• Silke (10/5): Charming, spotless hotel with exceptional staff! - The location is amazing – you are super close to everything, and there is a supermarket right next door that is open from 7am to midnight, which makes everything really easy. The hotel itself is simple but very charming and incredibly clean. I had a single room and it had absolutely everything I needed. The bed was really comfortable, there was a fridge, and everything was spotless. WIFI was great. What truly made the stay special, though, was the staff. They were genuinely some of the kindest and most welcoming people I have met while traveling – always smiling, helpful, and just really, really nice. It made such a difference. The breakfast was also fantastic. There is a small buffet, but on top of that they freshly prepare whatever you like – omelettes, scrambled eggs, croissants, toast (with or without cheese), great cappuccino, and more if you want. It felt very personal and generous. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would 100% stay here again. 10/10. Nothing I can think of!

• Zsófi:-) (9/5): Great hotel, nice staff - Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Hot water was available. Location is great, walking distance to the main sights of Tirana. There is a convenience store 1 min away. Breakfast was great, you can choose from a few breakfast options. Due to Friday night, the irish pub next to was a bit loud from outside. An electric kettle would be goodl in the room, to have a tea or a coffee during the day

The staff is incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with anything. The place is very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Also, the food was really good. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place!

Very filling! Fridge in room with complimentary water. Restaurants and bars close by. 24 hour reception was important because of night arrival. Very good value for money. It would have been nice with a kettle but, for the price, I have no complaints.

They also gave me great information for travel to other parts of Albania. The property is in a great location, easy to walk or get a bus to get anywhere. You can walk to all major sights without a problem plus there are many good restaurants nearby. Everything was clean and comfortable, plus the breakfast was nice and filling. • Alessia (9/5): Il nostro soggiorno è stato rilassante, piacevole e ben servito. - La colazione ci è piaciuta molto, sempre presenti brioches, omelette, toast (tutto fatto al momento) succo, caffè, yogurt, frutta, ecc. Staff disponibile per ogni cosa essendo presente 24H e gentile nell'accontentare i clienti. Ambiente pulito e accogliente, la stanza veniva pulita e sistemata ogni giorno. La posizione dell'albergo perfetta per visitare la città, vicino alle attrazioni più importanti e comoda per fare una pausa a mezza giornata. Purtroppo sono sprovvisti dell'ascensore e per alcuni potrebbe risultare stancante fare continuamente le scale. La camera accogliente, ma leggermente piccola e stretta. Risulta in ogni caso sufficiente se l'obiettivo è visitare la città e i dintorni. Abbiamo avuto una problematica di rumore la prima notte, causata da musica del pub vicino e una seconda notte probabilmente dovuta ad un mal funzionamento del riscaldamento che non ci ha fatto dormire.

From the moment we arrived, they were warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful — nothing was too much trouble. We were esp really grateful for their help on the day of checkout. Their cheerful presence each day made a huge difference to our experience. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. It’s rare to come across such thoughtful, kind, and professional service — and because of them, we would return in a heartbeat. If you’re thinking of booking, do it — and if you’re lucky enough to meet Griselda and Shuko, you’re in for a real treat!

• Carmen (7/5): Everything would have been perfect with heating in the room, it was the only thing I really missed. - The location was great, close to bars, cafes, the historic center, and Tirana Park. The breakfast was excellent: coffee, cornettos, cookies, eggs, cheese, and toast. I just wish there had been a bit more variety. The only thing that really disappointed me was that there was no heating in the rooms. It was very cold, sometimes below freezing, and it was awful to go in and lie down. However, to compensate, they had excellent blankets that kept you warm while you slept.

The room was very small. There was no kettle in the room. The air conditioning was central and only worked on heat, we had to open a window at night. There was no balcony.

Una habitación sencilla, de acuerdo a la relación calidad/precio. Tenía terraza. Personal atento y servicial. Se escucha mucho ruido del pasillo y de las tuvieras del baño. Podrían insonorizarlo un poco. El desayuno podría mejorarse, el zumo era de polvo y la leche con cacao, la típica de máquina. No había mucha variedad. En cualquier caso, te hace el apaño.
