• Liv Helen (10/5): Ferie - Sentralt, rent, pent og flott veranda. At svømmebassenget ikke kunne brukes pga duer som badet og oppholdt seg der. Til info så synes vi det var dårlig veiledning på Aircondition.
• Rene (10/5): Muy buena experencia en Larnaca - La ubicación era muy buena, estaba a 600 metros de la playa y cerca de varios puntos de venta de conveniencia. Esta en un condominio silencioso. La distribución de los espacios es bastante cómoda y muy bien organizada. La piscina tiene muchas heces de paloma. La limpieza de la piscina no es tan regular en las fechas que fuimos.

• Vered Gold (10/5): - דירה מצוינת מאובזרת בהכל, מטבח עם תנור, מיקרוגל, כיריים, מצנן, מקרר, כלי מטבח ופינת אוכל כפולה, מכונת כביסה סלון גדול ומרווח עם טלויזיה 2 חדרי שינה עם מיטות זוגיות מקלחת גדולה ומרווחת מרפסת גדולה עם פינת ישיבה נוף לבריכה למי שמגיע עם רכב יש גם חניה קרוב לרחוב המותגים והטיילת כ 5 דק הליכה

• Katalin (10/5): Nagyon jó ár-érték arány, szívesen visszamennénk. - Nagyon szuper a szállás, tágas, hatalmas terasszal. Nagyon jól felszerelt, minden szobában van légkondi is. A szállásadó nagyon segítőkész. A tengerpart kb. 10 perc séta. Kb. 2 perc sétára van egy szuper éjjel-nappali bolt. Sajnos a medencében sok galamb fürdik reggelente, így a vízben sok toll úszkál elég gusztustalan (erről a szállásadó természetesen nem tehet).

• Katalin (10/5): - Tágas, szépen berendezett és teljesen felszerelt apartman. Imádtuk a teraszt. Nem volt zajos, mégis közel a belvároshoz.
• amit (9/5): - מיקום מצוין. דירה מרווחת, מאובזרת. מחיר הוגן. לבקשתנו אישרו לנו עזיבה מאוחרת לשעה 15:00. בריכת השחייה לא מנוקה, יש הרבה יונים ולכלוך. הזמנו 6 לילות למשפחה. הושארו מעט מאד גלילי בעיר טואלט. כשביקשתי עוד אז נאמר לי שהמחיר לא כולל מילוי....
• Radosław (8/5): Miły wypoczynek w dobrych warunkach. - Łatwe zakwaterowanie. Nie było problemów. Jednymi problemem był basen ogólnodostępy dla apartamentów, który był rzadko sprzątany, a Pan czyszczący zamiast sprzątać je z odchodów (gołębi) robił sobie selfi i wracał.
• Sofia (10/5): Exceptional - This spacious, very comfortable apartment has everything you could need on vacation. It also has a large terrace protected from the sun, where it is nice to spend time.
• Tiina (10/5): Comfortable and cozy apartment in the centre - It's such a great apartment near everything necessary. A smaller shop around the corner, a bus stop and a larger grocery store 500 m away (Old hospital bus stop and Super Discount Store). The beach and promenade are also a small walk away. We were able to use the pool in the winter as well (although it was cold but we still liked it). The apartment is excellently equipped. The beds were comfortable, AC in every room. It was even decorated for Christmas with a tree, different lights and candles. It was so cozy and nice! The hosts are very responsive and helpful. I had a lot of questions and they always helped me and gave recommendations. Thank you! We had everything we needed (except for a large oven pan for making sandwiches but there were other options available so everything got done). One window in the living room should be properly fixed but it didn't bother us.

• Marco (1/5): Unacceptable Experience with host – Stay Away! - Our experience with this accommodation was unfortunately extremely disappointing and stressful. We made a last-minute booking for one night and received a confirmation. Shortly afterward, we were contacted by the host and asked to cancel the booking because they only accept longer stays and claimed that the cleaning fee for one night was too high. Although the accommodation was available for a one-night stay on the platform, the host tried to pressure us into canceling ourselves, which would have resulted in significant fees. I fully understand that cleaning costs might only be justifiable for longer stays, and I would have been more than willing to accept a cancellation and book something else. However, given the short notice and the host's refusal to cancel on their end or provide a written cancellation confirmation, I find this behavior unacceptable for a platform like Booking.com. It suggests a troubling pattern in how this property handles its customers, and I suspect we are not the first to encounter this issue. Despite explaining that we were about to depart and had no opportunity to find alternative accommodation, the host remained inflexible and ultimately locked the door to the property, leaving us with no access. Although we were verbally assured that the cancellation would be acceptable, we never received a written confirmation. Upon arrival, we found ourselves with three small children locked out and had to urgently find a new place to stay and arrange additional taxis. The next day, the host contacted us again to ask if everything had gone smoothly and if we had found alternative lodging. I found this extremely inappropriate and misleading, given that the host had deliberately locked us out the night before. Overall, this was an unacceptable and highly stressful experience that should not be tolerated on a reputable platform.

• Alicija (10/5): Lovely stay at this place - Very nice, clean, fresh and modern apartment. Definetely we will be back. Only best recommendations :) Pool area is clean as well. There is a parking too free of charge. Amazing stay.

• Marin (9/5): A great experience in a great place. - Modern, well decorated apartment. Finding few water bottles in the fridge and coffee capsules ready to brew a fresh coffee, is a great bonus.
• Zacharias (8/5): Really good modern apartment, good value, would definately stay again. - Very nice apartment, fitted out with modern furnishings, very comfortable spacious with everything you could need for a stay. The property was a 10-15 minute walk to the beach front and the pool at the complex was also a bonus. The neighbourhood where the property was located, seemed to be run down but relatively quiet. The toilet seat at the property requires attention.

• Gohar (9/5): Overall a good apartment and friendly hosts, will recommend. - Good location, good building, fresh apartment, fast wifi. There were only 2 not so clean blankets without any covers for 4 people.
• Georgia (10/5): Perfect destination - Lovely location, such a beautiful apartment, aircon was a bonus Aircon was out of order in the kitchen, so it got abit hot whilst cooking in the heat, but an easy fix, nothing major at all!
• Ville (9/5): Very good central apartment for Larnaca vacation - Very well functioning apartment with great location, you can get to Finikoudes beach and all central locations quickly and Kastella and Mackenzie beaches are also walking distance. Excellent air conditiong and everything in apartment fully equipped + the huge balcony provides an extra living room :) Anka&Eric were very helpful and communication was superfast. Pool was a bit dirty, there's lots of pigeons there. A second pair of key&tag would be a huge improvement.
• George (5/5): Passable - great location! no communication whatsoever! try to contact the owners many times, but they never replied. I had a problem parking the car in the complex the first day because the gate would only open with a specific cell phone provided by the owner, but the prepaid card was not topped up, so i had to find a store to top it up my self… (and you can imagine the stress with a full car and the whole family coming direct from a 4 hour flight) and of course I had to find that out my self because nobody would answer the phone or replied to the emails!

• Andreea (10/5): Perfect! - A superb apartment!!! Clean, everything smells nice from bed linen to hand towels. You will find absolutely everything you need. I really liked the view of the pool! very quiet area, close to the beach, shops, restaurants! I can't find any fault
