Guest Reviews
- Adegbenro (1/5): Worst experience - Location Everything, If you booked it before reading reviews just know its that bad.
- Andrew (1/5): Didn’t manage to stay but definitely caused a dampener on our weekend. - My sister daughter and I were travelling down for a concert. We had booked the accommodation a month or so in advance. We received a phone call at 12noon on our way down from scotland to say he was cancelling our accommodation because of multiple excuses. Apparently there had been a pipe leaking but and he also said someone had had a party the night before and wrecked the place. None of it sounded plausible and when we read reviews this seems to be a theme with this particular accommodation. Would actively avoid dealing with them again. - Connor (1/5): Awful, avoid at all costs. - Nothing Host cancelled on the day of the trip, due to a “re-occurring toilet issue”. I’ve sawed various other reviews state the same happened to them, luckily I was able to get another hotel but this could have ruined my whole trip.
- martin (1/5): -
- liz (8/5): Great location for the 02 - The view was brilliant and the apartment was really comfortable. We stayed there as we were going to a concert at the O2 and for that the location was perfect
There was beer and milk on arrival which was a lovely touch. It turned out to be 2 bedrooms not the one bedroom we had booked.
It felt clean but there was a chip in the drawer so that made me feel like it wasn't but maybe that's unfair of me. There was a chip - as in one you eat in the cutlery drawer.

- Rebecca (6/5): Okay to stay in, but be prepared to have to move properties - The views were good. The place we stayed ( after moving to a new address) was modern and spacious. . We didnt know where we were staying until that day, as with previous people we were told the place we originally booked couldn't be stayed in due to the toielt being blocked, this was the same day as our stay.. However, we were given a different place to stay not far the other place. This seemed to be a residential flat, abeit one that was spacious and modern.
The place unfortunately didnt look like it had been cleaned before we got there as there were hairs in the bed and the bathroom was very dusty and quite unclean in areas. This was really disappointing as we paid for a cleaning charge.
- Stephen (9/5): Had a great stay while going to a gig at the O2 - Easy location for the O2 N/a
- Wong (7/5): - It was good area and nice view.. it's very close to O2 arena.. It was cold.. couldn't even turn or even any button for heater was nothing..
- Dave (1/5): Cancelled my booking 2 hours before I was ment to check in, then gave me a number for someone else who took my booking t - Cancelled my booking 2 hours before I was ment to check in
- Annette (1/5): Absolutely awful worst experience of our lives . Booking.con have been shocking - Got cancelled 1/2 hr before getting key . Had flown in from ireland was standing outside building in the rain with a child snd a disabled pensioner . Booking.com didnt seem to care that the host cancelled at 1.23pm and we were collecting key at 2pm . They are doing everything they can to get out of paying our high losses . It ruined our entire trip . Didnt even get into it
- Eve (3/5): It would have been great if it had gone ahead but it was ruined by the previous client - The location to the O2 My booking was cancelled at 11am on the day of my arrival due to the property being trashed by the previous customer. I received a phone call from the owner. I had to cancel my booking and find somewhere else at very short notice. I understand though that this was not the owners fault.
- Terri (1/5): Absolute joke! Was closed on arrival. Booking . Com refusing a refund - Nothing. It was closed on arrival It was closed on arrival and booking . Com refusing a refund!
- owen (1/5): DO NOT TRUST - The host cancelled our booking 1 hour before check in saying that the previous guest had a party and blocked the toilet. Only informed us at 13:00. We had travelled down to London for Radiohead at the O2 and had this booked months in advance. We have a disabled daughter and we're now stranded in London with our room obviously being rented out to someone they charged 4 times the rate for. DO NOT TRUST THIS HOST. Read the comments above. The host cancelled our booking an hour before check in. Obviously got a better rate with someone else who booked it. DO NOT TRUST

- Alisha (7/5): happy with what we got, so I have booked again. - I love how close it is to the O2 and train station, for the price of the accommodation, you don't really want to pay too much more. however, Just five min walk back from the arena. We brought a subway in the freezing cold and got back to the apartment and it was still warm. Could of been dusted a bit better and an oven clean, maybe a microwave. if you make sure you take your own towels as expected there is a fridge and all the basics of a flat minus a microwave. but lets be fair for a warm place with a bed for your family to rest their heads for a night it spot on. Don't be fussy it better than a travel lodge bedroom back from the 90's.
