• Tiziana (9/5): Incantevole b&b a 2 passi dalla stazione - Struttura molto pulita e ristrutturata completamente in palazzo d'epoca situata tra il Centro Direzionale di Napoli e la Stazione di Napoli Centrale. Le proprietarie sono gentili, cordiali e disponibili. Pur essendo in un posto centrale c'è molta tranquillità. La colazione sinceramente. Tutto il resto è ok .

• Ana (7/5): Bonito e limpo a contrastar com o caos de Nápoles - . Tudo muito bonito, mimoso e com ar de novo . Limpeza impecável . Simona foi muito simpática com dicas . Boa localização (3-5min a pé da estação de comboio/metro, que nos coloca em 10min a zona velha da cidade OU 20min a pé) . Frigorífico no quarto, mas que faz muito barulho . Café, croissants e tostas como mimos à chegada . Secador no quarto . Luz do WC desliga-se a meio do banho . Frigorifico muito barulhento (teve que ser desligado para conseguirmos dormir) . Armário com cabides muito altos o que torna desconfortável a sua utilização . Café e tostas/croissants deixados apenas para 2 pessoas e não 3 (apesar de ser um mimo, ou deixa para todos, ou para nenhum) . Quarto muito pequeno para 3 pessoas (consegue-se, mas não é confortável) . Toalhas não foram mudadas no 2o dia (o que não seria problema se houvesse algum local para as por a secar - éramos 3 adultos, 3 toalhas de banho e 3 de rosto e apenas 1 cabide e 1 suporte de toalhas para mãos)
• Guest (10/5): Da gusto encontrarse un alojamiento asi - Alojamiento muy recomendable. El piso donde se encuentran las habitaciones está muy bien ubicado, a unos minutos de la estación de Nápoles. La calle donde se encuentra es bastante tranquila. El piso se nota que fue recientemente reformado porque todo está nuevo e impoluto. La dueña es muy amable y servicial y dispuesta a ayudar en lo que pueda. Tanto las habitaciones como los baños se encuentran perfectamente equipados y totalmente limpios. Sin duda lo recomiendo, porque ha superado mis expectativas. Nada. Todo estaba totalmente como tiene que estar. Da gusto encontrarse un alojamiento así.

• Mary-Ann (7/5): Our stay was pleasant, affordable and worthwhile. - The accommodation was comfortable and secure. The furnishings and amenities were modern and clean. The owner was contactable and friendly and the building service lady was very helpful. Access to the location was difficult because the lift only worked the first time and payment was required to use the lift on subsequent re-entries.

• Carlo (6/5): - Sono stata bene, collegato bene per andare a visitare, la signora Simona gentile, accogliente, pulizia iniziale top, ma solo iniziale. Nei servizi offerti dalla struttura devo fare un appunto, il servizio minibar era vuoto nemmeno una bottiglietta di acqua, bollitore non c'era, pulizia e riordino della stanza non veniva effettuata.

• Sharon (8/5): - It was a beautiful clean room very modern, plenty of towels...coffee machine with coffee pods and sweet savoury delights and water in the fridge await you..but .i do wish they had a kettle...im more for tea drinker, And MARIA is expectionally host very helpful , accommodation located in a peaceful area....your about 10minute walk to the train station...myself and my daughter took a journey on the train to a little rural town called minturno....were we visited the war cemetery of the fallen soldiers from WW2....special visit of my grandfather grave. If you do want to visit WW2 cemetery their are no local taxis....so when your arrive off the train...its about 1hour walk their and back to and from the cemetery. It was the kind local people who drove myself and my daughter to the cemetery. Their are buses it not very clear on that transportation....and was incredibly hot day! Worth going. Also naples has a lot to offer too incredibly city..chaotic traffic do be careful crossing the roads. Also paid to go on a bus tour guide well worth it visited sorrento , positano, amalfi coast...the trip cost £165 for two. What can I say weather was fab the people the history culture and food # pizza 🍕 pasta 😋 👌. Chaotic traffic in naples

• Snezana (9/5): Good value for the money. - Location is good for travelers who want to visit places outside of Naples because of vicinity of the main train station. Also plenty of big supermarkets with excellent offers. Quite neighborhood. The accommodation does not include daily cleaning and additional towels are charged extra. Absolutely no mobile network available inside the buildings. When I wanted to buy some ferry tickets online I had to go to into the garden where there is no roof because my transaction requires verification code sent from the bank via SMS and inside the room it was not possible to receive it.

