• Tibimusic (10/5): - Das Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich sowohl bei der Rezeption als auch die schwangere Dame beim Frühstück. Metro, Supermarket, Bank. Restaurant sind alle innerhalb 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das Zentrum ist etwas umständlich mit der Verkehrsmittel zu erreichen - zu viel Umsteigen - mit der Taxi kostet etwa 1500 lira . Danke sehr an alle!

• Sarkane (10/5): - I had a nice stay at Vess Hotel & Spa. The hotel is simple but clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was easy. The room had everything I needed and was quiet enough to rest well. I didn’t have the chance to use the spa area, but I did have a look and it looked really nice. Overall, it’s a good option for the price and I would consider staying again.

От вентилацията в стаята миришеше на цигари, а като излезеш от стаята всичко миришеше на пържено. Закуската не беше добре и тя. Като цяло единствено локацията ни хареса.

• Amira (2/5): Tento hotel doporučuji lidem kteří chtějí vidět jak se žije v Turecku bez pozlátka luxusních hotelu a luxusního okolí. J - Hezky pokoj. Lidé na recepci byly příjemný Z ventilace šel cítit benzín jeden . Bohužel díky tomu v jaké lokalitě byl hotel tak tam byly staré odpadní odtoky pokoji byl často cítit zápach žumpy . Snídaně stále stejná a bohužel talíře který si hosté nevzali ráno tak druhej den byly opět na stole ale to jste poznali až podle oschlé okurky. A bohužel díky tomu jsem dostala otravu z jídla takže poslední dva dny jsem strávila zvracením a křičí máš žaludku který jsem si odvezla do Prahy. Co jsem ještě nelíbilo je ale je to hotel ovlivnit nemůže protože je v okolí je velmi hustá doprava takže do hotelu šel neustálý hluk a ramus.

Mój pobyt zarezerwowany był na tydzień czasu a ja po jednym dniu zrezygnowałam ponieważ wstałam i czułam się jak popielniczka a dodatkowo miałam duszności . Personel nie zwrócił mi pieniędzy jak i stwierdził że takiego problemu nie ma. Zdjęcie główne zrobione jest w kreatorze i dodanych jest wiele aspektów koloru aby polepszyć wygląd budynku bo okolica wygląda okropnie brzydko a sam hotel tak ładnie nie wygląda jak na zdjęciu. Smaka no kanalizācijas. Udens netek prom. Poda vāks kustās. Zem gultas atradām apakšveļu kura iespējams bija no iepriekšējiem iemītniekiem. Nepatīkami. Brokastis tiek dotas vienas un tas pašas uz šķīvja dazas uzkodas un omlete. 7dienas uzturoties apnīk tādas brokastis.

• stlocke (8/5): - Sehr freundliches Personal am Empfang Baran war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war auch gut. Den Wellnessbereich kann ich nicht beurteilen. Den angegebenen Parkplatz gibt es so nicht. Man muß auf freie Parkplätze an der Straße hoffen. Aber Baran hat für mein Motorrad einen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück nebenan organisiert. Vielen Dank.
• Lasonya (3/5): - Upon arrival, the room was very clean. It was a small hotel, nothing like the picture, The shower smelled of mildew. No one came to clean my room the 2 weeks I was there, and I didn't get clean towels unless I flagged down housekeeping for them. The water from the sink when you initially turned it on had a bad smell. The free breakfast wasn't even worth it it was a bed of lettuce with slices of cheese and Salome, and cereal in a despenser or a plain egg omelet EVERY DAY

I explained the situation but they advised due to policies they can not refund but if I call they could move my stay. I called and they then said they couldn't just move it but they will offer a discount on next stay. I messaged about this 2 or 3 times with no reply and no further contact from the hotel. Absolutely discussing customer care / service. I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone. Really heartless attitude considering I explained the medical emergency situation with proof.

Отзывчивый персонал , любой вопрос или пожелание старались решить . Завтраки скромные , но они есть . Приносили воду в номер . В номере есть маленький холодильник , телевизор, сейф , кондиционер .В отеле есть спа зона Плохой слив в душе .

Je n’ai pris aucun petit déjeuner dans cet hôtel malgré que j’avais payé pour cela .les boissons sont payantes mis à part le thé turc. L’ambiance générale les employés font la gueule , ma chambre n’a pas été nettoyé pendant les huit jours où j’y été c’est moi qui devais réclamer des serviettes. L’eau de la douche était souvent froide.