- Peter (1/5): -
- Kate (1/5): - Unable to say, as accomodation was cancelled only 3 hours before due to arrive! So when this accomodation was originally booked many months ago, there were not many bad reviews, generally ok. Was needing just somewhere for one night, good location for us.
Thought no more of it, travelled into London by train, was doing some sightseeing and then, only 3 hours before we were due to check in i get an unexpected phone call cancelling the accommodation. It was stated that there had been a party the night before, and due to the cleaning and damage it would not be ready.
This then left us as a group without anywhere to stay.
I did get a refund sorted eventually, however I then went on to look at the recent reviews and they were all bad. Some stating it was left dirty and many stating about being cancelled last minute. Same as my story.
I dont understand how this flat, with so many bad reviews can keep being rented out. Do not book it. There are other options in the same area with much better reviews I have now found.
- Troy (1/5): Awful - Chased 5 times via messages and 2 calls to get the property access information with no response. Called me at 1230pm on the day of arrival to tell me they had to cancel my reservation - when I had just got of the train to London. Spent next few hours sorting alternative accommodation rather than enjoying my stay in London
- Beverly (7/5): Very close for 02 arena where we were going for 1030. - Not provided The apartment had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was quiet unpleasant for us as we are no smokers and we had a child with us.
- Coral (1/5): - scammers
- Azra (1/5): Very disappointing stay, would not recommend. - Great location, just a few minutes’ walk from the O2 Arena unfortunately the property was very unclean. The bedsheets had hair on them and clearly hadn’t been changed, mirrors and bathroom were dirty, and there was no shampoo, body wash, or even proper hand soap. For nearly £400 a night, basic cleanliness and amenities should be expected. I couldn’t sleep properly and had to cover the pillow with my jumper.
- Gary (1/5): - Nothing the property cancelled the booking the day I was supposed to go saying they had a break-in, yet booking.com told me they had double booked.
- Emily (9/5): We were really thrilled with the stay overall, regardless of the little things we didn’t like, it was perfect for us. Th - It had stunning views and it was perfect for a concert for the distance! It was a lovely studio/ apartment and all of the guests were happy. We saw the carpet was a bit dirty and the chairs were stained ( but we weren’t that bothered ). There was also no hair dryer and it said there was meant to be one. The plates had stains on them too. The bin pedal was broken however it was still useable.
- Danii (6/5): Would’ve been better if there was hot water - Prime location close to the tube and uber boat No hot water had to take cold showers no clean towels and no amenities as advertised pool/hot tub not available… n
- darren (8/5): -
- Rebecca (7/5): -
- Lydia (10/5): lovely 2bedroom beautiful views good size space clean tidy. - I arranged a time that i was arriving with the person I was collecting keys who meet me outside showed me apartmentand showed me how to use the keys and pool area what was beautiful. the apartment was lovely nice and clean and tidy nice comfortable bed beautiful view of river and cable cars near o2 great location. used the pool area which was beautiful views from top floor of the dome.
- Krzysztof (10/5): - Amazing stay
- Archie (8/5): -
- Ethel (8/5): - The location was excellent 👌🏾 the Roof terrace is a special bonus The host didn't get back to me regarding access to the pool.
No spoons at all in the cutlery drawer thats an easy fix 😉
- hayley (8/5): -
- Junaid (1/5): scam listing, read above, ban off this site - nothing, this is a scam listing, report it cancelled my booking by claiming the room was trashed the night before 20 minutes before check in after I arrived in London haven’t refunded me for the £450 I spent, most likely a scam, avoid avoid avoid
- Kayleigh (1/5): -
- Kevina (1/5): It was the worst. - The view It was very dirty what I booked online is not what I received I booked the apartment for 3 people on arrival I was told I needed to pay a extra £80 because the apartment was too small for 3 people when that was advertised on booking.com I was robbed the sheet were dirty the fans was dirty.
- Tamsin (4/5): Location was great but would never book here again - The location was great and the view Kitchen dirty and inadequate unable to cook due to lack of facilities. Had to wipe and wash everything before using.
Bathroom had no fan, mould spots not that clean, limescale build up on showers only one towel each no handwashing.
We booked this property particularly for the swimming pool and 2 beds one sofa bed,
denied access to swimming, host never got back to us to get sorted, had o e person sleep on sofa we felt it was falsely advertised.
