avremmo preferito, visto la grandezza della camera, far circolare l’aria senza l’uso del climatizzatore.

- Jane (10/5): Luxury townhouse in excellent location - Lovely boutique townhouse hotel in Dublin, perfect walking distance to everything. They have complementary Netflix in the rooms, they offered us prosecco for new year and left a kind note. A Really classy place and the ladies in reception were all super kind and helpful. Bed was comfortable and big for 2 people. They have bathrobes and slippers, it really felt like luxury stay. The shower was great! Only downside is we had the ground floor room which was beside the entrance and street, so noise was a little louder (although we stayed on New Year’s Eve so this is to be expected), but they offered ear plugs beside the bed which was a classy touch.

The staff was also very curtious and helpful. Had some trouble with the heating and hot water on one occassion but otherwise the place was great.

Excellent service from Ana, who was so lovely during our stay and prior to arriving through booking.com messages. We arrived a lot earlier than the check in time and managed to get an early check in, we were leaving late as well and she allowed us to keep our luggage there for the day. Complementary pastries are served daily in the lounge/bar area. Lovely modern accommodation that is so central. We had a quiet stay in the Brigid room that faces the garden. The hotel is opposite great restaurants as well, highly recommend Mister S & Pickle. Thank you for a lovely stay!

- Tracy (10/5): Excellent stay with special thanks to Anna who looked after us very well. It was my birthday and I received a lovely cho - The property was quite deceiving from the outside as in size when we entered spacious entrance, lovely dining/ chilling area. Garden room was lovely with access to the garden, shower facilities good also. Very clean. Wasn’t anything I didn’t like.