• Nadia (1/5): A FUIR - 10 JOURS DE SEJOUR EN FAMILLE 3 CHAMBRES SALES - ABSENCE DE MENAGE ET DES NORMES D'HYGIÈNE - Hotel à fuir. On a aime les lieux de visite d'Instanbul A fuir, les 3 chambres étaient sales, photos à l'appui, 10 jours dans cet hôtel, le ménage n'a pas été fait. Et à la réception des chambres lors de notre arrivée les dessous de lits étaient charges de poussières et retrouver de la nourriture et emballage d'un préservatif utilisé. C'est honteux. Le réceptionniste était au courant de la situation rien n'a été fait. Mon mari a été malade, très sensible à la saleté, il a été en arrêt maladie, nourritures dont les normes de la chaîne froide ne sont pas respectées. Je ne vais pas tout lister, ça serait trop long. Je garde mon énergie pour faire une réclamation à booking. Le petit-déjeuner : à partir de 8h30, il n'y a plus rien, vous devez réclamer pour que le buffet soit rechargé et on vous dit, "finish", premier jour on a eu droit à de la pastèque, les 9 autres jours, absence de fruits, nous avons acheté nos fruits à l'extérieur.
• Telma (6/5): Vess hotel - Fiquei decepcionada com o hotel, já que ia com algumas expectativas. O hotel teria potencial se fosse bem gerido, o que não me parece o caso. Nota-se algum desleixo e falta de profissionalismo de alguns funcionários, exceto os da recepção que se mostraram muito prestáveis face a situações que eles próprios provavelmente não controlam. Pormenores como falta de limpeza e de brio( a funcionária sentava-se ao telemóvel e a fumar( entrava fumo para o corredor que dava acesso aos quartos);um dia não fizeram qualquer limpeza ao quarto,chuveiro muito irregular,a funcionária do pequeno almoço antipática, sempre ao telemóvel, parecia que estava a fazer um frete sempre que lhe pedíamos algo. O pequeno almoço também é bastante básico, embora suficiente.

• Cristina (6/5): - The hotel itself was acceptable, but the breakfast was very disappointing. Each day the variety decreased, and the options were very limited. As someone who requires soft food, this was particularly difficult, as the only option available for me was boiled eggs every morning. This greatly reduced the overall enjoyment of my stay. The highlight of the experience was the receptionist, lady who was exceptionally kind, polite, and helpful. Her professionalism made a very positive impression. Overall, while the service at reception was excellent, the hotel would benefit from significantly improving the breakfast quality and variety.

The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and it had everything you might need. I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast offering, it was quite basic with limited options. For example, there was just cereal, a baguette with jam and butter, some tomatoes and olives, along with coffee or tea. There were no hot items, no juice and not much variety, which might be disappointing for guests expecting a more complete breakfast.

• Teodor (10/5): Exceptional - The staff was the best and really helpfull .They printed us a map of the Metro stations and helped us with everything we needed. The location is good, really close to merro station and the neighborhood had many paces to ead and many shops. We had a little late check in, and the walls in the room were too thin with close to none soundproofing but we had a good time!

Most of the attractive tourists hot spots were far away, but I did know that beforehand otherwise I would've stayed elsewhere. So I had a spare time and made the best of it by going to Grand Bazaar & Taksim which were more than hour away from the hotel site.

• Yusuf (10/5): Comfortable Stay in a Great Location - The hotel is in a quiet and peaceful location, very close to the metro and markets. My room was clean, and the common areas were also very hygienic. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff were very polite and helpful. Definitely a hotel I would consider staying at again.
• Doru (1/5): We regret staying here, we don't recommend - The staff was nice, understood English and they tried to be helpful. But unfortunately, for us, they did not help us at all. That's the only plus side. The location is nothing like what it's pictured in the booking photos.It's a highly circulated and somewhat industrial zone, close to the highways, so a lot of noise. Parking is on the street, not private. There are a lot of semi-trucks with container trailers passing in the area. Very risky. Also, the hotel is situated across the street from a mattress factory and it's pretty close to it. So if you didn't close the drapes, you could see your "neighbors". The bathroom was the filthiest, used and unsanitary bathroom we've ever had. You can see in the pictures attached that the bathroom was beyond stained, used and untidy. The water in the shower didn't drain which is why they provided a stick to push the water in the drain, which also couldn't handle the water volume and you had to work to drain the water. I personally wiped the whole bathroom with disinfecting wipes. The towel rack, which was supposed to hold clean towels, was also rusted and dirty and the white wipes turned brown after I cleaned it. The toilet wouldn't flush occasionally and it had a certain form that would facilitate you falling in, if that makes sense. The room was ok-ish, almost but white stains on the wall above the bed and the windows dont close. Also, 1h away from tourist center. And the refrigerator smelled / didnt work. And breakfast is to be skipped. We tried to resolve the issue but they wouldn't refund the money and we tried to leave early and let them know 2 days in advance and they did not refund our money.

Although the metro station is close by, but the hotel location is far away from the touristy centre and attractions. It takes about 45 minutes by tube to get to the city centre.

• Nina (8/5): It was a great stay in the Vess hotel! - The location was close to the clinic we visit, however it was a little bit far from the center and historical part of Istanbul. The personnel of the hotel was excellent. We had a pleasure to communicate with the reception, they were very helpful.