- Lin06 (1/5): -
- Hammad (10/5): -
- Emma (8/5): -
- Siu Sum Alex (4/5): fair - The cleanliness needed to be improved.
The water of the bathroom is already loose. It got worst on day 2 onward. We did not call the landlord, as the bath tab still okay to use. But at the end, I was asked to pay for the repair (160 pounds), which I think it is not created by us.
- Courtney (10/5): - We were going to mamma Mia the party and the location was Absolutly perfect for this and so close to the North Grenwich station
- Dan (10/5): -
- Sarah (3/5): - The location. Fantastic views of the river. Terrible communication from the host regarding check-in. WiFi code didn't work, could not use TV due to this, either. Everything in the flat was dirty. The kitchen equipment was sadly lacking with 1 teaspoon, 1 desert spoon. There was only a bit of sugar but nothing else. No toiletries at all. No hand towels, no kitchen towels. Fillthy cups and glasses. Broken bed in 1st bedroom. No patio furniture. The host told us hardly anything when he showed us in. It's obvious why; he didn't want to stick around for the inadequacies to be discovered! Such a shame, such potential!
- Oluwatobi (1/5): -
- Deborah (6/5): A poorly maintained property with no customer service - Conveniently situated for O2 arena and tube. Spacious apartment. Lovely views of cable car and barrage. Check in was very poor, no one to meet us at arranged time, then rang and asked to meet at Tesco, a short distance from apartment block, no idea why. Came in briefly to show us that the shower tap was broken, needed a very strong grip to turn on and off. Plumber supposed to be fixing it the next day but still not repaired after our 3 day stay. No bath plug so that wasn't an option.
WiFi code didn't work and there was no aerial for the TV.
I'd emailed and asked to book the swimming pool for 2 sessions but ,despite asking again, was never given info to access pool. It isn't in the same block as this apartment and there is no concierge there.
There was one bath towel each supplied, no hand towels, bath mat or tea towels. The floor was dusty and grubby, needed a vacuuming, likewise the kitchen worktops. The generous balcony had no chairs.
It's close to City airport and the planes pass overhead from 7am till about 8pm.
- Stribling (1/5): STAY AWAY ! Greenwich O2 doesn't exist! - The place doesn't exist Tried phoning 3 times, to only be met with an answering machine
Couldn't access the building.
Greenwich O2 doesn't exist.
- Emma (3/5): Definitely not luxury apartment - The location and roof garden The shower didn't work, valve would not turn to shower and no plug for the bath. The apartment wasn't clean, hair and dried blood on a towel. Stain on the carpet.
Oven, glasses and knives dirty.
Strange check in, didnt respond to messages, had to contact Booking.com Customer Service to get them to respond. Then we had to meet outside Tesco to hand a key over. All very odd.
Shame though as could be a lovely place, very let down by then cleanliness and general state of the apartment.
- Kelly (1/5): Absolute nightmare, do not book under any circumstance. Couldn’t speak to owner as wouldn’t answer calls, couldn’t get i - Didn’t get the chance to check in to property as owner didn’t turn up To be stranded in London with our luggage and no correspondence from owner
- Samantha (10/5): Ideal location for O2 arena - Great location as we were the to watch Mamma Mia The Party in the O2. Fantastic views of the Thames. The host was extremely helpful
- Jean (1/5): DO NOT BOOK - Absolute gangsters! They cancelled our booking at the last minute due to the place being flooded, offered us alternative accommodation which we couldn't accept as it had too few bedrooms. They agreed to cancel and refund us but are now refusing to refund our money, saying that we didn't turn up. This was about 2 hours before our show at the 02 and nowhere to stay in London!
- Dawn (10/5): Lovely overnight stay - The view is outstanding, and the apartment is in a great location right near the o2.
- Anonymous (1/5): Pay attention - you pay for two bedrooms and you will sleep on the sofa - I don’t know. I wasn’t allowed to go to the payed two-bedroom apartment. Our flight was on July 4 2025 in the evening. On the same morning, the agency of those apartments called to inform me that we were relocated due to an issue with the reserved two-bedroom apartment. We arrived late and tired at the new selected apartment from the agency,… only one bedroom for three adults, sleeping on the sofa, no hairdryer, no bulb in the bedroom, no wardrobe, not even a hook for the clothes, living out of the suitcase on the floor, no air extractor in the kitchen yet, so we went out for every meal, … etc etc etc And now this agency doesn’t want to refund, not even a part.