• Jose (10/5): Whenever I come back, this is where I’m going to stay! - Great location, walking distance to the main train station. AC works wonderfully. Shower was great. Plenty of great restaurants nearby. Host was very helpful and responsive. I have no negative comments about the property.
• Cristian (10/5): Exceptional - The whole place is MAGNIFICENT! Starting from the hallway with the room facilityes ALL at point. In the room there is a small basket with little treats and a little refrigerator - if you buy stuff you can let it in there. The area is amazing. Across the street there is one of the best pizza's in town called "Fratelli De Luca" AMAZING FOOD available at your doorsteps, also on saturday nearby is a like a little streetshop open. The are may seem at the beginning unfriendly, but trust me there is no issue in that. I don't have anything bad to say about this place. Everything new, everything clean.
• Brienne (9/5): Perfect for a short stay near train station. - Property is brand new and very clean and comfortable. Location was very convenient as we were so close to the train station but not a lot going on around there otherwise. Communication with host was good. Easy check in and out.
• Henrique (9/5): Great option - It’s brand new! Looks exactly like pictures. Friendly staff, I requested an iron and they managed to get it to me at the same day. Even with no breakfast included you can find 1-2 croissants in the room and a coffee machine. Location looks a bit strange - Napoli style - but it’s very safe. Few blocks from the central station and Alibus to airport. The light sensor at room 3 was a bit off, it kept turning the toilet off even when taking a shower. This was a bit annoying as one had to keep moving the arms very widely to keep the lights on. Other than that, great experience and would definitely come back there.

• Kerem (7/5): Nice place, as advertised, with some minor flaws. I personally would probably not stay here again. - TV and air conditioning worked great. Proximity to train station is exactly what you'd expect, very convenient if that's going to be important for you. I've noticed other reviews have very mixed feelings about the neighborhood but I liked it quite a bit. There's an incredible pizza place across the street. Plenty of nice cafes and restaurants. It is a bit of a weird area because of the proximity to the train station, but it's authentic Naples with lots of character. And I personally felt perfectly safe walking around solo. Hosts were communicative about my check-in time. Despite a very heavy language barrier (they speak very, very little English), I felt like I was in good hands with them. Also really enjoyed the small balcony. I think everything is as advertised and the hosts are good people running an honest business. But to be totally honest, I wouldn't stay here again. It's the kind of place with an automated light/ventilation in the bathroom that randomly turns off while you're trying to do your business, which is much more annoying and insulting in practice than it might seem. There's no surface area in the bathroom to place your toiletries. There's no soap (though there is some kinda heavily perfumed moisturizer). If you travel a lot, you probably know the kind of place I'm talking about. I slept in probably 10 different places all over Italy during this particular trip, and 20 places around Europe, and this was definitely easily the most uncomfortable bed I slept in during the entire trip. Very especially uncomfortable pillows. There's a coffee maker but it's awful, and there was only one coffee pod for my two night stay. This all feels a bit harsh to say. The place is as advertised and has some nice amenities and is in a nice neighborhood. It might be the right choice for you. For me, next time I will personally look elsewhere.

• Matt (9/5): Exceptional room in convenient location for Napoli Centrale - The room was really well presented and had good facilities including a kitchenette with coffee machine and a new TV. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and kind. The location was very convenient for the railway station and only a fairly short walk (or an even shorter metro journey) to the historical centre. Neighbourhoods like Vomero and Chiaia are a little further away but still very accessible during the day with a quick (and cheap) metro ride. The extractor fan and light in the bathroom were on a very short timer, but it was only a minor issue.
