Guest Reviews
This was by far the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in.
I will never stay here again.
- There was a lot of hair under the bed — clearly, it hadn’t been cleaned.
- Overall, the cleanliness was very poor.
- The television was placed in a strange location and was very hard to watch.
- There was nowhere to hang clothes.
- No hangers were provided.
- The bath towel felt terrible to use.
- I was shocked to see the bathroom ceiling was open.
- The kitchen faucet was broken.
- The window glass was thin, so outside noise could be heard easily.
- The shower head was too large and didn’t match the design of the bathroom, making it very difficult to take a shower comfortably.
- The washing machine was placed outside.
- The curtains were too small for the windows, so they didn’t block the light properly.
- There was no switch for the bedroom light.
- The Wi-Fi router was placed at the edge of the kitchen, with tangled wires, making it look very messy.
- I felt uncomfortable that an electronic device like a router was placed near water.
- There was a desk and chair, but neither were comfortable to use at all.
- The door did not close properly unless you tried multiple times.
- The bedroom light and air conditioner were covered in dust.
- There were many plastic umbrellas stored there, and they looked dirty.
- There was a ventilation fan in the toilet, but no switch to operate it.
- There were no air fresheners in the toilet, so unpleasant smells lingered.
- There was no elevator, so you had to use the stairs to reach the room.
- The closet was full of miscellaneous items, making it unusable for storing clothes.
- The accommodation was completely inflexible regarding changes to the stay period.
- Jude (7/5): Decent location and value for the price. A place to sleep in and close enough to have a great breakfast in Kuromon. But - Decent location. Right across the street from Kuromon Market. Very near Namba too, and Dotonbori. It also had laundry facilities which were nice to have. You get what you pay for, so it’s a fourth-floor walk-up, bathroom was cramped and only had a fogged glass door and elevation separating it from the main living area, but that’s all understandable with the price. Biggest downside was it wasn’t very clean when we came in, despite the cleaners having come through already. The garbage was taken care of and the spaces free of litter and everything, but it was quite dusty and needed some vacuuming.
- Leonardo (6/5): Pretty good, all things considered. - Location was pretty good, the place was cozy. the parking lot is a bit too small.