- Emma (1/5): Bad - The dirtiness of the room
- Christopher (9/5): Superb -
- Donald (9/5): Excellent all round. Will definitely use again - Excellent communication. Very clean apartment. Nothing comes to mind
- Sochipun (8/5): Very good -
- Rebecca (8/5): Very good - Location was perfect. Clean and tidy. No tea towel provided to dry cups, dishes or hand towel in the bathroom.
- Lynda (1/5): See above . Just released from hospital and terrible experience . If booking . Com had relocated us immediately the matt - Trip cancelled by owner 3 hours before arrival . Booking . Com terrible service trying to get relocation to no 10 owner had found available but only 2 beds no sofa bed for third adult . Alternative booking made via booking. Com but now need refund of first booking and compensation . Can to London waiting and we had to sort no help from 3 booking.com assistants who put phone down on us every time . Didn’t see the property
- Carl (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rachel (1/5): Do not book - We did not stay at the accommodation. When we arrived on the day of our stay, we had to phone the property owners who told us that they had cancelled our booking and issued a refund. They had neither told us nor told booking.com, nor had I had a refund. I then had to find alternative accommodation for that evening. The communication with this property was abysmal. Booking .com have now refunded our payment. Do not book with this property.
- Andrea (7/5): Fantastic location for the O2 and with a little attention to cleaning and housekeeping, this would be a 10/10 on all - Location and apartment views were outstanding as was the building condition. The cleaning needs improvement as does the attention to detail such as dry towels etc.
- Jade (6/5): Overall, the stay was disappointing due to poor cleanliness, an unprofessional check-in process, and a lack of response - I really liked the excellent location, which made it convenient and accessible. The property also offered plenty of space indoors, allowing for flexibility in how the space could be used. Additionally, the outdoor space was a major highlight, perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or enjoying time outside. The cleanliness was a major issue—the walls and kitchen were dirty, and all the cups and glasses were in a disgusting condition. The floors and furniture were very dusty, with noticeable cup stains on the tables, and there was a funny smell coming from the sink, which made the place feel unhygienic. There was also visible mould by the air con vents, which is a serious concern for health and hygiene. I messaged the host about the cleanliness and even sent photo evidence, but received no reply, which was disappointing and unprofessional.
Additionally, the check-in process felt unprofessional. The host asked to meet outside a Tesco Express, which felt odd and a bit sketchy. I had concerns about whether the apartment was being rented out legitimately, especially after receiving messages asking me not to speak with the concierge, claiming they were not affiliated and might interfere with the host’s business. The host also called several times after I asked questions, which made the experience feel uncomfortable and unclear.
- Joleen (1/5): Bad - Nothing. On the way to London Jon the manager rang cancelling our booking. Which left us stranded with 2 hours notice and no help to find alternative stay.
Now avoiding us, booking.com and still haven't refunded our full payment which was paid in advance. AVOID AVOID AVOID Jon who manages the bookings is terrible. Lies. Avoids. Would not recommend.
- Lisa (1/5): Bad -
- Bethany (4/5): Filthy - The property is great because of the location right next to the O2 Unfortunately the flat was just so unclean. There was an ant infestation and had to chuck our food away. The glasses and mugs were dirty in the cupboards and had to be re washed, like someone had just drank out of them. The oven was filthy but worst of all when we went to sit on the sofa there were toenails found, so gross. I would have also expected some hand soap to be provided, also greasy hand prints all over the wall.
Not to mention there was no duvet for the sofa bed it’s advertised for
- Robert (1/5): avoid this property and the property owner ! - nothing , as didnt get into the property as the owner called to say there had been a party the previous night and they had damaged the bathroom. as it was a bank holiday monday he was struggling to find a plumber. he then offered me a friends room in the same building or a full refund. i said if you send me pictures of the property i can look at , then il decide. the room offered wasnt like what i had booked so opted for a full refund.
as i had just arrived from cardiff, i was on my way to the property when the owner called.
this left me with little time to choose a hotel.
we managed to find one. when we arrived at the hotel i then got another call from anthony from the apartment to say there was a plumber on the way if i still wanted the apartment. i explained i had now booked a hotel and wouls stick with the full refund he had offered earlier as we need to change our clothes and go to our concert venue. he said no problem he would arrange the refund.
i called booking.com to explain, i was yold the property owner said i was a no show!
im extremely angry that the property owner has blatantly lied and said i was a no show.
i have a call log of how many times he called me that afternoon, and photos of the alternative property he offered me.
i have since spent several hours on the phone to booking.com, they are not prepared to refund me.
i also spent £60 0n uber as the only hotel i could find wasnt within walking distance like the apartment i booked.
i have contacted my credit card company and raised a dispute.
also i will be making a complaint via the small claims court to include my uber costs aswell.
not the experience i expected from booking.com to have my booking cancelled an hour before arrival!
please do not trust this property owner! after travelling from south wales , arriving in paddington to then have your booking cancelled whilst on your way there!
and now i feel scammed by the property owner refusing me arefund !
i have include pictures of the friends room i was offered but declined, i wasnt worried as anthony had offered me a full refund several times.
- Craig (1/5): SCAM LOCATION - AVOID AT ALL COSTS ITS A SCAM! Location was a scam. I arrived and the owner refused to answer any attempts to contact them. Then other people showed up for the same booking who had the same issue. When we booked a new place we also found the place was still advertised
- Katie (3/5): Disappointed stay - The location was fantastic and the views were great but the property wasn’t clean and needs updating Cleanileness was very poor from food left everywhere on surfaces and and one room smelled of smoke there was an ant nest in the living room and no hand wash
- Tara (3/5): Very Disappointing - Nothing because it wasn’t the apartment we booked! Had a phone call 10mins before we arrived saying the one we booked had a flood! Was asked if we wanted a refund, just driven 2 1/2 hours of course we needed a room not a refund. After waiting around for the guy to find us we were taken to 6Cutter Lane…. We had booked for 3 people, no proper sofa bed for 3rd Person !!! Had to sleep on normal sofa! Looked like we had been just chucked in someone’s apartment, tatty, dirty bath mat, dirty chipped crockery, not enough towels, opened food in fridge, the condition of apartment was very disappointing. Seeing the photos of what we were going to be staying in and then given this, ruined our stay
- Deborah (10/5): Just a quick one night trip for a concert. Clean and comfortable and next to the O2 Would recommmed - Clean , spacious , comfortable , close to the O2 Nothing
- Benjamin (1/5): Avoid at all costs - Appalling communication and poor cleanliness - The apartment was in a great location for the O2, with lovely views and it was quiet. This was one of the worst booking experiences we've had using Booking.com. Communication from the management company was almost non-existent—we had to chase multiple times just to get basic check-in details. Then, just an hour before arrival, the booking was cancelled while we were en route. They offered a refund, which we accepted.
After scrambling to find alternative accommodation, we were later told they’d made a mistake and now had an apartment. Too late - the damage was done. Booking.com sided with the property, refusing a refund because an apartment was now “available,” completely ignoring the earlier cancellation and promise of a refund. From the vendor. No real support or advocacy for the customer.
Unfortunately, the apartment hadn’t been cleaned properly, hair in the bed, makeup on the pillows, lipstick on the glasses, dirty cutlery and crockery, sticky floors, smeared mirrors, and even used wet wipes left behind.
Do not book this place. It’s more hassle than it’s worth, and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. A shame, as the location had real potential.
- Gemma (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gemma (1/5): Bad avoid scammer - I didn’t stay it was cancelled when I was on the way to London! and I have had no refund
- Harry (1/5): Bad - Nothing Property rang me one day before I was due to arrive and cancelled due to apartment damage they haven’t gave me a refund or answered my messages so I’m now £247 out of pocket do not book here
- Praveena (1/5): Won’t be using booking.com again - The owner cancelled on the day that I’m staying in the apartment. I had no where to stay on the day I’m travelling 3 hours. 8th April 2025. He was Not helpful and would not reply to messages. Still not received a FULL refund. Upset with booking.com won’t use both again. Never stayed there
- Bob (1/5): Stay away from this - near the O2 host was complicated to get the keys delivered.
the flat was not clean, even smelly.
the bed was worn off and uncomfortable
the host never wanted to give an invoice, even after 10 times chasing him
STAY AWAY
- James (6/5): Great location if you're just planning to sleep on the apartment. - Location couldn't have been any better! The building and apartment itself was smart, however we couldn't physically sit in there due to the smell. One of the rooms had some old wet clothes that had dried in the wardrobe and couple of pairs of shoes in there too. Food left in the fridge and freezer. The place generally was unclean everywhere, and questionable if the sheets were clean as one bed had a lot of long hairs under the quilt in the sheets. The bathroom mirror was also duck taped up...I took a photo as soon as we saw it to make sure we didn't get charged for any damages.
We was there for 2 nights and luckily had arrived later on the first night due to traffic. One thing to point out was that there will be a key manager to hand you the key to the building, we advised out ETA as he kept ringing on the day. However due to traffic and stopping at the services we were getting phone calls more and more as time went on. The travel time was out of our control!
If it's just a base for the night when going to the O2 then leaving first thing then it's absolutely ideal for the location. As I say, we just couldn't sit in the living area due to the smell, no furniture on the balcony to sit outside, so we either sat separately in the bedrooms with the window open or spent the day out for the whole day. Which wouldn't have been an issue had you not spent so much money for 2 nights in what would have been a really lovely apartment.
Such a shame
- Hannah (1/5): DO NOT BOOK this seems like a scam - Didn’t even get chance to stay at the property! The night before our visit, at 11pm, the owners text me saying that the previous guests broke the rules and the room was therefore unavailable as they had repairs to do. Fine, these things happen. They CANCELLED our booking and stated I’d get my refund within three working days however 10 days later and I am STILL waiting for my money!! Everything. I am still waiting for my REFUND and I have received NO COMMUNICATION at all from the owners. I have tried texting and emailing, alongside messaging on Booking.com but NOTHING. I have gave them ample opportunity to get in touch and send the refund however they have been non-existent. Fair to say, I have put a complaint in through the proper avenues.
- Davies (1/5): Bad - N/A Had a message the night before to say it’s been cancelled and offered a refund within 3 days and still not had the refund as it’s been a week now of the cancellation
- Garrity (1/5): Bad - I never even got to stay in the property as they cancelled my check in as someone had a party and left it a mess, no refund as they promised
- Lisa (5/5): Basic - Very close to the 02 It wasn’t very clean and residents clothes and shoes were left in the wardrobe. The apartment had a horrible smell that we figured out just before we left that it was due to water in the flower vase. Landlord was hard to get in touch with and didn’t reply to messages. He was also quite rude when handing over the keys
- Raiyah (9/5): Superb - Great view, and right next to the O2. Great communication with staff on arrival. We weren’t able to use the pool because it was unavailable but the stay was still lovely.
- Robert (7/5): Very average - Good position Not very well cleaned
- Gaynor (8/5): Very good -
- Katy (1/5): SCAM - Upon arrival, I was informed that a security deposit of £150 would be held until check-out. However, after four days, I have yet to receive the refund, despite numerous messages and calls. Last night, I spoke with the property owner, who informed me that he was at the airport and would transfer the refund the following day. Unfortunately, this never materialised.
Do not book this property.
- Charlotte (8/5): Fantastic location, great apartment for what we needed but could do with a thorough clean and better planning before gue - The location was excellent, exactly what we needed as we were there for a concert. The apartment stylish and decorated really well. The balcony views are exceptional! It wasn’t very clean, we had to give the hoover a quick run around on the rug in the lounge area and the shower drain was blocked. We also had no bottom sheet for the sofa bed as these were left wet in the dryer which we had to dry ourselves. There were also no amenities left for us, no soap in the Bathroom, barely any washing up liquid left for us to use in the kitchen (water had been added in with it it was that low) or any tea towels. These are the basic items you’d expect in any hotel or apartment stay.
- Andrew (8/5): Location for O2 superb, as were the views, such a shame about the lack of cleanliness. - Location and Views No Coffee.
No dishwasher tablets
No tea towel to dry dishes with
Skirting boards, around light switches, the lounge rug and under sofa were all very dirty and dusty indeed, and should have been cleaned before our arrival.
- Angela (7/5): Great location and amazing view. Communication lacking. - Location is great for O2. Amazing view. Comfortable It was very difficult to get check in info, and resulted in having to wait around for 45 minutes to get key. Dishwasher was stuck on an error code and was unable to switch off, resulting in the constant dishwasher hum which was annoying. Sent message but got zero response
